Consequently, the management of this data becomes complex, inefficient, insecure and expensive. The need to use a structured formalism to handle complex data appears. We suggest a data integration solution based on a XML architecture. This architecture embeds a Master Data Management in the Information System. The unification of Master Data is primarily done by the definition of models. These models are XML Schema documents describing complex data structures. We propose to enrich the structure and the semantics of these models by defining a metamodel. In the metamodel, we introduce semantic object relations for defining links between concepts. The resulting metamodel is used to define an UML profile and to optimize operations such as models validation, data factorization and trees representation. They offer numerous advantages: exchanging and sharing expertise, collaboration, training and joint development of tacit and explicit knowledge. Our purpose is to extend the application of these communities to the e-learning field. The result of this extension is a new category of CoPs called CoPE (communities of practice of e-learning) which combines two fields: 1) CoPs as basic field; and 2) eE-learning as an application domain. The utilization of an organizational memory is essential in order to avoid knowledge loss. In virtual organizations, where the cooperation between the partners has a restricted life span, this cost may be significant. Existing research is deficient in the utilization of the concepts virtual organization and Knowledge management together. This research has undertaken to study these two concepts together. This paper presents the process of designing an organizational memory for a virtual organization. This process is described on the basis of a case study chosen in the building field. It shows the limits of existing acquisition methods for virtual organisations, some propositions are done to extend one of these methods. Our research aims to develop services to guide process participants to advance process steps towards best practices. This paper will focus on a way for describing knowledge work processes. A work process specification language (WPSL) will be proposed. Using it, best practices of knowledge work processes integrated from diverse different sources can be described, and according to the description, supportive services will be dynamically organized and provided for process participants to guide them to advance process steps with the attempts to increase their productivity and reduce required cost. It is evident that agent's paradigm is the most suitable among other paradigms because it is capable of taking into account all these aspects. However, services as well as services compositions are designed in such a way that quality of services (QoS) policy cannot be dynamically adapted to the users needs. In fact, services and services compositions encapsulate the domain-specific business logic served by company IS, and orthogonal requirements called quality of services such as security, logging, and transaction. To adapt, in a dynamic way, the QoS to the business-logic of services in the services composition, we propose to deal with two kinds of services; business and quality early in the process. In this paper, we propose an intentional process that enables to differentiate a business service and quality of service, in a goal driven manner. The QoS is considered as a potential aspect. The use of an ontology is seamlessly the most promising approach for a possible automation to deal with the semantic heterogeneity, considered as the most important difficulty. In this paper we propose approach uses a domain ontology to solve semantic conflicts considered as a global schema and a description schema base in order to manage the mappings, done manually by the administrator of every relational source, between the global schema and the different databases. Moreover, we describe the algorithms related to relevant sources localization, requests decomposition, inter-sources joint, requests rewriting and recomposition of the results as tuples. In this paper, we treat a dynamic version of the problem (DVRP) where requests arrive in a dynamic way and the solution methodology must therefore be able of promptly inserting new requests in the current vehicle rides. Due to the distributed aspect of VRPs, we propose a model based on self-organisation mechanism and a multi-agent system (MAS) to model the environment. A better understanding of what is a crisis and a model of knowledge gathering appeared within the system development. We explain this particular business process management through the successful example of the CHEOPS Project. When a company wants to offer a new tender for its clients in the geopolitical crisis management domain, it has to solve a dilemma. Firstly it has to build rapidly, a functional product in order to take a place on this well discussed market but on the long term this strategy isn 't sufficient. An incremental design process is required in order to organize an architecture, to bring out functional and ergonomic specifications, and to structure an ontological application such as a multi-agent cooperation model.Furthermore a reflection on what a crisis is, on the values level which helps to make the model more accurate can be added. We explain this three step business process through the successful example of the CHEOPS Project.
