But we have to consider the coverage of heterogeneous nodes because of actual application. This paper presents a Coverage-Enhancing Algorithm for Heterogeneous Sensor Networks. We design the sensing model of heterogeneous nodes based on their characteristics, analyze and define the coverage problem on the basis of the model, demonstrate how to maximize the coverage in ideal state, and enhance the entire coverage of heterogeneous network. The dynamic model of the tethered satellite is established. The deploy method for short tethered satellite is discussed. The dynamic characters of the system in the developing phase are analyzed. The subsatellite could be deployed to directions other than the vertical direction with an initial velocity. Fuzzy control scheme is designed considering the precision of the tether direction and the output character of the thrusters. The fuzzy control system can keep the sub-satellite in the ideal direction. The angles of the tether are within 0.5deg from the ideal values and angular velocity is within 0.03deg/s during the developing period. Thrusters do not need to work frequently. The controller consists of an equivalent controller and H∞ controller. H∞ controller is designed to attenuate the effect of external disturbance and approximation errors of the neural network, and a state observer is used to estimate the system output derivatives which are unavailable for measurement. The overall control scheme and the parameters update laws based on Lyapunov theory can guarantee asymptotic convergence of the tracking error to zero and attenuate the effect of the disturbance to a prescribed level. Based on the restricted system equivalent (r.s.e.) transformation and by introducing new state vectors, the singular system is transformed into a discrete-time Markov jump standard linear system, then by discussing the transformed system, the output feedback controller is obtained in terms of the linear matrix inequalities condition which guarantees that the closed-loop system is regular, causal, robust stochastically stable, the output feedback controller obtained can be reduced order. We consider the general multiuser downlink scheduling problem with multiuser rate constraints. We given the power duality relationship between downlink and uplink. Based on channel state information, we present joint user selection algorithms, and we also accordingly give the power optimization algorithm with rate constraints. Actually, different GA applications require different GA hardware architecture. The development of a flexible very-large-scale integration (VLSI) for GA has been proposed in this paper. For the hardware architecture, we has develop on a random number generator (RNG), crossover, and mutation based on flexibility structure. This structure can dynamically perform to the 3 types chromosome encoding: binary encoding, real-value encoding, and integer encoding. The overall structures has been designed and synthesized by VHDL (VHSIC hardware description language), simulation by ModelSim program, and then implemented on FPGAs (Field programmable gate arrays). In addition, an optimization condition for feasibility check of periodic messages was given. Particularly, we proposed an EDF-based algorithm to schedule periodic messages to be transmitted within their deadlines over COTS switched Ethernet running in the cut-through mode. Moreover, conventional double fuzzy control model was found to carry out two work mode, normal ventilation and gas discharging. In order to enhance the learning capabilities of the system to the environment, self-learning fuzzy model for auxiliary fan was built to tackle with normal ventilation and gas discharging problem, and SRD was applied to perform speed adjusting of the system. An experiment platform including DSP and IPM was founded to testify the control strategy.
