摘要

在“碳峰碳中和”背景下,电网规模日益扩大,电网智能化水平不断提高,电力系统对通信网络的依赖性日益增强。现有电力通信网络存在着网络架构、上层业务支撑、网络运维管理等诸多问题。本文首先介绍了SDN (Software Defined Network,软件定义网络)的发展现状和概念原理,根据SDN架构的优缺点,介绍了常见的攻击类型和防御方法。结合SDN架构与传统电力通信网络的优势,设计了一种新的电力通信网络安全防御框架。最后,构建了一种开放式、数控分离、控制器集中管理的新型电力通信方案,并对新型电力通信方案进行了总结和展望。
