{"title":"أهمية التعليم الإلكتروني عن بعد لأطفال التوحد في ظل جائحة كورونا","authors":"نادية قدام, لبنى زعرور لبنى زعرور","doi":"10.46315/1714-011-002-028","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.46315/1714-011-002-028","url":null,"abstract":"هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على أهمية التعليم الإلكتروني في إدارة الأزمات وأثره على الكفاءة الداخلية من وجهة نظر معلمات المدارس الثانوية في محافظة شمال غزة بفلسطين، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 108 معلمة، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في معلمات المدارس الثانوية لمحافظة شمال غزة. لتحقيق أهـداف الدراسـة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من 30 فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات تم توزيعها على 5 مدارس إلكترونيا تم اختيارهن بالطريقـة العشـوائية وقد تم معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي (SPSS)، وكذلك إجراء مقابلات مع عدد من المعلمات بالإضافة الى الملاحظة والمراقبة لأداء وممارسة معلمات مدرسة فيصل بن فهد الثانوية للبنات أثناء استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني. وتوصلت الدراسة الى العديد من النتائج من أهمها: أن اتجاهـات المعلمات بشـكل عـام متوسطة نحو استخدام التعليم الالكتروني، وأن المعلمات يتمتعـن بـدرجات قابلية متوســطة. فأظهرت النتائج أن مجال أهمية التعليم الإلكتروني في إدارة الأزمات حصل على متوسط حسابي (3.41) وبوزن نسبي (68.22) وبدرجة تقدير متوسطة، كما حصل مجال فاعلية التعليم الإلكتروني على درجة فاعلية متوسطة ومتوسط حسابي 3.47)) وبوزن نسبي (69.39) وقد حصل مجال دور التعليم الإلكتروني في رفع الكفاءة الداخلية على درجة تقدير متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي (3.53) وبوزن نسبي (70.50). كما استنتجت الدراسة أن استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني يزيد من الاتصال مع الآخرين والتميز عن باقي الطالبات وذلك من خلال إتقان مهارات الكمبيوتر والإنترنت. واعتماداً على النتائج قامت الباحثتان بتقديم مجموعة من المقترحات من أهمها: أهمية تدريب وتشجيع المعلمات والطالبات على كيفية استخدام التعليم الالكتروني في المدارس الثانوية على استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني من أجل تعزيز العملية التعليمية وتطوير التعليم في جميع الظروف ومساعدة المعلم للطالب في استغلال الأنشطة المدرسية المتنوعة من إذاعات وأنشطة وعرضها عبر السحاب الإلكتروني.\u0000\u0000الكلمات المفتاحية: التعليم الإلكتروني، الكفاءة الداخلية، إدارة الأزمات، التعليم الثانوي، المعلمات الفلسطينيات.\u0000\u0000Abstract\u0000\u0000The study aimed to identify the importance of e-learning in crisis management and its impact on internal efficiency from the point of view of secondary school teachers in North Gaza Governorate in Palestine. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of 30 items was developed distributed over three areas and distributed to 5 schools electronically, they were selected by random method. The study reached many results, the most important was: female teachers’ attitudes in general are moderate towards using e-learning, and that female teachers have medium aptitude. The results showed that the field of e-learning importance in crisis management obtained an arithmetic average (3.41) and a relative weight (68.22) and a medium degree of appreciation, and the field of e-learning effectiveness got a medium effectiveness and an arithmetic average (3.47) and a relative weight of (69.39). E-learning in raising the internal efficiency at a medium grade, with a mean of (3.53), and with a relative weight of (70.50).
