In\u0000this way, the ancient customs and stunning civilizations of China and India have made them significant figures in defining\u0000world issues. Our first prime minister, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, instituted a number of projects for the prosperity and wellbeing of both countries because they attained independence about the same time. With the slogan "Hindi Chini Bhai\u0000Bhai," the Panchsheel Treaty, which was signed on April 29, 1954, served as a model for stability and respect for one\u0000another. Respect for one another's territorial integrity and sovereignty, equality, non-aggression, non-interference, and\u0000peaceful cohabitation are among the various religious measures that our Indian government has introduced. But the\u0000mistrust of the Chinese government towards the Tibet issue made things worse, and after one conventional conflict and\u0000several bilateral talks, we can today say that the situation remains unsatisfactory. If both countries are to flourish and\u0000contribute to the world's multipolar position, then the sense of insecurity and tension in the region must disappear in\u0000order to prevent the balance of power from shifting in favor of any one group. This essay aims to draw attention to the\u0000different points of dispute between two countries and offers some doable solutions that could help settle the geopolitical\u0000conflicts.

It utilizes ultrasonic\u0000vibrations generated by piezoelectric crystals to precisely cut mineralized tissues like bone while preserving adjacent\u0000soft tissues. This selective cutting ability distinguishes piezosurgery from traditional rotary instruments, minimizing\u0000trauma to surrounding structures and reducing the risk of postoperative complications. In conclusion, piezosurgery\u0000represents a significant advancement in oral and maxillofacial surgery, offering a minimally invasive,tissue-preserving\u0000approach to bone cutting. This abstract navigates through the\u0000complexities of bone grafting in oral and maxillofacial surgery, shedding light on the factors influencing success and the\u0000potential pitfalls encountered along the way. The promise of bone grafting lies in its ability to stimulate natural bone\u0000regeneration, thereby facilitating functional and esthetic restoration. Biocompatible graft materials offer compatibility\u0000with the host tissue, fostering integration and promoting healing.Yet, the realization of this promise is contingent upon\u0000navigating various realities. Successful bone grafting hinges upon meticulous patient selection, graft material choice,\u0000surgical technique, and postoperative care. Patient factors such as overall health, smoking status, and systemic\u0000conditions significantly influence graft integration and healing.Autografts, allografts, and synthetic grafts each possess\u0000unique advantages and limitations, necessitating tailored approaches based on patient needs and clinical context\u0000Surgical skill and technique play pivotal roles in optimizing bone graft success. Precise preparation of the graft site,\u0000accurate placement of the graft material, and appropriate fixation methods are critical for achieving favorable\u0000outcomes. Additionally, postoperative care, including immobilization, infection prevention, and rehabilitation, is\u0000essential for promoting graft integration and minimizing complications. Despite advancements, bone grafting is not\u0000devoid of pitfalls. Graft failure, infection, nonunion, resorption, and complications at donor sites represent potential\u0000challenges encountered in clinical practice.Addressing these pitfalls requires vigilant monitoring, prompt intervention,\u0000and revision strategies tailored to individual patient needs.

The mainstay of breast cancer treatment\u0000includes surgery followed by chemotherapy radiotherapy and targeted therapy. Aggressive axillary surgery increase\u0000morbidity and reduce the quality of life in terms of lymphedema which affects 20% of those who undergo axillary\u0000dissection2.The most important predictor for decreased survival and recurrence in patients with early breast cancer is\u0000the presence of axillary lymph node metastases. Axillary nodal involvement in breast cancer is unpredictable but once\u0000involved it starts from level 1and follow systematic order from level 1 to 2 to 3.\u0000Objectives\u00001. To find the proportion of patients who turn out to have positive level three axillary nodal metastasis following axillary\u0000dissection for early breast cancer\u00002. To find out factors associated with level 3 node involvement in early breast cancer.\u0000Methods Data was collected from 77 patients with early breast cancer. Axillary level 3 nodes were labelled separately\u0000during breast surgery and send to pathology for HPE and ER PR and her2neu status and results recorded. Results And\u0000Discussion Out of the 77 patients studied 3 of them turned out positive for level 3 nodal disease, even though 40 percent\u0000of patients were having clinically palpable nodes in the axilla. Once thought of primarily as a disease of men,COPD is now\u0000known to be increasingly prevalent among women. However, little is known about gender-related differences in the\u0000lung function and circulating levels of leukocyte in COPD.Objective- To study the possible gender-related differences\u0000in the lung function and leukocyte levels in the blood of COPD patients. Methods- It is a cross-sectional study enrolling\u000040 COPD patients (22 males and 18 females).12 out of 18 female patients already attained menopause.Lung function was\u0000studied by computerized spirometer (Helios 401/701) and blood leukocyte counts (absolute neutrophil count,absolute\u0000eosinophil count, absolute basophil count, absolute lymphocyte count and absolute monocyte count) were determined\u0000by using suitable diluting fluids. Results- A higher FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, PEFR and FEF25-75 in male as compared to\u0000female COPD patients are seen but not statistically significant (P>0.05).The mean neutrophil concentration is found to\u0000be higher in female patients whereas eosinophil, lymphocyte and monocyte counts are found to be higher in male\u0000patients but these findings are again statistically not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion- There seems to be a propensity\u0000for the female gender to suffer from COPD and have severe form of the disease when compared to male patients. These issues can potentially harm the health of the developing baby. Therefore, it is\u0000crucial for both the mother and child to maintain proper oral health. Mothers need to be aware of the connection between\u0000oral health and pregnancy. This study aims to assess women's self-reported oral health and oral health literacy, as well as\u0000their level of awareness regarding this connection The study involved distributing a pretested Material and Methods:\u0000questionnaire to 200 mothers between the ages of 19 and 44 who gave birth at the government hospitals in Lucknow city.\u0000The questionnaire covered topics such as demographics, oral health before and during pregnancy, as well as postchildbirth oral health. Research reveals that only 20% of women had received oral examination prior t Results: o\u0000pregnancy, whereas 38.5% intentionally received dental checkups after confirming their pregnancy. Approximately\u000024% of the women were not aware of the significance of maintaining proper oral hygiene during pregnancy. During\u0000pregnancy, 41.5% of women reported dental complaints, and 30.5% received dental treatment. 68% brushed their teeth\u0000twice daily, while 32% observed oral health deterioration during pregnancy. Most of the mothers possessed a good\u0000understanding of the significance of maintaining oral health during pregnancy. This was strongly linked with a higher\u0000level of education and living in larger cities. The study also revealed that there was a significant connection between\u0000higher birth weight and regularly brushing teeth on a daily basis. Younger mothers tended to have more frequent\u0000problems with their oral cavity and required more dental treatments during pregnancy.
