For many English learners, time-consuming and ineffective oral English learning is a major issue. Aside from the language environment, one of the primary causes of this difficulty is a lack of suitable strategic guidance. In recent years, scholars have conducted more and more research on English-speaking learning strategies, but few have conducted corresponding research on junior college English majors. Based on the data obtained from questionnaires and interviews, this study investigates the use of speaking memory strategy, speaking cognitive strategy, speaking compensation strategy, speaking metacognitive strategy, speaking affective strategy and speaking social strategy in oral English. The pictorial magazine, The Young Companion(1926-1945) , is the most popular fashion magazine in Shanghai. As a representative of concession culture and the important carrier of female discourse, The Young Companion has played a significant role in the construction of modern women. This essay will firstly discuss the diversity of cover girls in terms of identity and aesthetics. Following this, it will explain that the female consciousness and female self-identity are awakenings with development in Shanghai during the period of social transformation. It surpassed the other variety shows in terms of views right after it had released. The show positions itself as a musician’s journey to seek bosom friends. It goes back to the nation’s traditional musical aesthetics of “high mountain, flowing water and kindred spirits”. In the traditional Chinese ideology, music becomes more lustrous because of bosom friends. This paper analyzes how \"The Flash Band\" is characterized by innovation, times and artistry. Many factors together incur this phenomenon. First, English proficiency occupies an important position since the students have experienced \"text-based\" language education and are unfamiliar with foreign cultures. Secondly, skin color plays a crucial role because local students are likely to judge a single person with sight blocking by smoking engendered by stereotypes of a group of people. Thirdly, racism is also indispensable since people often have a sense of exclusiveness. On the one hand, service products have ambiguous characteristics and obvious homogenization, indicating a lack of consideration for users' diverse needs; on the other hand, the overall service process is immature, affecting user stickiness and evaluation of forest health care bases and recreation service products.
