В этой связи, в статье исследуются армянские сказки на тему ковроткачества, в частности, популярный сюжет о ковровщице Анаит. а также этнографические сведения из СМОМПК, который издавался Кавказским Учебным Округом (1881-1915) и содержит богатый материал из Елизаветпольской губернии. Сюжет данной сказки имеет свои параллели с репертуаром армянских народных сказок собранных из различных этнографических регионов Армении, и имеет соответствующий индекс по системе международной классификации сказок Арне-Томпсон-Утера. \u0000Основная задача статьи заключается в том, чтобы показать, как сюжет народной сказки о ковровщице и опубликованные в СМОМПКе этнографические сведения доказывают значение исконно армянского ремесла ковроткачества как жизненно необходимого навыка в жизни армянского народа, уходящее корнями в глубь тысячелетий. \u0000В статье на основе метода текстуального анализа и историкосопоставительного метода делается вывод о том, что сказки с их локальными и национальными особенностями и декларируемыми общечеловеческими ценностями могут являться методологической основой для изучения и анализа различных явлений быта и традиций народа, таких, например, как в данном случае, представление межнациональных и религиозно-политических отношений между армянами и агванами, свидетельства о семейных отношениях, воспевание труда и ремесла, передача из поколения в поколение исконных традиций ковроткачества, создание благ трудолюбием и знанием грамоты, роль армянского алфавита в системе национальных ценностей, что в целом является мощной идеологической основой в борьбе за национальное существование.","PeriodicalId":207059,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Artsakh","volume":"27 2","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132836748","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Movsisyan","doi":"10.52063/25792652-2021.4-153","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.52063/25792652-2021.4-153","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of the article is to present the participation of mercenary terrorists in the 44-day Artsakh war, to emphasize their impact on the end result.\u0000The aim is to justify the implication of mercenary terrorists of other foreign countries to Turkey.\u0000Symbolic methods were used in the research: data collection, analysis, comparison, comparison, generalization.\u0000The results of the study led to the following conclusion: the borders of present-day Azerbaijan were drawn with the participation of both members of aggressive military operations and members of international terrorist organizations, particularly jihadists, which is unprecedented in world history: in fact, international borders were drawn by terrorists. This may be a legitimate right (trump card) for the Republic of Armenia to return the lost Armenian territories and settlements after some time. This fact further emphasizes the importance of reflecting upon Agop Martayan's activities.\u0000The purpose of this article is to present and examine Martayan's personality, some \u0000episodes of his life and the reforms he made.\u0000The main aim pursued by the article is to illustrate Martayan's activities in the light \u0000of their benefit for Armenians. {"title":"CURRENT ANALYSIS OF THE STATE FINANCING OF THE RA CULTURAL SPHERE AND WAYS OF IMPROVEMENT","authors":"Karen Khojoyan, Susanna Sargsyan","doi":"10.52063/25792652-2021.4-200","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.52063/25792652-2021.4-200","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of the article is to identify ways to improve the current situation of state financing of the RA cultural sphere.\u0000The objectives of the article are to analyze trends characterizing the current situation of state financing of the cultural sphere of our republic and to identify ways to expand the possibilities of this financing and the scope of the forms used.\u0000The article proposed approaches aimed at improving the current situation of state financing of the RA cultural sphere and expanding the above framework.\u0000Methodological base of the article includes scientific re-equipment, comparative and graphical analysis, accumulation of historical and logical methods.\u0000As a result of the study, the following main conclusions were drawn:\u0000- The dynamics of actual allocations from the state budget for 2016-2020 to cultural services was characterized by variable trends, and in general it did not positively affect the expansion of opportunities for state financing of culture;\u0000- The share of art, followed by museums, exhibition halls and libraries, is incomparably higher in the structure of the 2016-2020 and actual allocations for the sphere of culture from the State budget of the Republic of Armenia; this indicator was incomparably less in the line of other services. The author attributed to the tasks of the study an analysis of the activities of the Russian Federation, the USA, France, the United Kingdom and Turkey, their motives, the degree of interest, and the actions taken by them. The materials of the study were the works of experts on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, statements by officials, politicians, public figures; comparative-political, semantic, scenario and other methods were applied. The study allows the author to conclude that Russia's efforts to resolve the conflict have a practical result and are aimed at preventing its further escalation. Turkey actively supports Azerbaijan's aggressive actions and acts as a destabilizing factor with the ambitions of a regional leader. Britain encourages the Turkish side in the context of a geopolitical confrontation with Russia, while pursuing its own economic benefits. In practice, it is the basis for filing a lawsuit to determine the child's place of residence.
