Based on data indicated by the Ministry of Health that the prevalence of adolescents aged 16-19 years increased 3-fold from 1995 from 7.1% to 20.5% in 2014. According to the result, this study aimed to prevent and address smoking addiction in adolescents by using a program that focuses on preventive and curative that is by using innovation program of REBAS (Remaja Bebas Asap Rokok). The participants who involved in the program were 38 students. The REBAS program given to the participants used the method of group discusion forums, where participants were given pretest and post test to know the level of knowledge about smoking, and were invited to discuss through played a video and discused in a small groups accompanied by two facilitators. The event ended with a material review and pronunciation of the REBAS pledge that was spoken together. Conclusion: After the ongoing program of REBAS, participants can realize the importance of the dangers of smoking and the importance of improving anti-smoking movement early on. This research has been carried out in the Pengalihan Village, Enok District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The determination of the research location was carried out intentionally (porposively) during KKN activities in the Pengalihan Village and with the consideration that the Pengalihan Village is one of the coconut production center villages. The time of conducting the research begins on August 5 to September 25, 2021. The analysis used is to increase community income through efforts to use coconut coir waste into flower pots and marketing solutions to support the economy of the residents of the Pengalih Village in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era in the Pengalihan Village, Enok District. Operationally, the objectives of this activity are: 1) There are skilled teachers who are ready to carry out socialization of various types of teacher professional development; 2) Helping teachers to be able to develop their profession, especially in writing scientific papers resulting from classroom action research (CAR); 3) The development of teachers in doing CAR in the classes they foster; 4) The development of teachers in compiling research reports and scientific journal articles resulting from CAR activities; 5) The publication of articles on the results of CAR activities written by teachers in national scientific journals. To achieve these objectives, training and mentoring methods are used. Material delivery method The training consisted of lecture, question and answer, and discussion methods. Training Results shows that the understanding and mastery of the material on CAR for participants experienced an increase after participating in the training compared to before.
