This study aims to develop and produce a model of entrepreneurship training of \"Smart Entrepreneur Model\" (SEM) developed by using Four D's approach. The design development of the SEM Model Training Model was using ADDIE Instructional Design. Results of the research on the stages of needs analysis showed that students have a very high requirement for learning entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial planning, and business management, as well as a high need for a training online business based. Rationalization development carried out was a matter of lack of funded proposals by Ditjen which were only 21.42% of the submitted proposals which met the criteria set forth. Then, from 81 funded business proposals, it was only 30.86% that run caused by weak of business management committed by participants of Students Entrepreneurial Program (PMW). In the development of SEM Training Model, the design is Needs Analysis stage and skills gap analysis. Stages of the design were based on objectives, performance, goals of activities, methods, place and time, content, and syntax. Developed Syntax of SEM consisted of 8 steps of training activities where Syntac of SEM training Model consisted of the 8-step training process. Potato flour has a high enough nutritional value for protein. This study aims to analyze the effect of 50% potato flour substitution on the quality of paint in terms of volume, shape, color, aroma, texture and taste. This type of research is an experiment with three repetitions. To get the results of the study organoleptic tests were carried out by 15 panelists, namely students of the D3 and S1 at culinary department. It is used as a natural coloring skin which is not used because people tend to choose instant henna. To optimize the use of henna leaves, the author uses mordan lemon and charcoal adsorbent as a generator for the color of henna leaves. This study aims to see the effect of the use of lemon mordan and charcoal adsorbent toward the result of henna leaves color. This research is using experimental method. The subject of the study is the hand’s skin called palm where the samples were taken from 3 students who were treated by 3 different henna leaves. The result showed that, obtained colors (hue) produced on the coloring of the skin using the leaves of a boyfriend without mordan namely 4 panelists or 66.67% stated apricots, 1 panelist or 16.67% stated Carrot and 1 panelist or 16.67 % declares Ocher. The color of the henna leaves without using mordans, namely apricot orange. The results of the panelist's assessment of coloring using the henna leaves with lemon mordan 5 panelists or 83.33% stated Squash, 1 panelist or 16.67% stated Ginger and the direction of the resulting color is dark orange. While the color result of using henna leaves with lemon mordans and charcoal adsorbent 6 panelists or 100% declared Bronze, color direction resulted was copper orange. It proves that there is an effect of using lemon mordan and charcoal adsorbent on skin coloring using henna leaves. Based on the normality testing that has been done, it is obtained that the data is normally distributed. The homogeneity testing that has been done is obtained that the three data have the same variant (homogeneous). Based on the ANOVA test obtained Fcount of 4.375, while the value of Ftable is 3.34. thus Fcount> Ftable (4.375> 3.34) this proves that the hypothesis that reads there is no difference in the results of dark bright colors (value) on skin coloring using henna leaves without the use of mordan, using mordan lemon, and mordan lemon (citrun) with charcoal adsorbent rejected. Marathon is one of the popular sports, such as the New York City Marathon, Parias Marathon, Asia Tokyo Marathon, Tour De France, Bali sailboat competition. This research includes mapping the potential of international scale marathon tourism, how to analyze the potential of sports tourism and the obstacles in the development of sports tourism in the city of Padang. In this study, researchers observed coastal locations that have the potential to develop marathon tourism tourism by looking at the level of tourist development, information on potential locations obtained from informants / informants, these locations have been tested and used for marathon tourism. \u0000The internal potential of this marathon sports tour is \"high potential\" to be held with the quality of marathon tourist attractions and tracking conditions are very good. Marathon tourism can be held with a variety of competition criteria by participating in the role of the surrounding community; provide packages offering attractive activities of all ages, clear supporting facilities information; widely introduce to the public a series of marathon tourism activities. \u0000The 10K track with diverse contours offers sports and tourism experiences; several narrow road spots so as not to be filled by vehicles or the activities of the local community; the track route is a public area, the number of alternative routes can be used for road transfers; the field committee is able to coordinate public vehicle traffic during the event. Alternative roads and parking areas to be managed by involving local communities so that activities run smoothly. The government helps manage community business activities; avoid illegal payments so as to provide comfort for tourists; parking area prepared to anticipate the emergence of wild parking; education and sanctions for people who do not maintain cleanliness and sanction if there is extortion. In preventing the negative effects of UV light on the skin, various ways can be done such as by using a protector such as clothes, hats, glasses or umbrellas. But this physical protection is not sufficient because of the UV light penetrating power. Sunscreen is a skin care cosmetic that provides physical protection against UV light. Proper use of sunscreen and routine can protect the skin from the negative effects of UV light. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive with causal assosiative method which aims to see how big the influence of variable Store Atmosphere (X) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) in Ballon D’or Sport Cafe. The number of samples in this research amounted to 92 people taken using the technique of taking purposive sampling. Data collection technique is done by indirect communication through questionnaire (questionnaire) by using Likert scale that has been tested the validity and reliability. Further data is analyzed through data analysis, simple linear regression analysis through determinant coefficient analysis (R square), using SPSS Computer Program 16.00. The results showed that: (1) Store Atmosphere is in the less good category (59.78%), (2) Customer Satisfaction is in less good category (45,65%), (3) The result of simple linear regression test is obtained with R Square equal to 0,518 with sig level. 0,000 <0.05. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a causal associative approach. The number of samples in this study were 82 samples. The sampling method is propotionate stratified random sampling. Data is collected by questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) room facilities are in the good category 54.88%, (2) guest satisfaction is in the excellent category 40.24%, (3) there is a guest satisfaction value increased by 16.843 units, there is a positive influence and significant between room facilities to guest satisfaction staying at Hannah Hotel Syariah Painan. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data primer dan sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa penerima Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha Fakultas Pariwisata dan Perhotelan Universitas Negeri Padang Tahun 2016 dan 2017. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 67 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dengan skala Likert yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari verifikasi data dan menghitung nilai jawaban responden pada tingkat capaian responden (TCR).
