Primary converters with autodyne transceiver modules based on Gunn diodes are used in the discrete-phase method (DPM) equipment. The device consists of two blocks: EHF sensor and microprocessor unit with graphic LC-display. Modification is in the continuous monitoring of an electron beam oscillations spectrum with periodic adjustment of a set of model base frequencies.
