Such include a lack of access to adequate medical service and associated stigma among other factors. In recent times, various studies have indicated computer applications are increasingly contributing to the management of human well-being and other life activities. Subsequently, machine learning models have proved effective in predicting future activities and occurrences. This work involves the development of three models, which aim to establish a benchmark for mental health disorders prediction. The recorded results are promising with AUC scores of 96% (anxiety) and 93% (depression). This work provides the groundwork around the deployment of machine learning models for the development of computer applications that can improve the prediction of common mental health disorders, namely anxiety and depression, hence, it could be upscaled from a controlled environment to real-world application.","PeriodicalId":202568,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Electrical, Computer, Communications and Mechatronics Engineering (ICECCME)","volume":"66 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121572764","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Where TiO2 represents the electron transport layer ETL while Cu2O represents the hole transport layer HTL. The simulation model used in our study describing the calculation of the J-V characteristic, takes into account charge carrier processes and the impact of recombination at the front and back interfaces. The PV parameters were evaluated for different values of defect density at the ETL/Perovskite and Perovskite/HTL interfaces. The effect of different alternative ETL and HTL layers has been studied. The results obtained allowed to optimize the best configuration, taking into account the bandgap offsets at front and back interfaces in order to obtain the best efficiency and performance. Finally, after observing their effect, the thicknesses of the active, ETL and HTL layers were adjusted. This study allowed us to reach a conversion efficiency of 13.9% using the following architecture device SnO2 and NiO as ETL and HTL in the structure with thicknesses of 50 nm and 150 nm respectively and 1.5 μm optimized thickness for the active layer. The aim of this study is to develop a non-toxic Perovskite cell that could be used as a top part of a tandem device.","PeriodicalId":202568,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Electrical, Computer, Communications and Mechatronics Engineering (ICECCME)","volume":"360 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122651748","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The robust approach between densely deployed Internet of Things (IoT) devices and cellular users in 5G and beyond will produce a massive amount of data in reality. Thus, the traditional heterogeneous wireless networks are inefficient in handling a large amount of data while maintaining network latency. This will create havoc in critical applications such as disaster management, and public safety where a fraction of latency is not tolerated. To address the shortcomings of existing wireless networks, UAVs equipped with fog nodes work as a server, and this collaboration completes missions more swiftly and inexpensively. Fog computing is an eminent technology for maintaining a huge number of user data while ensuring minimal network latency. This paper proposes to collaborate UAVs with fog computing whereas some of the UAVs work as fog nodes with computing capabilities and some work as local UAVs to provide endless connectivity and seamless coverage. Meanwhile, a collaboration of UAVs and UAV-Fog nodes is used to formulate and assign multiple tasks to users in order to offload the volume of data with maximum capacity and minimum latency. The result analysis shows that the proposed network can balance the overall network with minimum latency and better Quality of Service (QoS).","PeriodicalId":202568,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Electrical, Computer, Communications and Mechatronics Engineering (ICECCME)","volume":"251 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122717263","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the author's previous works were created two databases with customers' comments in Bulgarian language and after that were applied the stated algorithms. The purpose of the current project is to find the reason for the different final accuracy results the two databases give, by making a complexity analysis of the language used in them. In addition, the authors aim to find the most accurate model for complexity analysis in Bulgarian language, given the specifics of the language.","PeriodicalId":202568,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Electrical, Computer, Communications and Mechatronics Engineering (ICECCME)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122839021","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since they are of European strategic importance, due to the fact that they ensure the safety and security of European systems, they are referred to and listed as critical power infrastructures, for this purpose they have to be assessed by point of view energy security risks for to identify and generate instability elements (vulnerabilities, hazards and threats). Knowledge of instability elements automatically lead to the identification of potential sources of hazards and threats to the operation/maintenance staff and to the entire power system, and therefore European measures or strategies can be developed for protecting and securing these critical infrastructures, workplaces and operating/maintenance staff. The results obtained following the explosion and fire risks assessment presented in this paper can contribute to highlighting the need for improving the safety and security of the European Power System.","PeriodicalId":202568,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Electrical, Computer, Communications and Mechatronics Engineering (ICECCME)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125800758","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Among the different verticals, emergency services are one of the most important parts of making smart cities of the future a reality. In this context, firefighting is highly important for security and safety. However, firefighting requires ultra-reliable and low-latency communications since firefighters can be provided with advanced guidance during fire control with the employment of distributed sensors, robots, etc. Also, the use of machine learning algorithms is important for firefighters to analyze and make decisions based on the audiovisual and possibly tactile information they collect. Such a scenario cannot leverage the current cloud computing paradigm, which has significant latency issues. That is why it is important to study and design edge computing paradigms to address the goals of these scenarios and use cases since they can be capable of fulfilling latency and reliability requirements. In this situation, this work looks into how computing at Edge Micro Data Centers (EMDC) can be used to improve how fires are predicted and managed. We propose a novel three-stage architecture. The initial stage focuses on prediction and classification of the fire occurrence based on available sensor data at the EMDC, whereas the second stage deals with the fire occurrence confirmation using a convolutional neural network (CNN) classification model. After the fire occurrence has been confirmed, the final stage notifies the tenants and streams 360-degree monitoring video to the nearby fire station after processing at EMDC. The results showed that the proposed architecture can realize firefighting services with low latency. to the best of the authors' knowledge, this is the first work studying and experimentally evaluating this communication scenario by also involving prediction via intelligence.","PeriodicalId":202568,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Electrical, Computer, Communications and Mechatronics Engineering (ICECCME)","volume":"149 11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130137150","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As they contain no magnets and provide ample flux variation, with the added advantages of the fractional slot non overlapping winding they are a very cost effective solution for this kind of application. The main drawback of this kind of winding is high harmonic content in the air gap magneto-motive force waveform, which is evident by the presence of high torque ripples and increased rotor core losses leading to a depreciated overall machine performance. This paper seeks to study the effects of pole placed flux barriers and pole shaping techniques on the performance characteristics of a large scale wound rotor synchronous machine. To perform such a task, a 3MW, 400V, 16 pole, 18 slots, double layer wound rotor synchronous machine is designed and analyzed using a python based in-house static, 2D time stepped finite element method called SEMFEM and verified in the commercial transient finite element method software Ansys Maxwell.","PeriodicalId":202568,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Electrical, Computer, Communications and Mechatronics Engineering (ICECCME)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129398762","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
