Therefore it is necessary to determine the concentration of PM2.5 roadside. The purpose of this study is to identify the concentration of PM2.5 in roadside ambient air on collector roads in Bandung City's collector roads during the pandemic of Covid-19. The inventory was carried out in October 2020 with two methods, a manual method using a Low Volume Air Sampler (LVAS) and an automatic method using a Particulate Counter. Measurement was conducted at 10 locations with a duration of 1 hour in the morning and afternoon. In addition, it was also carried out additional measures of two hours and twelve hours. Found that the ambient PM2.5 concentration measured with the LVAS is more fluctuating than the Particulate Counter measurement. Even though transportation activity tends to be lower during the pandemic, the ambient PM2.5 concentration for 1 hour ranged from 10.95 - 760.98 μg/m3. This paper has oriented how to present laboratory workouts through a computer vision training kit to overcome distance learning in the pandemic. Thus, students (as the user) can use it anywhere. The environment used is on a Single Board Computer of NVIDIA Jetson Nano. The method is using the waterfall model. The way to access the training kit is to use the camera input on the user camera attached to their device connected through a streaming website. We establish the connection using the Remote Desktop Protocol, and The IoT part of the tool uses Antares Cloud Storage. Thus, the device state in the ESP32 microcontroller could be changed by the computer vision program.
