Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat minat masyarakat Desa Ekas Buana terhadap olahan buah lamun (Enhalus acoroides). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode metode observasi, ekperimen dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 1 September sampai 25 Oktober 2021 di Desa Ekas Buana Kabupaten Lombok Timur. \u0000Untuk menguji tingkat minat masyarakat Ekas Buana terhadap olahan buah lamun dalam penelitian ini dengan mengunakan uji skor (scoring test). Berdasarkan hasil uji organoleftik menunjukan bahwa responden terhadap olahan fillus buah lamun memberikan pengaruh berbeda nyata pada rasa, kerenyahan, dan aroma. Perlakuan terbaik berdasarkan penilaian responden adalah p3, pada rasa dengan nilai 4,73, kerenyahan dengan nilai 4,75, dan aroma dengan nilai 4,93. \u0000 \u0000Kata Kunci: Tingkat Minat;Olahan Lamun; Pare Mas; Lombok Timur. \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000Seagrass is a monocot plant that has rhizome roots, leaves, flowers and fruit. This study aims to determine the level of interest of the people of Ekas Buana Village towards processed seagrass (Enhalus acoroides). The method used is the method of observation, experimentation and questionnaires. This research was conducted from September 1 to October 25, 2021 in Ekas Buana Village, East Lombok Regency. \u0000To test the level of interest of the people of Ekas Buana towards processed seagrass in this study using a scoring test. Based on the results of the organoleftic test, it showed that respondents to processed seagrass fillus had significantly different effects on taste, crispness, and aroma. Di Kabupaten Lombok Timur, Cacing Sutra (Tubifex sp.) cukup sulit didapatkan dan harganya cukup mahal sehingga tidak terjangkau oleh masyarakat pembudidaya terutama pembudidaya ikan yang mempunyai usaha kecil menengah. Budidaya Cacing Sutra (Tubifex sp.) dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa metode budidaya antara lain budidaya dengan media lumpur dan budidaya media air bersih. Sehubungan dengan kondisi tersebut, maka peneliti merasa perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang analisis budidaya Cacing Sutra (Tubifex sp.) dengan menggunakan media air bersih dan lumpur sehingga masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengaplikasikan media budidaya yang lebih efektif. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dan data dianalisis dengan analisis Uji F \u0000Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa f hitung sebesar 5,16 > f tabel atau 4,54 yang berarti bahwa perbedaan media budidaya berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan cacing sutra (Tubifex sp). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan waktu penangkapan terhadap hasil tangkapan ranjungan (portunus pelagicus) dengan alat tangkap jaring di perairan Dusun Ujung Desa Pemongkong. Berdasarkan hasil uji organoleftik menunjukan bahwa responden terhadap olahan cistik buah mangrove memberikan pengaruh berbeda nyata pada rasa, kerenyahan, dan aroma. Cangkang Rajungan mengandung industri pasteurisasi atau pengalengan rajungan, cangkang rajungan memiliki 19,97% kalsium dan 1,81% fosfor. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dan data dianalisis dengan Analisa Variansi (ANOVA) dengan taraf 5%. \u0000Hasil uji organoleptik menunjukkan bahwa penilaian panelis terhadap produk kerupuk rumput laut cangkang rajungan memberikan pengaruh berbeda nyata pada rasa, kerenyahan, dan aroma. Perlakuan terbaik berdasarkan penilain panelis adalah P3, pada rasa dengan nilai (4,18). Kemudian Perlakuan terbaik pada kerenyahan dengan nilai P3 (1,95), dan Perlakuan terbaik pada aroma dengan nilai P3 (3,95). \u0000 \u0000Kata Kunci: Cangkang Rajungan, Rumput Laut, Kerupuk, Organoleptik. \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000People pay less attention to the level of public interest in processed cracker products made from crab shells and seaweed. Crab shells contain industrial pasteurization or canning crabs, crab shells have 19.97% calcium and 1.81% phosphorus. This research method uses experimental methods and the data were analyzed by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with a level of 5%. \u0000The results of the organoleptic test showed that the panelists' assessment of the crab shell seaweed cracker products had a significantly different effect on taste, crispness, and aroma. The best treatment based on the panelist's assessment was P3, on taste with a value of (4,18).
