The results of the competency test conducted by Sumana Supranata in 2015 showed that there was still a lack of competence of teachers in the field of pedagogical competence. One of the efforts made related to educators is by supervising. The implementation of supervision provides a role in maintaining and improving the competencies of educators. This research aims to find out related to the supervision of visits carried out by the principal to maintain teacher competence. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with a case study design at the principal of SDIT Makassar Islamic School Baruga. The results of the study showed that, supervision of class visits carried out with the stages of: (a) The preparation process; (b) implementation; and (c) evaluation and control. The coaching is carried out by: (a) conducting teacher competency training; (b) hold ta'lim. The teacher's capacity to incorporate the qualities and uniqueness of each child into the learning process is essential because each child possesses these qualities in two interdependent growth processes. Appropriate learning strategies and techniques will be provided by teachers who are aware of their students' developmental needs to promote good cognitive and linguistic growth. The aim of this research is to investigate Jean Piaget's theory of cognitive development. This research uses a literature review study method (Library Research). Based on the findings of this study, Jean Piaget offered a new theory that each stage of a child's cognitive development is different and has its own characteristics. Piaget emphasized the importance of actual direct involvement in the subject being studied when learning occurs. Additionally, Piaget urged all educators to help students move through the many phases of cognitive development in an orderly and accurate manner. This research is a literature review research that uses deductive and inductive analysis. The conclusion of this paper is that behaviorism theory has a significant contribution to learning. Behaviorism theory emphasizes the importance of forming desired behavior through reinforcement and eliminating undesirable behavior through punishment. Islam teaches parenting so that parents have responsibility for their children’s physical growth and psychological development. When educating children, emotional problems often arise due to mistakes in parenting, especially in communication with children. Whereas the parenting style applied by parents greatly affects changes in behavior and personality in the child. There needs to be proper handling when dealing with children who are experiencing temper tantrums. This works ia written based on a literature study that has been reviewed in accordance with scientific data that has been collected from relevant literature on the theme of discussion. The existence of good and effective communication patterns is one of the appropriate handling actions for reducing some potential for early childhood tantrums. The result of this study resulted in the existence of communication with a mindful presentation built between children and parents so that both can understand whatever is being communicated with the process of forming, delivering, receiving and processing message that occur in a person. Having adequate facilities directly makes it easier to implement well-planned learning programs. Educational institutions at the high school level must have supporting facilities so that all their potential can be developed. This article uses the type of library research. The data used in this research comes from library sources, documents, journals and articles according to the theme discussed. In this article we will discuss the extent of the urgency of Facilities and Infrastructure to improve the quality of high school level education. Starting from the needs and standards of educational facilities, the role of government and society in accommodating them, and the role of facilities and infrastructure in supporting the quality of education. The hypothesis in this research is that educational institutions ideally have adequate facilities and infrastructure, so that the learning process can run effectively. One of the science learning resources that can be used by students as well as a source of local culture learning is the ethnoscience-based science learning module. This study aims to (1) develop an ethnoscience-based module in the process of making batik and herbal medicine in science learning, (2) to find out the orientation of the science process skills of students in the use of an ethnoscience-based module. This research method uses a 4D Thiagarajan development model including the definition stage, the design stage, and the development stage. The dissemination stage was not carried out due to limited resources. The results of this study indicate that (1) The results of product development in the form of an ethnoscience module were developed through three stages, namely define, design, and develop; (2) the highest aspect of science process skills is observation with a score of 96% and the lowest aspect is interpreting observations and hypothesizing with a score of 47%. In order to achieve these objectives, the researcher uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. This research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK) developed by Kemmis and Mc Taggart which is carried out in stages through two cycles. Each cycle was carried out in stages from action planning, action implementation, observation/evaluation, and ended with reflection. The research subjects totaled 31 students who had different characteristics with the number of males 15 students and females 16 students. The stages are carried out according to the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model procedure. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes as evidenced by the average in cycle I was 79.68 with a percentage of 75.94% increase in cycle II to 85.48 with a percentage of 83.80% with an increase of 7.86% in the \"Very Good\" category. Based on the findings during the research, it can be concluded that using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model can improve the learning outcomes of grade V students at UPTD SD Negeri Tapos 5 Depok City in science subjects on the material of vertebrate and invertebrate animal locomotion. This study uses a survey method with correlation techniques. The research subjects were at Fourth Grade Public Elementary School in Langgudu District, Bima Regency. The results showed that (1) there was a positive relationship between self-concept and student learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient of 0.492 and a determination contribution of 24.2%. (2) There is a positive relationship between mathematical disposition and student learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient of 0.405 with a determination contribution of 16.4%. (3) There is a positive relationship between self-concept and mathematical disposition along with student learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient of 0.579 with a determination contribution of 33.5%.
