The authors modified the unified theory of consumers' acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT2) to incorporate six main and two moderating factors to explain Millennials' SNC participation intention. By considering the implications of the unique characteristics of Millennials on their social networking behavior, the authors' model is better suited to answer what drives these tech-savvy individuals to participate in a SNC via such sites as Facebook. Specifically, the authors find that hedonic motivation, trust in technology, trust in community, and social influence are significant factors in influencing Millennials' SNC participation intention, with hedonic motivation being the most influential factor. In addition, gender and educational background moderate the main effects of these determinants in different manner. Theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Technol. This article presents a commercial formulation of the spectrum by the primary operators who decide to sell a part of their spectrum to a group of cognitive users in order to earn money and to promote the efficient use of the spectrum. Three systems of spectrum pricing are compared and suggested, such as the cooperative price based on the optimization of the profits, the market equilibrium, and the competitive prices focused on the competition of Bertrand. The Bertrand model examines the influences of certain parameters of the system such as the quality of the channel based on the Nash equilibrium and the substitutability of the spectrum. The differences in the various aspects of these systems of pricing are presented through the graphs. The authors note through the obtained result that the profit of the primary operator depends not only on the demand quantity of the spectrum but also on the behavior of the primary operators.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. The results show that perceived service quality, perceived efficient public service delivery, computer self-efficacy and perceived transparent and accountable government (TAG) were all significant in predicting citizens' perspective towards the use of e-government services. Age as a demographic factor was found to have a direct impact on computer self-efficacy of citizens. However, gender and education were not significant in determining computer self-efficacy. The implications of these findings on the implementation of e-government are discussed.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Technol. To attain this objective, this contribution started with a survey on existing access control models, and their specificities on collaboration. Based on this survey, it remains that the topic on access control collaboration still open despite the efforts made. Therefore, in this article a generic representation of access control concepts is proposed. This generic representation considers the process of semantic mapping between policies of heterogeneous access control systems. In this fact an ontology-based semantic mapping is proposed. This mapping has the advantage to optimize the administrators' involvement by combining linguistic-based and upper-ontology based matching techniques with a user-based constraint strategy for ontology matching.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. Vygotsky's model will be adopted in this study. Furthermore, a process approach is employed to involve students in writing. A mixed-method of qualitative and quantitative was embraced. Three instruments were used to answer the research questions of the study. The participants consisting of 60 students, were placed into two groups: 30 students for experimental group (Ex.G.) and 30 for the controlled group (Cont. G.). Also, 30 EFL teachers (15 males and 15 females) were selected randomly. Pre-and post-tests were assigned to both groups before and after incorporating weblog as a teaching tool. Questionnaires were distributed to (Ex. G) to check the effect of using a weblog on students' writing quality. Interviews were also conducted with both teachers and students. The findings reveal that the students of weblog group significantly outperform their counterparts. This study concludes that integrating weblogs in teaching is of paramount importance to language learners and a promising tool in higher education.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Using the proposed algorithm, a threshold for normal blink rate can be set to test those who have to reduce eye blink rate and are prone to ocular surface dryness. The statistical results show excellent agreement between software-detected number of blinks and visually measured with 90% accuracy for the participants. In addition, the comparison between our tool and other approaches of eye blink monitoring shows that our tool is competitive with only 5% wasted blinks.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. By using Hofstede's cultural framework, this article explains the influence of national culture on e-government usage across countries controlled by socio-economic factors, specifically, GDP and literacy rate. Data was collected from reputable organizations such as World Bank databases and Hofstede's website. Ordinary least square and truncated regression are used to test the hypotheses presented in this article. Results indicate that nearly all Hofstede's cultural dimensions and e-government usage are significantly related. In particular, this article indicates that the usage of e-government is higher in nations that score low in power distance, uncertainty avoidance, individualism and masculinity.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. The authors also explore these factors in terms of their impact on technology appropriation and repurposing to go beyond classical adoption research focused on initial acceptance of technology. The authors find that social influence is a dominant factor in the context of individuals' acceptance of collaboration technologies, outperforming technology readiness and classical adoption measures. Based on an exploratory PLS study conducted among student users of a collaboration technology, this study is among the first to explore and conceptualize the role of social influence and technology readiness in technology acceptance. This is a particularly valuable advance for studying collaboration technologies because individuals' use of these technologies is shaped in social interaction and through personal psychological dispositions. This helps managers to successfully introduce collaboration technologies, a key tool for enabling workplace and customer engagement innovation.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. The idea of the present research was to investigate effective and ineffective practices in eLearning field. The analysis of a sample of researches and studies (n = 200), conducted in the field of eLearning and Blended Learning in the Arab states revealed that the vast majority of eLearning researches and studies (70%) were stereotypical. Therefore, the researcher developed a list of indicators that ensure quality control of eLearning researches design. A new methodology to design and produce eLearning research is proposed. The proposed methodology contains four stages: Identify Investigate, Prototype, and Produce. Implementation of these stages required the adoption of a tetrad dialogue during the course of answering the six patterns of question: what, who, when, where, how, and why. In addition, the adoption of this new method may support producing adaptive and innovative eLearning research with high level of quality.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Technol.
