These skills contribute to successful performance in favour of social development and continuous “Education-Labour Market” contact. The quality of orientation, teaching and supervision will also be analysed; it is a reality that can be used in the educational system, which brings out motivations, feelings, convictions and loyalties which distinguish cadres in today’s society in an increasingly globalised system and which they ensure optimism and unity of thought and action which can be an example to strengthen leadership.","PeriodicalId":210682,"journal":{"name":"Geopolitical, Social Security and Freedom Journal","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129369926","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The increasingly widespread belief that it is possible to acquire behaviour typical of a leader has encouraged the development of research into the determinants of leadership behaviour. Particular interest has been aroused by neuroscientific discoveries about the functioning of the brain in the light of new neuroimaging technologies. The focus on findings from neuroscience and cognitive science is the basis for the terms neuroleader and neuroleadership. This article illustrates the results of this contamination between different scientific fields.","PeriodicalId":210682,"journal":{"name":"Geopolitical, Social Security and Freedom Journal","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124325479","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Studies on educational leadership have grown significantly, but there are insufficient studies on faculty attitudes towards leadership. The purpose of this study is to explore in-depth knowledge and understandings of latent internal and external environmental factors that influence faculty attitudes towards ideal leadership. Data were collected from 1065 teaching and non-teaching staff working at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology, most prestigious and largest science and engineering university in Mongolia. This research analyzed the data using thematic analysis. The result of thematic analysis suggests that HEI’s environment in Mongolia tends to be bureaucratic, highly politically motivated, and dysfunctional that create multiple barriers to running higher education institutes in market-oriented ways and hindering university agility to the changes in market and society. It is also evident that university employees dislike the current leadership and seem to have strong commitments to accept participative, transformational, and servant leaderships. This study contributes to the educational leadership literature by providing better understandings of the critical factors affecting faculty perceptions about the existing leadership and their attitudes towards ideal leadership.","PeriodicalId":210682,"journal":{"name":"Geopolitical, Social Security and Freedom Journal","volume":"80 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127277826","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The authors generalized and concretized the concept of “leadership competence” of the future teacher, defining it as a particular competence, namely the meta-competence. The research aimed to define the possible ways to form future teachers’ leadership competence in mastering the educational program “Pedagogy and Psychology.” The algorithm for future teachers’ leadership competence development is suggested in the given article. The confirmation of the accepted hypothesis is justified by the presented results of the study, which showed positive dynamics in the level of formation of the studied competence. This study highlights the importance of teacher leadership in sports and sport management as a key management objective in the complex educational system. It will be essential to identify their pedagogical leadership. We will draw the concept of a coach by selecting its main characteristics, those related and applied to its profession in the educational context. Coaching focuses on what both ourselves and others can achieve, relying on our resources and directing us towards the realisation of what we want so that we can express our true potential and detect interferences. We will analyse what is not working and preventing us from achieving our goals. We will identify changes in people and organisations to develop the potential to provide leadership and talent management training for teaching staff and teams.","PeriodicalId":210682,"journal":{"name":"Geopolitical, Social Security and Freedom Journal","volume":"58 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134463632","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
