LNA comprises of four stages cascode with L-type matching networks used for input and interstage matching and T-Shape matching networks used at output side. The first stage is designed to improve the noise and input matching and subsequent stages for gain performance. The LNA achieves a flat gain response over a wide bandwidth. The amplifier design is modeled and simulated in Advanced Design System (ADS). The LNA achieves a high gain of 29.11 dB at 124 GHz, Noise Figure (NF) less than 5.2 dB and 3 dB bandwidth of 20 GHz. The S11 is -19.91 dB at 128 GHz. The LNA dissipates power of 20 mW with 1.8 V supply voltage.","PeriodicalId":194369,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Communication and Signal Processing (ICCSP)","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133418122","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In traditional fuel gauges, fuel reading is displayed in between E to F (Empty to full) on a dashboard. Same way in digital fuel gauges the fuel is shown in bars between E to F. In both cases fuel readings are displayed in rough indication format and not in liters. This is a major drawback in both the cases and this drawback causes disruption to a driver or rider over the fuel quantity. This major issue can be overcome by using a transducer that measures fuel in milliliters. This paper discusses how this transducer is used for measuring fuel in liters, calculating mileage for every liter of fuel, reducing shaking error, display","PeriodicalId":194369,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Communication and Signal Processing (ICCSP)","volume":"93 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133952149","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since such systems do not exist for poetry, we take the first step in building a system to recognize emotions in poetry by constructing a benchmark corpus, the PERC (Poem Emotion Recognition Corpus), of poems written by Indian poets in English. This novel corpus is based on the Navarasa (nine emotions), described in the Natya Shastra, and is annotated by experts. Experimental results obtained using the Fleiss kappa measurement and further analyzed by the central-limit theorem prove that the PERC is indeed a benchmark corpus revealing excellent inter-annotator reliability. This novel corpus is publicly available for the research in computational poetry.","PeriodicalId":194369,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Communication and Signal Processing (ICCSP)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127882042","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The issue of primary concern in VANETs is that the nodes are in continuous motion, making it difficult to identify which of these nodes belong to a particular network and which of these nodes do not. For a VANET to be successful, information should be communicated privately and safely to the concerned node only, and for this, it is important to know which nodes are reliable parts of the particular VANET and which nodes will most definitely forward the information to the desired destination. This is where secure authentication schemes play a major role. Authentication of an entity and the message sent by the entity ensure that the entity is definitely part of the network and the message that has been received is not bogus, respectively. There are many different methods of authentication of an entity and the messages that are forwarded in the network. One such method that has been recently devised is the EMAP which makes use of HMAC for authentication. Currently, SHA1 is being used to generate the hash code in this scheme, which is prone to collision attacks. In our project, we aim to overcome the problem of collision by using SHA2 algorithm which has a higher bit length (256-bits) when compared to SHA1 (160-bits) and hence collision resistance can be achieved. The performance of the framework is evaluated in terms of Average End to End delay and Message Loss Ratio for different number of nodes.","PeriodicalId":194369,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Communication and Signal Processing (ICCSP)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117132572","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Skin that comes in contact with the prosthesis must be cared meticulously to prevent epidermis damage such as irritation, breakdown and infection. The proper solution for overcoming the before said problems is to design an ideal liner that will provide enough grip to limb so that it fits very well with the socket aligning according to the posture instantly, and it doesn’t irritate the skin as it is designed in a way to support proper perspiration. The favorable and possible outcome of liner material is to deprive/eradicate the effects due to allergy, reducing the friction between the skin and socket and providing factual pressure distribution. This paper discusses the work related to appropriate selection of liner material which provides perfect cushioning, good adhesive properties, pressure distribution and good shear. The basic constituents used for socket material is natural fibre reinforced bio-composite material with the composition of glass and nylon fibre, which reduces epidermis sore and produces high tensile strength and young’s modulus for the socket. The newly developed sockets were shown to provide a suitable friendly and ideal environment for the skins and subsequently improve the cushion properties. The expected conclusion is an ideal prosthetic liner with silicone as a major liner material and an ideal bio composite material for socket.","PeriodicalId":194369,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Communication and Signal Processing (ICCSP)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115413919","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Scrambling is the key enabling method to produce more change in signal and to ensure the frequency transitions. Scrambling ensures frequency transitions which is required for timing recovery and for proper operation of automatic gain control circuits. Modulation is done in order to allow the usage of smaller antennas. In this paper we are focusing on to create a trade-off analysis between scrambling and modulation process by using single and multiple clocks. The main objective of this paper is to synthesize a reconfigurable LFSR and to create a trade-off analysis between the scrambling process and the modulation process. The reconfigurable LFSR is featured by giving random polynomial as input. The polynomial input will be from the upper layer. The trade-off analysis is done by using different hardware approaches.","PeriodicalId":194369,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Communication and Signal Processing (ICCSP)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114848878","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As one part of the body is paralyzed, the recovery process takes time depending on the severity of the stroke. Mild stroke patients might be able to recover fast. Our research work is for such patients who have lost partial control of their hands due to mild stroke. Many of the existing studies does not take into account, the grab force for feedback to make a closed loop system. They only consider the opening and closing of the orthotic devices. The proposed system introduces a design to measure the grab forces of the fingers and thumb while grabbing an object. The measurement of the forces will be helpful in determining the torque requirements of the actuators used in hand orthotic devices.","PeriodicalId":194369,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Communication and Signal Processing (ICCSP)","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114909600","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Collaborative based filtering recommender system is one of best filtering approaches which is very effective in wide range applications. Item Based Collaborative Filtering (IBCF) approach solves scalability and data sparsity issue with better accuracy. In this paper, we have developed optimized hybrid item based collaborative filtering recommendation model using binary rating matrix along with Jaccard similarity and used basic Singular Value Decomposition method (SVD) for privacy preserving. In this model, binary rating matrix is first examined and relationships among various items are identified by optimizing nearest neighbors as parameter. Then we use these relationships that help with recommendations for the user by achieving high privacy and better accuracy of the model.","PeriodicalId":194369,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Communication and Signal Processing (ICCSP)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125384613","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
