First, the method minimizes the central distance between two domains and preserves the geometric structure of data in the subspace after projection. Second, a linear regression function based on the l2,1 norm is used to represent the mapping relationship between the subspace and the label space, allowing the correlation relationship between data before and after projection to be maintained, feature extraction ability to be improved, and noise robustness to be achieved. Third, the orthogonal constraint is utilized to encourage geometric interpretation and data reconstruction. Based on the powerful high-dimensional data analysis capabilities of autoencoders, the use of autoencoders for anomaly detection is becoming more and more popular. This paper proposes an anomaly detection method based on deep learning and support vector data description. First, feature engineering is built based on an optimized serial deep autoencoder; second, different feature combinations are studied and compared; finally, anomaly detection based on support vector data description. The existing power communication network has numerous problems, such as network architecture, upper business support, network operation and maintenance management. This paper first introduces the development status and conceptual principles of SDN (Software Defined Network), based on the advantages and disadvantages of SDN architecture, the common attack types and defense methods are introduced. By combining the advantages of SDN architecture and traditional power communication network, a new security defense framework of power communication network is designed. Hard points on the contact rail are the key factors that affect the continuity of power supply, and even affect the safe operation of the track in serious cases. The hard points height characteristic are related to the separation time and distance between the collector shoe and the contact rail. In order to explore the characteristics of the height data, a hard-points platform for simulating the contact rail is built. The characteristics of the acceleration signal passing through the simulated hard points platform are extracted by time-frequency analysis. Using the neural network model to explore the correlation, the regression prediction of the contact rail height value can be realized. Based on this method, the prediction error of simulating hard points inversion at a specific height is within 2%, and the effect is good. When using optical flow algorithms for tracking in conventional vision control, its accuracy and large movements are affected by the size of the integration window to track fast-moving objects, making it difficult to achieve real-time control in robotic arm vision control. By using a smaller integration window, the Pyramid Lucas-Kanade (LK) method can solve the problem that large motions cannot be tracked, but the basic Pyramid LK method is not very accurate. Therefore, an improved LK optical flow method is proposed for the practical application of the traditional LK method for robotic arm control with poor real-time performance and accuracy, applying a combination of the improved FAST (Features from Accelerated Segment Test) corner point detection and the pyramid LK optical flow algorithm. With the improved FAST algorithm, the corner points with the strongest grey-scale variations can be extracted quickly. This approach allows better estimation of optical flows with strong corner points to track moving objects. To construct communication ability of different systems, the protocols they support should be essentially concerned. A novel, lightweight and flexible protocol, named as LAB protocol, is developed in this paper, where we study it and STANAG 4586 and MAVLink for comparision. Therefore, it is essential to identify level of loosed clamp caused by wear and tear. This paper proposes a clamp looseness extent recognition method based on multi-scale feature fusion convolutional neural network (MFF-CNN). The 2-D input constructed by small sample data of 7 distributed FBG sensors is useful for integration of temporal-spatial feature of clamp looseness. Furthermore, multi-scale fused features in MFF-CNN are more effective to overcome problem of small sample data caused by transient nature of mechanical faults and improves efficiency of CNN model training. The proposed model provides better performance on clamp looseness extent recognition compared to 1DCNN, 2DCNN and MSCNN. Based on the algorithm, the effect of interval excitation deviations of array antennas on the beam pointing accuracy is studied. The 10×10 array operating within X band with half wavelength is taken as an example to investigate the corresponding influence. The results show that compared with the traditional definition of interval beam pointing accuracy, the improved interval beam point accuracy can better reflect the influence of interval excitation deviations on the array performance.
