METHODS: From September 2021 to September 2022, 60 patients with gastric cancer combined with nutritional risk who were hospitalized in the Department of Medical Oncology of our hospital were selected and then divided into 3 groups: 1. control group: patients were given dietary guidance while chemotherapy. 2. enteral nutrition group: oral nutrition therapy was given while chemotherapy. 3. combined probiotics group: enteral nutrition combined with probiotics was given while chemotherapy. treatment. For all study subjects, the following study indexes were examined at the time of admission and after chemotherapy: 1. intestinal flora 2. hematological indexes: white blood cells, red blood cells, platelets, blood albumin, prealbumin, T-cell subsets, immunoglobulins, etc. 3. physical indexes: body weight, body composition. 4. symptomatic indexes: stool properties and frequency, severity of nausea and vomiting. RESULTS: From the results, before treatment, there was basically no difference in intestinal flora among the three groups. After treatment, the intestinal flora of patients in the combined probiotic group was relatively low. It can be seen that probiotics can contribute to the reduction of intestinal flora, P<0.05; before treatment, there was basically no difference in the hematological indexes of patients in the three groups. After treatment, the hematological indexes of patients in the combined probiotic group were relatively normal. It can be seen that probiotics can contribute to the normalization of hematological indexes, p<0.05; before treatment, there was basically no difference in either the weight of the patients in the three groups or their body composition. After treatment, the body indexes of patients in the combined probiotic group returned to normal. It can be seen that probiotics can promote the return of body indexes to normal; before treatment, there was basically no difference in the stool properties and frequency, or the severity of nausea and vomiting among the three groups of patients. After treatment, the patients in the combined probiotic group had normalized their symptoms. It can be seen that probiotics can contribute to the normalization of symptom indexes. CONCLUSION: When treating patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy, applying probiotics to them can effectively improve both the number of intestinal flora and hematological indicators, as well as physical indicators and symptom indicators, which in turn can promote patients' remission and recovery from symptoms.","PeriodicalId":202943,"journal":{"name":"Advanced Medical Research","volume":"273 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129049492","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, due to the relatively lagging development of the inherent clinical cooperation team model and operational procedures at this stage, the advantages of ERAS have not been fully utilized, and the widespread promotion and popularization of ERAS have been limited. Reviewing the global clinical practice and research progress of ERAS, the problems in ERAS team building are analyzed from the following aspects. First, ERAS team building requires simultaneous development of concept and technology; second, ERAS team building model suitable for national conditions; third, the \"invisible burden\" of ERAS team clinical work; fourth, how to integrate ERAS team building with hierarchical diagnosis and treatment; fifth, the challenges and opportunities of ERAS team building. Fifth, the challenges and opportunities of ERAS team building. In conclusion, ERAS team building should be aimed at promoting ERAS technology and benefiting patients.","PeriodicalId":202943,"journal":{"name":"Advanced Medical Research","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131881769","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

METHODS: From 2019. 02-2022. 02, 10 patients with enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma were seen in our hospital, their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and practical treatment plans were provided. Results:None of the patients had a history of intestinal disease and all presented to the hospital because of symptoms occurring in the gastrointestinal tract.Five patients had intestinal perforation and underwent dissection, three had small bowel masses and underwent surgery, and two had T-cell lymphoma and underwent related treatment. Six patients had lesions in the small intestine and the others had lesions in the rectum. According to AnnArbor clinical d staging, 9 patients(90%) had stage I+II and 1 patient(10%) had stage III. Gastrointestinal lymphoma AnnArbor clinical staging was the same as lugano clinical staging. 6 patients with B symptoms, 6 with physical status score ≥ 2, 5 with IPI > 2, 6 with PIT > 6; all patients had normal examination regardless of bone marrow examination, β2-microglobulin, or glycoconjugate antigen-125, erythrocyte sedimentation rate. 1 patient with anemia, 6 with decreased albumin, 2 with with elevated lactate dehydrogenase, and 1 case with increased C-reactive protein. According to immunohistochemical hints, 6 cases were CD56 positive and 4 in situ hybridization EBER positive; in the mid-term evaluation of combined patients, the complete remission(CR) rate was 90% in 10 patients; in the DA-EPOCH regimen, the complete remission(CR) rate was 80% in 10 patients. At the completion of 6 chemotherapy courses, all chemotherapy patients were in complete remission(CR) at the end of the period assessment, but 3 of them relapsed within one year, and the disease could not be controlled with the implementation of second-line regimen and chemotherapy again. The follow-up period was 1-25 months, with a high follow-up rate of 100% up to the follow-up time, and 6 patients died, with an overall 2-year survival rate of 40%. Conclusion: Enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma is highly aggressive, and after chemotherapy, patients can be treated but are prone to relapse. The use of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(ASCT) becomes the first-line consolidation therapy, which cannot obtain long-term efficacy and needs to be explored.","PeriodicalId":202943,"journal":{"name":"Advanced Medical Research","volume":"102 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117339816","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
