Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berupa google form yang disebarkan kepada 200 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif variabel penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa pada dasarnya kuliah online tidak seefektif dan seefisien kuliah tatap muka, kuliah online di masa pandemik covid-19 ini tidak berjalan seoptimal dan semaksimal kuliah tatap muka. Absensi dilakukan secara manual yang dituliskan pada form absen yang disedikan oleh manajemen dan di rekap setiap akhir bulan untuk ditentukan jumlah pertemuan guru yang berhubungan dengan pendapatan guru tersebut. Sehingga menyulitkan pihak Bimbel untuk menyesuaikan antara absen yang diberikan oleh guru dengan pengamatan kehadiran guru oleh orang tua. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang suatu sistem informasi berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan sistem penerapan fitur realtime image capture berbasis mobile untuk mempermudah dalam penginputan data absensi guru pada Bimbingan Belajar Panggil Guru. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Warterfall (analysis, design, coding, testing, dan maintenance). Hasil penelitian ini adalah a) Menghasilkan sistem penerapan fitur realtime image capture berbasis mobile di Bimbingan Belajar Panggil Guru dan b) Tingkat kelayakan sistem berbasis mobile ditinjau dari aspek functional suitability dengan kategori sangat layak dan usability dengan kategori “Excellent”. Melalui keempat aspek tersebut diharapkan siswa tidak hanya pandai tetapi juga memiliki keterampilan yang nanti pasti akan dibutuhkan di masa mendatang. Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain untuk membuktikan: 1) fasilitas laboratorium komputer kelas XI Akuntansi di SMKN 3 Bangkalan, 2) penguasaan komputer siswa kelas XI Akuntansi di SMKN 3 Bangkalan, 3) penguasaan akuntasi siswa kelas XI Akuntansi di SMKN 3 Bangkalan, 4) efikasi diri siswa kelas XI Akuntansi di SMKN 3 Bangkalan, dan 5) pengaruh penguasaan komputer dan efikasi diri terhadap hasil belajar komputer akuntansi accurate siswa kelas XI Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 3 Bangkalan. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena semua data penelitian berbentuk kuantitatif. Penelitian mengumpulkan berbagai data variabel penelitian menggunakan instrumen yan telah dinyatakan valid dan variabel. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh, dianalisis menggunakan statistik dengan rumus korelasi product moment dan korelasi ganda. The benefits of online learning are felt in the continuity of education during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to examine the impact of online learning on the learning motivation of Junior High School (SMP) students. The results of the research discussion indicate that online learning has advantages, namely 1) as a medium to encourage independent learning; 2) as an effort to modernize the concept of education in the 21st century; 3) increasing the intensity of the interaction between teachers and students; 3) allows for an interaction that is not limited to space and time, and 4) meaningful learning. The impact of online learning on student learning motivation tends to be negative due to the unpreparedness of various parties, including teachers, parents, students, and schools. Early adolescents who need direct guidance, direction, and motivation must lose control due to reduced direct interaction with the teacher. {"title":"IMPROVING STUDENTS' CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS THROUGH ARGUMENT MAPPING-BASED GUIDED INQUIRY ON HUMAN EXCRETORY SYSTEM","authors":"Muhammad Jamhari Darhany","doi":"10.37859/eduteach.v1i2.1972","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37859/eduteach.v1i2.1972","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to analyze the improvement of students’ critical thinking skills in the features of focus, supporting reasons, reasoning, organization, conventions and integration through the implementation of argument mapping-based guided inquiry learning models. Type of this research is classroom action research, a systematic inquiry with the goal of informing practice in particular situation which adopted Kemmis and McTaggart’s models which follows the cycle of planning, action, observation and reflection. It was conducted in class XI-Avenzoar of SMA Unggulan CT Foundation Deli Serdang in the academic year 2019/2020. The sampling technique was done by total sampling consisting of 24 students with a composition of 6 boys and 18 girls. The instrument used the essay tests adapted from Finken based on Illinois Critical Thinking Essay Test and argument mapping based on van Gelder on the concept of human excretory system. The data collection methods were included the interview, observation and documentation. The whole data was employed by descriptive analysis developed by Miles and Huberman which includes three concurrent activities, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the features of focus and reasoning from critical thinking skills tests in Cycle I obtained the highest score of all, while the features of supporting reasons and conventions obtained the lowest score and showed no improvement at all. Meanwhile in Cycle II, the features of focus and reasoning increased significantly and obtained the highest score as well. However, the feature of supporting reasons increased simultaneously but conventions still remained. It definitely showed that there was a significant improvement between groups in Cycle I (65.42) and Cycle II (80.21) from the average score of students’ critical thinking skills through their argument mapping grading. The aspects of argument mapping, such as claims, reasons, objections, rebuttals and debates improved well between these cycles. It was strongly suggested that argument mapping could enhance students’ critical thinking skills in Biology. From the results and discussion, it could be concluded that the implementation of the argument mapping-based guided inquiry learning models on the concept of human excretory system had a very positive and significant improvement on students’ critical thinking skills. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan peneliti adalah membandingkan pencapaian nilai dengan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) dan ditandai dengan meningkatnya kriteria ketuntasan klasikal pada setiap siklusnya. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan tiap siklus yang sudah dilaksanakan. Pada pra siklus persentase ketuntasan hanya 33,3% atau 5 peserta didik dan 10 peserta didik lainnya atau 66,7% belum tuntas. Sampai tanggal 26 Mei 2020, ada 5.406.282 kasus, termasuk 343.562 kematian. Penelitian menggunakan metode mixed methods, dengan melakukan analisa statistik parametris dan non parametris dilanjutkan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian di kampus Telkom University dan UIN SGD Bandung menunjukkan sekitar 60.5 % mahasiswa siap beradaptasi dengan penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran perkuliahan online tetapi sekitar 59.5 % keberatan atas tugas yang diberikan dosen yang berakibat tingkat stress mahasiswa sekitar 60 %. Kalau hal ini dibiarkan terus akan berakibat fatal dalam perkembangan kejiwaan mahasiswa, dan sebanyak 92 % mahasiswa memilih dan lebih suka perkuliahan tatap muka di kelas di banding perkuliahan online. Lalu melihat perbedaan peningkatan berpikir kritis pada kelas eksperimen dengan model problem based introduction berbantuan kartu Bertis dibanding dengan kelas kontrol dengan perlakuan model problem based introduction saja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuasi eksperimen.. Populasi penelitian kali ini adalah siswa SMAN 1 Pabuaran Serang. Hasil yang diperoleh ialah peningkatan berpikir kritis pada kelas eksperimen dapat dikatakan cukup baik, dilihat dari nilai N-gain yakni sebesar 0,31 kategori sedang. Selain itu kelas eksperimen ternyata lebih baik dalam peningkatan berpikir kritis dibanding kelas kontrol.
