Analog and RF performances investigation is done using 2D Silvaco TCAD for a wide range of gate voltage (VGS). The designed device shows better performances in terms of drain current (Id), cutoff frequency (fc), trans conductance $(g_{m})$ in contrast to the conventional Recessed Gate Pseudomorphic HEMT (RGP HEMT). However, a reduced trans conductance generation factor (gm/Id) is noticed. Simulation results are satisfactory and a drain current of $460 mu A/mu m$, a maximum gain of 447 dB, a peak gm of $4.22 ms/mu m$, and 520 GHz for fC are obtained. A novel power control algorithm and some already existing ones have been studied focusing on resolving the near-far problem that affects the performance of the system a whole. Unlike the other existing power control algorithms, and besides the dynamic step size, our Modified Adaptive Power Control algorithm (MAPC) shows its uniqueness in the intelligence added to restrict the oscillations of the estimated signal to interference ratio (SIR) around its target value by using a stabilization zone. Simulations were carried out to evaluate the robustness of the novel algorithm. In this kind of machine, the high nonrity may be presented in the characteristics of magnetic circuits and the variation of air gap. Hence, in order to analyze these characteristics, the modeling by finite elements method with two situations has been presented, one by considering just the non-linearity of geometric (variation of the air gap) and the second situation by considering the non-linear properties of the materials (non-linearity of magnetic circuits) with the non-linearity of geometric. The static characteristics of the SRM are calculated from two-dimensional finite elements modeling under different rotor positions with variations of the electrical current (excitation). The analysis of the results based on the comparative study for both situations. The XLPE samples are modeled and aged at 140°C. Unaged and aged samples are charged with electron beam irradiation with three different energies: 5 kev, 15 kev and 30 kev. According to the overall results, thermal aging influences considerably the trapped charge in the material. It is found that the trapped charge increases with increasing aging time. The similar positive correlation has been noticed between the trapped charge quantity and the e-beam energy level. The purpose of this method is to merge the performance of both types of controllers using a fuzzy supervisor that manages the transition from one control strategy to another by giving each moment the participation rate of each command. Simulation results via Matlab/Simulink illustrate the performance of the proposed control. The main advantages of such generator are its high reliability, quit robust, inexpensive and low costs of operation and maintenance. However this type of generators are very sensitive to variation of the excitation source.The SEIG is excited by a capacitor bank with an appropriate value to insure the good operating of the production system. Capacitors faults are abnormalities that can affect one or more proprieties of the system, which can lead to a failure or even breakdown of the production system. Indeed, this work is focused on the comparison of the different carbon based fuels to the H2 fuel as a reference case. After that, the energy and exergy analysis are applied for all fuels compositions, in order to select the fuel corresponding to the optimum combustion for the considered burner in this work. The computations are performed with the use of the Cycle-Tempo Release package code. This shadow can be both to expect due to extraordinary situations: neighbor constructing, close by tree or tough to are expecting due to clouds or building. the cause of this paper is to take a look at and illustrate the outcomes of partial shading with bypass diode and without bypass diode on the I(V) and P(V) traits of the photovoltaic panel. This is performed via using simulation using matlab/simulink. This paper shows more feature changes compared to shaded and unshaded conditions.
