This transition is recorded in the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia: \"It is recommended, starting from March 16, 2020, to organize the training of students outside the location of universities, including ensuring the development of educational programs using e-learning and distance learning technologies\" [1]. At the end of May, the ministry instructed universities and scientific organizations to lift restrictions due to coronavirus, depending on the situation in the region where they are located. The mass transition to a distance learning format has revealed a number of problems and contradictions in the possibilities of implementing higher education programs in a remote form. This required a deep and detailed analysis of various aspects of distance learning, the readiness for it of all participants in the educational process, the availability of material, technical, methodological and software. In this article, the authors analyze the research conducted on the Google forms platform using a standardized questionnaire form, with the support of the All-Russian public organization \"Russian Professors' Assembly\". The results obtained are assessed. The results of the study are presented, the main problems and contradictions that arose during the introduction of the distance student in all educational institutions in the context of the spread of coronavirus infection are considered. However, in practice, insurance companies face the main difficulties in the lack of information and digital competence of insurance agents due to the rapid development of technologies and expectations of generation Z customers. The goal of the research is to identify the need to improve training programs for corporate schools of insurance agents, taking into account the requirements of generation Z agents. The article presents the results of a research conducted among students of insurance specialties in order to find out the demand for SMART technologies in training insurance agents. The leading method in the study of the problem is the method of questioning. Students of the second, third, fourth year of bachelor's and master's education at the Financial University were interviewed. The conclusion of the necessity to expand training programs for corporate schools of insurance agents, taking into account the requirements of generation Z agents, whose education should be flexible both in terms of content and in terms of teaching technologies facilitated by SMART education was made. The article studies the mechanisms of the influence of a number of factors on the development of insurance in the field of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship. Analysis of official statistics, content analysis of regulatory legal acts and expert opinions allowed to identify the negative effects of the influence of factors and develop recommendations for their neutralization. The use of digital applications makes it possible to improve the operational management system based on the \"Value Chain\" model, to quickly identify potential risks and possible losses in the simulated value chain. The authors proposed a classification of firms in accordance with the maturity levels of the firm's business operations. to bring the company to a new level of maturity. It is substantiated that through the introduction of digital applications, firms form standards for process execution (maturity level 2) and set targets along the entire value chain (maturity level 3). through small improvements (maturity level 4). The article reveals typical constraints in improving operating activities of Russian firms, consisting of inaccurate indicators at cost, impossibility of getting the needed quality the first time, irrelevant methods for assessing staff performance, lack of measures to improve the value chain. The functional of digital applications for managing the company's operating activities has been determined, including: collection and processing of Big Data, stakeholders adopting the “mobility” standard in their activities, logistic optimization, monitoring and control of processes in real time. A business case of Digital Applications has been developed that implements fixing along the value chain in the framework of maintenance of transformer substations. The processes along the value chain presented in the digital application covers, firstly, the full cycle of digitalization of assets and operations. Second, it identifies the links between non-financial and financial metrics of operational management. Proceeding from this, new tasks were formulated based on promising approaches to investment planning, namely, fuji analysis, financing of projects in special economic zones, clusters, allowing more targeted implementation of the binding of capital to certain assets (use of capital) at the regional level. When investing, free capital turns into tied capital and is tied into investments against disinvestment. Requirements for the development of an effective system of project financing are formulated. A model of the project financing process has been compiled. At the same time, investment and construction projects are designed to meet the tasks of developing the economic and geographical potential of the region's development, the priorities of spatial and territorial development, increasing the share of high-tech and efficient enterprises, and implementing a progressive diversification of the regional economy. Methodological recommendations are proposed for studying the process of forming the efficiency of investment activities of project activities with the identification of factors affecting the overall efficiency of an entrepreneur and the effectiveness of innovative and project activities, which in the context of this article is considered in the form of research and development projects as the most relevant for modern conditions for the implementation of national projects. The socio-economic initiatives caused by state target programs are considered as an essential factor in the development of entrepreneurship as a driver of our economy. In conditions of market relations, construction companies, due to high competition, are continuously increasing the scope of work outside their permanent location. In addition, in recent years, hard-to-reach regions of the Far North, Siberia and the Far East have been actively developed. For this, mobile forms of labor organization are increasingly used rotational and expeditionary ones, which allow the autonomous development of territories and the construction of various objects on them away from the primary production structures, stationary enterprises and bases of the construction industry and social infrastructure. In this regard, it becomes necessary to assess the sufficiency of mobile elements in a construction company, the possibility of their quick delivery to the construction areas, bringing them to the required concentration and ensuring the reliability of work. Therefore, the whole set of mobile construction processes is presented in the form of a system consisting of three interconnected subsystems the formation of the structure and capacity of the construction company, the movement and concentration of resources of construction formations, the implementation of production processes, and the creation of finished construction products. From the one hand this situation can be explained as Russian preschool institutions interpret the distance format as possible (for example, for certain categories of children), but not mandatory. Therefore, in Russia preschool teaching during the lockdown period can be characterized as spontaneous in using of distance learning technologies, which is explained, among other things, by the unpreparedness of preschool institutions for such work. Important factors of such readiness: the level of digital literacy of educators; the level of technical (digital) equipment (tools) of preschool institutions; active interest in distance technologies on the part of teachers and parents. The authors suggested that, even in a situation of rare use of distance technologies during the lockdown period, the public demand for such work was reported to contribute to create a positive attitude towards distance learning among preschool teachers.
