For this reason, it is not always possible for parents to meet their children's needs, to protect them from dangers and to help them. Parents agree with a fee-paying caregiver to ensure that their children's needs are provided. Looking after a child by a caregiver can create a variety of security problems for the mother and the father. In addition, because of the child's development levels, there is always the possibility of encountering an extreme situation everywhere. This project has been developed for observing Alzheimer's patients as well as children. Alzheimer's disease is a disorder of phases. The individual with this disorder is in need of care after a certain level. For this reason, observation of the individuals with this disease and their caregivers is also important for safety. In this completed project, Raspberry Pi microcomputer has been used. A camera has been placed on the chest line. An image is taken every 5 minutes by the camera. This image is transferred to the REST API based web service. In addition, facial analysis has been performed on the photographs using image processing techniques. The faces found have been stored in a separate directory on the REST API based web service. The SIM808 GSM / GPS module has been used to enable the system to be active everywhere. Family members can follow the images transferred by the module with the help of the user panel in the web service.","PeriodicalId":201903,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Computer Science and Engineering (UBMK)","volume":"111 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133330163","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is assumed that each BT in a fleet of vehicles starts and completes its route at a blood-bank while visiting a subset of DCSs using the shortest path. However, unlike traditional logistic planning, blood transportation may be time critical. Therefore, in our approach, the vehicle routing is formulated to take into account the urgency of the requests and responses. Consequently, the objective of this study is to minimize the number of BTs while maintaining their minimum traveling lengths considering priority. In this regards, we extended the classical Capacitated VRP (CVRP) and reformulated requests to take into account the priority by assigning weight to each request. A hybrid meta-heuristic algorithm including Genetic Algorithms and Local Search is used to simulate transporting blood requests of DCSs. We challenged our approach with symmetrical CVRP instances taken from literature. In this case study, we observed that both the cost and response time are reduced dramatically for emergency.","PeriodicalId":201903,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Computer Science and Engineering (UBMK)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127796184","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In parallel with rapid growth in the banking sector, application software systems are being developed and the number of incident records reported by the system as a result of erroneous records are also increasing. It is aimed to examine the source code packages that are run during the resolution of the incident records, to examine the units that constitute the most incident records, to review the reports by categories, to automate the processes that the systems can perform and to solve the problems that became chronic as a result of the effective management of the problem management process. When these analyzes are carried out, result analysis techniques such as data mining, Pareto analysis, root cause analysis and fish bone diagrams are applied which is aimed to create the information center structure where the corporate memory accumulates. The topics mentioned in this study are exemplified by scientific methods and the gains obtained are described.","PeriodicalId":201903,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Computer Science and Engineering (UBMK)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114810515","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus, it is important to both store and access data efficiently. This study includes experiments for storing the term-document index, which will be used in a natural language processing project, effectively in memory. For this purpose, the indexed data is compressed using Run-Length coding and then Huffman coding algorithm. Compression experiments have been conducted with new versions of Huffman Coding which are arranged in a structure suitable for indexing data used in the study. The results were compared with the results of commonly used compression tools and the results turned out to be successful.","PeriodicalId":201903,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Computer Science and Engineering (UBMK)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117129977","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to solve this problem, solutions based on machine learning are popularly used. Solutions based on the principle of collecting and processing classified data from one person are often used for non-real-time solutions. In this study, a system design is presented in which real time processing of the received acceleration data is performed using a mobile device, and a hardware three-axis accelerometer and the daily movement of the person is detected through different classification methods. Besides, pre-processing is carried out in the training clusters, enabling the system to respond in real time. The open source WISDM (Wireless Sensor Data Mining) dataset is used for classification in system design. The WISDM data set has a continuous-time data set and a discrete-time version of the data set. In this study, the continuous time data was handled again and some modifications were made to the data set and the discretization process was performed. In this respect, the classification performance for the J48 classification algorithm increased from 85.05% to 89.80%, and the performance in the data set for MLP (Multilayer Perceptron) increased from 84.94% to 93.08%. Furthermore, in the system obtained by using the obtained dataset, real-time usage result is taken as 70% performance. Reasons for the success difference between real time system and data set are discussed and solution proposal is presented.","PeriodicalId":201903,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Computer Science and Engineering (UBMK)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124690011","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
