This will not only improve the quality, but also reduce the time for both printing and pre-production. The main parameters of 3D-printing modes are determined. Malysheva","doi":"10.31044/1994-6260-2022-0-4-12-17","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31044/1994-6260-2022-0-4-12-17","url":null,"abstract":"The results of experimental studies of the adhesive, elastic and strength characteristics of carbon fiber plastics made on the basis of carbon tapes and fabrics, on the surface of which a copper coating is deposited, are presented. Carbon fiber plastics were manufactured using the vacuum infusion technology with an epoxy binder. It was established that the value of adhesive strength in the carbon fiber-epoxy matrix system, determined by the pull-out method when applying a copper coating to carbon reinforcing materials, increased by 7—25%. The copper coating also has a positive effect on strength of the interlayer shear, the value of which increases by 15—60%. To a less extent, metallization of reinforcing materials affects the magnitude of the elastic modulus of carbon fiber plastic.","PeriodicalId":204165,"journal":{"name":"All the Materials. The neural networks allow one to solve various problems: prediction of events, associative search of information, check of product quality and many others. The recognition of images by the neural networks is probably the most popular task. The recognition of images and symbols allows one considerably to decrease labor-intensiveness and increase accuracy of various operation processes. The problems of an increase in the effectiveness and accuracy for evaluation of structures and properties of polymer composite materials (PCM) with different hybrid matrices by classification of data, using the neural networks, are discussed. The results of learning a neural network model for classification of PCM structures with different hybrid matrices are presented. The main purpose of the organic-silicon matrix is to relax stresses arising in carbon-filled plastic components under loads and to decelerate (or stop) crack growth. The structure of the composite material was determined by using a tomography. On the basis of the structure, a finite-element model was developed and a calculation of the stressed-deformed state depending on elastic characteristics of the matrix was performed. A safety factor calculation was made. It was found out that the addition of organic-silicon material in the composite composition made possible to decrease stress values in the crack tip that considerably increased the service life of such materials.","PeriodicalId":204165,"journal":{"name":"All the Materials. The influence of technological conditions of 3D-printing on antiadhesion properties of surfaces has been studied. By experiments it was found out that for 3D-printing of master-models it was necessary to have conditions in which the parameter of filling percent was more than 60%. It is shown that the addition of mica into the composition of an organosilicon coating make possible to have a protective anticorrosion coating with good adhesion to the metal surface.
