The report describes options for improving the economic resilience of industrial enterprises by organizing the issuance and circulation of digital financial assets (DFA). Economic resilience is understood as the ability of an enterprise to achieve its strategic goals in a timely manner under the conditions of positive and negative external influences on the enterprise system. In resilience models, an enterprise is presented as a cybernetic system. Methods. The methods of DFA emission based on mining and without mining are considered. DFA circulation options: direct exchange for traditional currencies or using DFA as a medium of exchange in barter transactions. The decision on the release and circulation of DFA is subject to modeling in the framework of the 4x6 matrix resilience model. It is advisable to manage DFA quotes on behalf of a specialized financial company. Results. The proposed DFA solution can be not only a new asset for the purposes of the operating activities of the enterprise, but also a means for filling pension accounts organized for employees of the enterprise. This solution minimizes staff turnover and allows the company to retain the best promising employees. Conclusion. The preparation of a set of individual assignments in traditional ways requires a large amount of time and effort from the teacher. At the moment, there are various assignment generators, mainly representing ready-made software products. In this article, we propose a different approach, that does not require the teacher to know special programming languages. To create our simple generator of test and practical assignments in mathematics for distance learning systems, such as Moodle, and electronic educational resources, in general, knowledge of the widespread Microsoft Office office suite is enough. It is known, that the preparation of individual sets of assignments (variants of a typical calculation or CGW) in mathematics is associated with the need to set a large number of formulas, which is quite laborious. In the study, the relationship between the knowledge generation effectiveness and the digital resources of a smart city under the conditions of the digital economy was identified. In the article, it was offered concepts of “digital speed” as an indicator for the quantitative assessment of the effectiveness of knowledge generation in the digital economy. In the article, the conclusion was drawn that the principles and ideas of institutional modelling of knowledge generation processes can be used to construct fully-fledged models for predicting knowledge generation effectiveness in smart cities under the conditions of the digital economy. The theoretical significance of the study consists in the development of a set of tools for quantifying the effectiveness of knowledge generation in the digital economy. The content of the dialectical system “information-knowledge” is revealed. It is established that the effectiveness of “information-knowledge” system depends on the joint activity of the individual and social environment. It is argued that the cloud business transformation through innovation on the basis of Microsoft Azure can be presented qualitatively: adaptive logistics, strategy for developing cloud solutions, smart cities and buildings, artificial intelligence and machine learning, industry 4.0, smart office, smart parking, implementation of solutions for business process automation and data management, rapid migration from outdated systems on modern information technologies, automation of testing processes, etc. The content of the nucleus of VI and VII technological processes through the prism of innovation and digitalization is revealed. The comparative analysis of the BRICS countries based on key requirements such as availability and reliability of the data, the possibility of cross-country comparisons. As comparative techniques analyzed international integrated (composite) codes for up to one scale evaluation plurality of objective and subjective parameters. It has been shown that digitalization has a positive effect on per capita GDP growth only after reaching the distribution and use of ICT at a certain critical point. To obtain a positive response in the economy from digitalization, a certain period is required for organizations and the public to master new technologies and adapt to them. It was found that the ICT index is not yet sufficiently informative to assess the level of welfare since it gives a significant positive impact on the economy with a time lag. An analysis of the components of the telecommunications infrastructure index showed that Russia, Brazil are close to their saturation point, and India, South Africa, and China have very good sources of growth. The e-government development index and the telecommunications infrastructure index showed a high degree of correlation. Used summation method showed that now in Russia a degree of readiness for the formation of the digital economy has reached almost the maximum value, while those of the BRICS countries like China, India and South Africa are still in their infancy, but there are significant advantages to accelerate the digitalization process.
