{"title":"توظيف مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تسويق القيم","authors":"عقيل كريم مشط الموسوي, فاطمة عبد الكاظم حمد الربيعي","doi":"10.33282/abaa.v13i53.356","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33282/abaa.v13i53.356","url":null,"abstract":"احدثت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تغيرات جوهرية ونقلة نوعية في صناعة التسويق واستراتيجياته ، وقد وظفت الوزارات العراقية هذه المواقع لاسيما الفيس بوك لنشر القيم وتعميمها من اجل ترسيخها في المجتمع العراقي الذي شهد العديد من التحولات في مجالات الحياة كافة والتي القت بظلالها على طبيعة افراد المجتمع كافة .وان هذا البحث يسلط الضوء على توظيف صفحتي وزارة الثقافة والسياحة والاثار ، ووزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية في تسويق القيم بهدف معرفة القيم المتضمنة في منشورات الصفحتين والكشف عن مستويات القيم فيها , ونوعية الاستمالات فضلا عن الاشكال التي سوقت بها تلك القيم .وقد استعان الباحث بالمنهج المسحي مستخدما استمارة تحليل المضمون لمنشورات الصفحتين في اثناء مدة الدراسة الممتدة من 1/1/2019 ولغاية 31/4/2019 والبالغة (1238) منشوراً في كلتا الوزارتين , وخرج البحث بمجموعة نتائج اهمها : تصدر القيم الثقافية والاجتماعية والأخلاقية في مقدمة هذه القيم التي تم تسويقها في الصفحتين ، ثم القيم المعرفية والفنية والسياسية والاقتصادية والقانونية والوطنية , اما القيم الدينية والرياضية فلم يتم تناولهما الا بنسبة ضئيلة جدا في الوزارتين موضوع البحث , وكانت نسبة ظهور القيم الضمنية بشكل اكبر , فضلا عن توظيف الاستمالات العقلية بشكل كبير في فعاليات التسويق للأفكار التي تم بثها ونشرها على صفحتي الفيس بوك عن طريق تقديم الأرقام والإحصاءات والبيانات التي تدعم وجهات النظر والتي تفوقت فيها وزارة الثقافة والسياحة والاثار , فضلا عن الاستشهاد بالمعلومات والاحداث الواقعية اذ كانت الأغلبية فيها في صفحة وزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية , ويلاحظ استهدفت الوزارتين الجمهور العام في عمليات التسويق الاجتماعي على الفيس بوك , وقد استخدمت وزارة الثقافة والسياحة والاثار \"النص المرفق بصورة \" لجذب الجمهور وشد انتباهه لمنشوراتها , في حين كان \"نص مع مقطع فيديو\" الاكثر استخداما في وزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية وذلك لكثرة التقارير التي تبرز الحالات الإنسانية والاجتماعية وكيفية معالجتها من قبل الوزارة تمهيدا لإقناع الجمهور بأنشطتها في هذا المجال .","PeriodicalId":201372,"journal":{"name":"AL – Bahith AL – A a‚LAMI","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123248469","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Especially social media, which led to a shift from old diplomacy to digital public diplomacy. The research paper seeks to analyze the communicative content of the Facebook page (Israel in the Iraqi dialect), which a page is belonging to the \"Israeli\" Ministry of Foreign Affairs that aims, according to its messages, to encourage dialogue between \"Israelis\" and Iraqis. The study aims to know the methods and tactics that \"Israel\" used in its communication contents to market it to the public Iraqi. Therefore, the researchers used the descriptive approach and the content analysis method to analyze the communicative content of popular diplomacy via Facebook, for the period from 8/13/2020 to 10/13/2020. The authors utilized the survey method of a nominal sample of 315 individuals, equally distributed among the three foremost categories of the Turkish elite, namely: the political academic, and media elite. The foremost findings of the study are that the orientation of the coverage of the Turkish media of the events of the attempt military coup of 15 July, based on the perception and assessment of the Turkish elite, was positive to a high degree; it refuted the news and the inciting information given to foreign media revealed the bloodiness of the rebels who opened fire on innocent civilians, and adopted a media discourse supportive of the national will and the safeguarding of democracy. The Turkish media also urged Turkish political parties to adopt a united stand toward the coup, in a manner different from its positions toward the military coups that took place previously in Turkey. Moreover, it is the view of the elite that the Turkish media contributed to forming the attitudes of Turkish public opinion that are strongly opposed to the annulment of democracy.
