They were divided into inflammation group according to color doppler ultrasound diagnosis results. The single-factor analysis identified six important risk factors. In the objective prediction of the disease risk of cholecystitis in middle-aged and elderly people in Shanghai, alanine amino transferase (ALT), aspartame amino transferase (AST), triglycerides (TG) and age were regarded as independent risk factors affecting cholecystitis. Two cholecystitis prediction models —— the multi-layer perceptron neural network model and the binary logistic regression model were constructed to make the risk efficiency comparison. It was found that the risk prediction model based on multi-layer perceptron neural network has better predictive effectiveness than the binary logistic regression model. In order to build a correct simulation verification environment, it is necessary to integrate vehicle dynamics data and image data. This paper research the conversion method of right-handed coordinate system and left-handed coordinate system. However, the liver structure is complex, and hepatectomy is a risky and difficult surgery. Therefore, how to achieve accurate hepatectomy is an important research content in the treatment of liver cancer. Medical 3D printing technology provides a new idea for liver tumor resection. This paper is based on the medical record of a female patient with hepatocellular carcinoma of the right lobe of the liver. The liver and lesion structure of the patient were reconstructed by using the medical 3D image reconstruction software Mimics21.0, and then the liver surgical guide template with high adhesion to the liver surface was designed by 3-matic software. Most of the existing simplification methods cannot take into account the preservation of spatio-temporal characteristics. In this paper, A trajectory simplification algorithm based on velocity and angle is proposed, which preserves the spatio-temporal characteristics of trajectories while maintaining the directional characteristics. The algorithm firstly clusters the velocity of the original trajectory by DBSCAN algorithm, classifies the sub-trajectories by decision tree algorithm, and then simplifies the trajectory based on the angular offset. Methods The changes of tongue color parameters in 39 patients (50 ears) with different types of diabetes mellitus and deafness were detected. According to TCM dialectics, there were 14 cases of Yin deficiency, 10 cases of qi and Yin deficiency, 15 cases of Yin and Yang deficiency. Under natural light, the patient was asked to sit up naturally and extend the tongue, and the influence of coating factors such as supercooling, hot temperature, drugs and food was excluded. The Smart TTSM -I tongue information acquisition analyzer was used to take the patient's tongue image photos, and the image parameters of tongue and tongue coating were obtained by analyzing software. The algorithm first uses a kernel function to convert a spiking into a continuous function representation, so that the algorithm does not depend on the neuron model, and then constructs the joint layer composed of the input layer and the recurrent layer as the input layer of the network in the recurrent network structure, and constructs the error function. The function uses the gradient descent method to obtain the learning rules and is used to adjust the synaptic weight between neurons. Finally, the algorithm is applied to two parts of experiments. In the first part, the algorithm is applied to learning of spiking train, and in the second part, the algorithm is applied to Iris data set classification. We present a novel hierarchical graph sparse attention model for online action tracking in 2D skeleton. Hierarchical graph networks are designed for human skeleton features and movement of action with dependency between spatial and temporal information. Sparse attention mechanism is respectively incorporated into the hierarchical graph networks with frame-attention in sequence and joints-attention in frames. During video streaming, action labels are online updated with frame graph composed of sparse frames, which are dynamical weighted and updated from consecutive frames with frame-attention. Joints-attention emphasizes main joints features learning for pose estimation with hierarchical graph skeleton. Our networks are trained on UCF dataset and evaluated with qualitative and quantitative analysis. The developed kit can carry out isothermal amplification detection at 30 °C ~ 42 °C and complete the detection in 5min ~ 20min. The advantages of simple operation, small instrument, convenient carrying, fast, sensitive, accurate and good repeatability of the kit are analyzed.
