Wu, Mingke Luo, Wensheng He, Wenting Chen","doi":"10.5428/PCAR20200506","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5428/PCAR20200506","url":null,"abstract":"Objective: To establish a HPLC-MS/MS method for simultaneous determination of five pesticides residues including tebuconazole,metalaxyl-M,thiophanate-methyl,oxytetracycline and abamectin in Anoectochilus roxburghii.Methods: The samples were extracted by acetonitrile solution and purified by QuEChERS method.Separation was performed on Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 column(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.8 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of 0.1% formic acid(A) and acetonitrile(B) by gradient elution(0-1.0 min,90% A;1.0-3.0 min,90%-70% A;3.0-5.0 min,70%-30% A;5.0-8.0 min,30%-10% A;8.0-14.0 min,10% A;14.0-15.0 min,10%-90% A;15.0-17.0 min,90% A).Detection was performed on a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization source operating in positive ion mode under multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode.Results: The calibration curves of five pesticides showed good linearity coefficients(r>0.99).The average recoveries ranged from 72.7% to 94.9%(n=6),and the relative standard derivations(RSDs) were within 1.8%-10.3%(n=6).The detection limits of tebuconazole,metalaxyl-M,thiophanate-methyl,oxytetracycline and abamectin were 0.6,0.2,0.3,0.2,5.0 μg/kg,and the quantitation limits of 5 pesticides were 2.0,0.5,1.0,0.6 and 10.0 μg/kg respectively.Conclusion: The established method was proved to be sensitive,simple and reliable,and could be applied for the determination of these five pesticides in Anoectochilus roxburghii and quality control in the planting process.","PeriodicalId":19943,"journal":{"name":"Pharmaceutical Care and Research","volume":"20 1","pages":"345-349"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42635055","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Qiao","doi":"10.5428/PCAR20200507","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5428/PCAR20200507","url":null,"abstract":"Objective: To investigate the current status of clinical research coordinators(CRCs) in Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center,so as to optimize the current management mode and improve the quality of drug clinical trials.Methods: A survey was made among 104 CRCs in the hospital by using a self-made questionnaire,which included professional background,problems facing CRCs and their opinions or suggestions concerning the current management mode.Finally,the study made a descriptive statistical analysis of the obtained results.Results and Conclusion: Most of the CRCs in the hospital had an educational background of above undergraduate course in related medical science,over 80% of them had service years of less than 3 years,and less than 50% of them used to undertake clinical trials independently before they took up their posts in the hospital.The majority of the CRCs had a love for their profession and a sense of accomplishment,but only 20% of them had a sense of home-coming and approval.The feelings of heavy workload and dissatisfaction with salary widely existed among CRCs.Poor cooperation between subjects and pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS) and CRCs occasionally occurred in work.CRCs put forward a series of suggestions on the current CRCs management mode in the hospital.Such measures as setting up CRCs access threshold,raising salary,enriching training contents,reforming the work system of PIVAS,enhancing the sense of responsibility of clinical researchers,and holding regular informal discussions should be taken to intensify the construction of the CRCs team both professionally and from the aspect of team stability in the long run.","PeriodicalId":19943,"journal":{"name":"Pharmaceutical Care and Research","volume":"20 1","pages":"350-354"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42847443","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

{"title":"Study on the relationship between adverse drug reactions of carbamazepine and HLA-B*1502 genetic polymorphism and blood concentration","authors":"Bei-ming Xu, Bing-Qiang Chen","doi":"10.5428/PCAR20200502","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5428/PCAR20200502","url":null,"abstract":"Objective: To study the relationship between genetic polymorphism,blood concentration and adverse drug reactions(ADRs) of carbamazepine(CBZ),so as to promote clinical safety and reasonable use of CBZ.Methods: Clinical medical data of the inpatients treated in Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to School of Medicine,Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2017 to 2019 were collected retrospectively.Data concerning HLA-B*1502 gene detection and serum concentration of CBZ were collected to analyze the relationship between HLA-B*1502 genotype and ADRs of CBZ in the patients.Results: A total of 148 patients were enrolled for study,of whom 101 patients received HLA-B*1502 genotypes detection,with the genotype of 34 patients being positive,accounting for 33.66%.In the 148 patients,78 were treated with CBZ(53.79%),among whom 60 patients(86 case times) received serum drug concentration detection of CBZ.The serum drug concentration in 53 case times was within the recommended concentration range,accounting for 61.63% of the detected case times,and the serum drug concentration in 32 case times(37.21%) was lower than that of the recommended data.CBZ-related ADRs occurred in 12 cases(15.38%),of which one patient with HLA-B*1502 homozygous mutation developed severe skin ADRs after taking CBZ.Conclusion: There is close association between HLA-B*1502 genotype and skin ADRs induced by CBZ.The treatment window of CBZ is narrow,and the rate of ADRs might be associated with blood concentration of CBZ.Gene detection and blood concentration detection are of great significance to the improvement of the safety of CBZ in clinical practice.","PeriodicalId":19943,"journal":{"name":"Pharmaceutical Care and Research","volume":"20 1","pages":"326-349"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42629648","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
