The concept of automation is closely related to programming, which creates a path to penetrate the process into this field. Purpose of this study is to create materials, which will fulfill the scarcity of related study content on the market. Suggested solutions and targets of our prior focus are the RESTCONF and NETCONF protocols in cooperation with the YANG models. Materials provide a full explanation of the individual protocols and models as well as their actual application demonstrated on real examples, which cover the curriculum of the entire CCNAv7 course. To summarize, the outcome of this work is primarily a Collection of practical problems, whose solution leads to a complete functioning unit, the Controller, which is the brain behind the working communication between network infrastructures and external applications (in this case Cisco Webex Teams). The result of this work has been evaluated on a Figure of more than 100 subjects, consisting of both national and international users. The initiated goal of effectiveness and guidance has been not only met but exceeded it, as proven in the evaluation part of the article. To conclude, created materials are valuable sources potentially used for studying and instruction process in both high school and university curriculum as well as a guidance for instructors and individuals employed in the computer networking field. The outputs of the work can also be used for automated management of QoS policies.","PeriodicalId":194572,"journal":{"name":"2021 19th International Conference on Emerging eLearning Technologies and Applications (ICETA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122774863","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The schools and universities have been also influenced a lot by ongoing pandemics. Until now all students in Slovakia attended schools and universities in person. The pandemics caused a sudden switch from face-to-face classes to distance learning which has been difficult for both students and teachers. To better understand and negate the impact of the pandemics on various aspects of our lives a lot of research is being made. The article deals with the influence of the COVID-19 pandemics on electronics students studying at the Technical University of Košicein Slovakia. The impact of distance form on students, students’ education, and their experience is analyzed. Later the suggestions on how to improve distance learning are presented. The data about students’ experiences have been collected using questionaries. Collected results have shown most students had no experience with online classes before the pandemics. Conducted surveys have also been focused on class quality in distance learning. Results indicated that most of the students think the lectures classes can be taught online without significant change in gained knowledge. On the other hand, most of the students think the opposite about the practices classes. Therefore, the suggestion to preserve practices classes in face-to-face form is made. Later, the video conferencing systems and students’ experience with them is analyzed. In the conclusion, the results are summarized, and it is noted that the pandemics influenced the lives of students both negatively and positively in respective aspects.","PeriodicalId":194572,"journal":{"name":"2021 19th International Conference on Emerging eLearning Technologies and Applications (ICETA)","volume":"151 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126197153","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Before creating 3D models, it was necessary to calculate individual attractors, a set of 2D cross-sections of boundary surfaces and reconstruction of boundary surfaces. Two rooms were created in the proposed web gallery, one for attractors and the other for boundary surfaces. The large gallery of attractors was divided into individual groups allowing a clearer view of several attractors, which would be quite confusing when displaying all 195 attractors. At the same time, the user is allowed to move in the virtual gallery and manipulate the selected 3D object. The creation of the presented gallery can help to understand the work of dynamical systems as well as to develop new, visually and application-attractive systems generating chaos not only e.g. in the area of education or in the area of electric field but also in the area of cognitive therapy.","PeriodicalId":194572,"journal":{"name":"2021 19th International Conference on Emerging eLearning Technologies and Applications (ICETA)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133746823","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Internet of Things leverages the fact that inherently different physical systems are combined together, alongside with modern machine learning algorithms. To date, the IoT technology is ubiquitous for automotive domain due to its profound impact on vehicle classification, instant on-road control, or smart traffic management. In this work, we evaluate a fiber Bragg grating based dataset by using established open-access convolutional neural networks (AlexNet, GoogLeNet, and ResNet-50), enabling an effective vehicle categorization. In particular, we show that individual fiber Bragg grating technological platform can offer good detection accuracies for passing vehicles using standard convolutional neural networks. In this case, we obtained classification precisions between 34% - 62% for AlexNet, 51% - 77% for GoogleNet and 57% - 78% for ResNet-50 architectures. Those detection accuracy levels are sufficiently high to pave a promising way for effective car categorization using passive fiber Bragg grating technology coupled with standard and open-access neural networks.","PeriodicalId":194572,"journal":{"name":"2021 19th International Conference on Emerging eLearning Technologies and Applications (ICETA)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134167563","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Over the recent years, it has been identified by many scientists that the application of data aggregation mechanisms can effectively compensate for negative factors affecting the operation of wireless sensor nodes. In this paper, we address the average consensus algorithm with a weight matrix guaranteeing the convergence without any reconfiguration of the edge weights in dynamically changing topologies whereby the data aggregation in mobile wireless sensor networks is significantly optimized in many aspects. Specifically, we examine the performance of the mentioned algorithm with bounded execution for distributed averaging over hybrid wireless sensor networks under various scenarios.
