The statistic has analyzed the results of the experiment with the model of the automated system and the diagnostics of the technical staff in the future and rejected the results, which give the possibility of preventing the effective implementation of the neural measure, just like a laborious tool for the future. The causes of destruction of building structures in the process of technical diagnostics of construction facilities using neural networks of the information system were identified and analyzed. The reasons for the destruction of building structures have also been identified and analyzed. The processing of collected data and methods of their search and evaluation, which are carried out in the process of technical diagnostics of construction objects. Methodological approaches to the analysis of the processes of construction organization in market conditions to determine the interdependence of the elements of the construction organization and the hierarchy of its strategy. The economic and mathematical model of optimum use of resources by the building organization taking into account risks for a derivation of a formula of calculation of variance of profit from variances of use of resources is offered. In order to obtain an optimal plan for the use of resources, it is proposed to form an economic-mathematical model in the form of a linear programming problem and its dual problem. The solution to these problems provides an optimal resource allocation plan and dual estimates for resources. Since risks take place in market conditions, a formula for calculating the variance of profit of used resources is derived on the basis of dual valuations. The work also developed econometric models of the dependence of the values of the main economic indicators on the factors for a specific construction organization and calculated the coefficients of elasticity, which show the magnitude of each factor's impact on the indicator. Accounting records from several years and quarters were used for this purpose. The analysis of particular results has been carried out and the degrees of influence of each factor have been found, which show the directions of the factors' changes at the expense of regulation of the environment in which the building organization operates. The volume of construction product sales of a particular construction enterprise was compared with the volume of construction product sales of an average Ukrainian construction enterprise. The advantage was in favor of a particular company. From second generation to now fifth generation has been possible because of time-to-time innovation of many different technologies that have provided higher bandwidth to higher transmission data rates etc. The Smart Antenna system is one such technology that not only improves channel capacity but also provides better interference rejection with improved signal-to-noise ratio. Smart antennas perform dual operation of trans-reception. They sense the angular direction that hits the antenna array at the base station and radiate beam towards the estimated direction. The paper presents a new adaptive algorithm that can be utilized by the digital signal processing unit of smart antenna to detect the direction of mobile users trying to seek access by connecting wirelessly with the nearest base station for communication. The algorithm outperforms other existing ones successfully resolving even those sources that are close to each other. These applications vary from medical and security to business and SNS applications, to name a few. Color is the most widely used image characteristic since it is independent of image resolution or orientation. There is no single best color representation. The target application has a big role in determining which color model is best to use. To speed up the retrieval time and get good accuracy, one must understand which color model to employ. In this paper, we provide a critical review of existing color models, explain their attributes, analyze them from various perspectives and provide a context-aware comparative evaluation. We study when and why certain color models outperform others in certain applications under certain circumstances. However, additive manufacturing or 3D printing allows complex solutions and innovations due to its superior advantages over conventional material removal processes. Monitoring and quality control of the printing process are still challenging to implement. There is a need for research efforts in creating IoT-based monitoring, control systems, smart manufacturing systems, and digital twin for the additive manufacturing process. The paper provides a real-time monitoring system for 3D printing based on the data receiving an approach from different embedded sensors in a real-time regime. The sensors are composed of thermocouples, accelerometers, thermistors, and cameras. Matlab-Arduino support package tools were employed for visualization data from sensors. The analysis of existing theoretical and practical developments in this field is carried out. It is shown that the issue of intellectualization of the project planning process is still open. It is proposed to use a reflex approach to building an intelligent project planning system. The technology of reflex identification of actions in project planning systems, based on the model of non-force (information) interaction, is proposed. Scenarios of actions have been developed and their distribution has been performed in accordance with the content of natural language requests to the project planning system. Experimental studies are shown a high probability of correct recognition of actions in project planning systems from natural language requests of project team members.
