Methods of collecting data through in-depth interviews and completed with field notes. The research subjects were teenagers whose parents divorced with the age limit (15-22 years) the number of subjects in this case study was 14 (fourteen) people in Ternate City. \u0000The behavior and culture of life of informants due to not being able to manage stress and accept family conditions, there is no visible achievement of the informants for regional economic development. very influential in regional development considering that the younger generation is the successor of the nation and state development. This study uses saturated samples with a total sample of 49 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, F test and t test. The results of this study indicate partially that work stress does not affect performance. \u0000The results of the t test on the workload affect the performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the effect of trust and information quality on the decision to purchase airline ticket on e-commerce Traveloka. \u0000 This research is a quantitative, according to its implantation, associative research. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. \u0000 The analysis that has been conducted by the researcher found that: (1) the trust variable (X1) partially has no effect on the purchasing decision (Y) The confidence variable has a value of t count 1.616 which is smaller than the t table value of 1.991 (1.616 <1.991) and significance value 0.110 is greater than the value of ∝ (alpha) which is 0.05 (0.110> 0.05). (2) information quality variable (X2) partially affects the purchasing decision (Y) Information quality variable has a t value of 4.375 which is greater than the t table value of 1.991 (4.375> 1.991) and a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the value alpha is 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The purpose of this research is to examine whether there are differences in entrepreneurial mindset consisting of five elements, namely passion, self-leadership habits, creative habits, improvisation habits, and self-efficacy between business students and non-business students. \u0000This research was designed with a quantitative approach using two sample case analysis. The population was first semester students at the Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kosgoro 1957. Samples were taken by stratified random sampling technique by menstruating two groups of students namely business students and non-business students. \u0000The results of the research show that there is a significant difference in the entrepreneurial mindset between business students and non-business students. The scope of work large and complex projects requires the ability of project managers to manage them well. The quality of project managers has an important role to smooth a construction project. Dedication in this profession requires the project manager to carry out the work goes according to plan. \u0000This study aims to determine whether the quality of project managers affect the performance of construction project in Southern Manokwari Regency (case study contactor in Ransiki District). This study uses a sample of 40 contractors flying at the Gapensi association of South Manokwari Regency. Method of data analysis is used in this research are simple regression analysis , t test and r square. \u0000The results of this study indicate that the quality of project managers affect the performance of construction projects in South Manokwari Regency. On the semesters of 2016 amounted to 83,22% to 79,27% in the half of 2017. This shows that for three consecutive semesters there are problems associated with the performance. \u0000The research objective is analyze the effect of compensation and career development of the performance of civil servants in the West Papua Provincial Transport Department. The population for the sample of respondents was 40 people by using non probability sampling method. The media used by Indonesian Internet users is television and YouTube media, the types of advertisements on YouTube videos are streamvideo ads and video ads. Vivo is one company that uses YouTube services as a means of advertising or promotion. Huawei, Oppo and Vivo both experienced a relatively high increase in global sales compared to the previous year, but the lowest sales quantity of some Chinese smartphones was Vivo. \u0000This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of YouTube advertising on the interest in buying Vivo Smartphone. This study uses simple regression to determine the effect of YouTube ad variables on buying interest. The average in queuing (Lq) 14,0625 people while the opportunity of people in system (Po) as much as 6,25%.
