Pengembangan kapasitas merupakan salah satu strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi dan untuk memungkinkan organisasi tumbuh lebih kuat dalam mencapai tujuan dan misinya.Jadi, pengembangan kapasitas merupakan serangkaian strategi yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, efektifitas, dan responsivitas dari kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Peningkatan kapasitas di lingkungan organisasi Satuan Perlindungan masyarakat (Satlinmas) juga menjadi kebutuhan. Hal ini terkait dengan keberadaan anggota Satlinmas sebagai personil yang diharap mampu menjalankan peran bantu dalam penyelenggaraan perlindungan masyarakat. Salah satu kapasitas penting yang dimiliki adalah terkait dengan kebencanaan, terkait deteksi dini potensi bencana, hingga peran bantu yang bisa dilakukan dalam pertolongan pertama pada kejadian bencana. Melihat pada perkembangan dan dinamika Kota Surakarta memang selayaknya memiliki Satlinmas dengan kapasitas yang mumpuni. Dengan demikian, dukungan terhadap penyelenggaraan perlindungan masyarakat dapat optimal. Sehingga kebutuhan untuk pengembangan kapasitas SDM dalam Satlinmas harus dilakukan. Pengembangan kapasitas ini harus mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dari anggota Satlinmas dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugasnya. Untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan tersebut, perlu dirumuskan beberapa aspek guna memetakan porsi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang dibutuhkan. Knowledge and skills of quail breeders are required in the management of quail rearing. Selection of seeds, feeding with good nutrition by utilizing feed ingredients from local sources is the right solution. This activity aims to increase knowledge of the PKK (group of women in the village) to develop quail farms. Activities are carried out in the form of program socialization and counseling. Salah satu perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan untuk menunjang pendidikan dan persoalan administrasi adalah Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft PowerPoint. Perangkat lunak Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft PowerPoint memiliki banyak fitur yang masih kurang familier disebagian pengguna, terutama guru-guru SD apalagi bagi para siswa SD. Hal tersebut juga dialami oleh guru-guru SD 17 Kota Bengkulu yang belum terbiasa dengan tool-tool yang banyak disediakan pada perangkat lunak Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft PowerPoint. Beberapa kendala yang sering dijumpai adalah kurang maksimalnya penggunaan fungsi merge di Word, fungsi rumus-rumus kondisi pada Excel dan animasi serta multimedia di PowerPoint. Hal inilah yang melatar belakangi tim pengabdian untuk memberikan   pelatihan “Peningkatan Ketrampilan Penggunaan Perangkat Lunak Microsoft Office Bagi Guru dan Siswa SDN 17 Kota Bengkulu”. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan di ruang kelas SD N 17 kota Bengkulu dengan metode ceramah dan praktek langsung. The danger of stunting threatens Indonesian children. Stunting is when toddlers are shorter than their age, caused due to chronic malnutrition at 1000PHK from fetus to 2 years of age. The physical and brain development of stunted children is hampered and susceptible to disease, resulting in difficulty achieving. When adults are easily overweight so they are at risk of developing degenerative diseases. At the productive age, stunting children earn 20% less than children with optimal growth. Stunted children reduce the country's gross domestic product by 3%. For Indonesia, the loss due to child editing reaches Rp. 300 trillion per year. It is very necessary to prevent stunting, one of which is by doing the dedication to help mothers of toddlers provide nutritious food supplies to their toddlers so that they are healthy and have a good nutritional status so as to prevent stunting in their area. Fish is processed food that attracts and likes children (Widayani and Triatma, 2018). Reinforcement with a lack of attention to children's consumption, and often children eat only for pleasure. This is also supported by the low level of fish consumption in the city of Semarang (11.3 kg / year / capita which should have been 31.4 kg / year / capita). If this condition is allowed to drag on, toddlers will grow up to become children who do not like to eat fish so that the fulfillment of animal protein needs in the body is lacking. The aim is to provide nutrition education and training on healthy and nutritious catfish nuggets processing to prevent stunting. Methods of counseling and training for mothers of toddlers so that they are skilled at creating catfish nuggets. The nugget-making practice adds to the enthusiasm of toddler mothers. There was a change in the mindset of the mothers after the nutrition counseling activities and training in processing nutritious healthy nuggets. The mothers hope to be given back counseling and practice of fish processing and nutritious food on a regular basis. Dalam kegiatannya UKM sanjai telah memiliki 8 orang tenaga kerja, yang berasal dari lingkungan setempat. Masa pandemi covid 19 ini tentu sangat berdampak secara langsung pada UKM pelita, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Hal inilah yang mendorong dilaksanakan nya pengabdian ini.
