In this work, we aim to provide an analysis of such violations, and to demonstrate the potential of data-driven approaches for quickly locating and addressing them. We conduct an analytical study based upon data from the city of Beer-Sheva’s public records of fire hydrants, bomb shelters, and other public facilities.
