Teknologi komputer mampu menjadi solusi dalam pemecah masalah dari tingkat yang ringan sampai yang rumit sekalipun. Sistem informasi dan teknologi tersebut menghasilkan suatu proses pengambilan keputusan , perencanaan, dan strategi bisnis perusahaan. CV Nadya Printing merupakan perusahaan jasa percetakan. Sistem penggajian yang digunakan pada CV Nadya Printing masih menggunakan cara konvensional. Penulis mencoba merancang aplikasi berbasis Web dengan menerapkan model waterfall. Penilaian siswa terhadap pemahaman materi ajar (khususnya matapelajaran KKPI), ditentukan berdasarkan silabus pengajaran KKPI antara lain pemahaman tentang system operasi, pengolahan software, pengolahan data, jaringan, dan web. Evaluasi penilaian siswa terhadap penerimaan materi ajar KKPI masih menggunakan sistem manual hingga memakan waktu yang lama dan dapat berdampak pada hasil yang kurang akurat. Untuk itu perlu di buat model penilaian siswa terhadap penerimaan materi ajar KKPI berbasis komputer (soft computing) menggunakan program Matlab 7.9.0.529 (R2009b) dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) Mamdani. Pendidikan di Jakarta merupakan salah satu aspek yang menjadi cerminan untuk daerah-daerah lain yang ada di negara indoensia. Pemerintah DKI Jakarta melakukan pembangunan dalam aspek Pendidikan dengan program wajib belajar 12 tahun. Pada kenyataannya masih banyak anak yang putus sekolah karena keterbatasan kemampuan orang tua untuk memenuhi biaya Pendidikan. Pemerintah berupaya untuk memberikan subsidi antara lain Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS), bantuan Operasional Pendidikan (BOP), dan Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP). Temuan pokok menunjukan bahwa pelanggaran dan penyalahgunaan dana Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) masih terjadi. Masih banyak ketidakakuratan data dan masih salah sasaran meskipun pengelolaan aturan dan juga mekanisme sudah di berikan. Oleh karena itu, penulis menerapkan metode data mining untuk mengklasifikasikan diterimanya ajuan siswa dalam kategori diterima dan tidak diterima berdasarkan data KJP dimasa sebelumnya, kemudian digunakan dalam penentuan kelayakan ajuan siswa dimasa depan, yaitu dengan algoritma Naive Bayes. Penulis menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner 9.2.0 untuk menguji tingkat akurasi algoritma tersebut. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menyiapkan data sebanyak 324 data yang diambil dari Arsip KJP SMK Al-Kautsar Jakarta ditahun 2017-2019. Hasil pengujian akurasi yang didapatkan menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner maupun perhitungan manual diperoleh akurasi yaitu 60.49% dengan persentase eror 39.50%. Penggunaan teknologi helpdesk menjadi solusi tepat untuk perusahaan besar, penggunaan teknologi informasi semakin penting keberadaanya untuk mengelola informasi dengan cepat dan akurat dan mampu menyimpan dalam suatu history yang bisa dipertanggung-jawabkan untuk dijadikan acuan dan referensi pembenahan sistem di masa mendatang. PT. Henkel Footwear and Speciality Adhesives (HFSA) Tangerang adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri teknologi perekat. Dalam menunjang proses bisnis perusahaan, PT. HFSA Tangerang menggunakan sistem komputer dan terdapat divisi IT yang menangani berbagai permasalahan berkaitan dengan teknologi informasi. Proses manajemen permasalahan masih menggunakan pencatatan manual, sehingga terdapat kendala antar teknisi atau resolver team dalam menangani permasalahan. Dengan metode menual, penyajian laporan juga tidak bisa dilakukan secara cepat. Sehingga untuk mempermudah divisi IT dalam mengelola permasalahan yang masuk, maka dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat menangani kebutuhan tersebut. Sistem informasi helpdesk ticketing berbasis web dapat diakses menggunakan web browser dari berbagai sistem operasi. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem informasi helpdesk ticketing ini adalah RAD (Rapid Application Development) yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sistem helpdesk ticketing berbasis web yang diaplikasikan dapat bermanfaat bagi karyawan PT. With the data analytics the prediction process has been facilitated by the past data stored to find out what will happen in the future. This research was conducted to facilitate the film industry players in considering the factors that can influence the income of the film to be produced. The naive bayes method is a popular machine learning technique for classification because it is very simple, efficient, and has good performance on many domains. But naive bayes has a disadvantage that is very sensitive to too many features, thus making the accuracy to be low, in this case the adaboost method to reduce bias so that it can and improve accuracy from naive bayes. Validation is done by using 10 fold cross validation while measuring accuracy using confusion matrix and kappa. The results showed an increase in the accuracy of Naive Bayes from 83.22% to 84.44% and the kappa value from 0.706 to 0.731. Marketing is required to find a good opportunity so that it can be a prospect of sales in great value and the long term. In this research, the dataset is taken from a CRM application (Customer Relationship Management) at PT. XYZ, sales of telesales team in January - March 2016. From these results, the PSO-based C4.5 algorithm has the highest accuracy and AUC value. In this research comparative algorithms C4.5, C4.5 based PSO, and Naïve Bayes using Confusion Matrix testing methods and ROC curves. The highest accuracy value using PSO-based C4.5 algorithm is 80,90% with AUC value 0.833 is good classification, next is Naïve Bayes based PSO algorithm with accuracy value equal to 83,15% and value of AUC 0,894 is good classification, the last C4.5 algorithm the lowest accuracy value of 66.67% with AUC 0.592 is failure classification.
