Due to this demand, digital archives are increasingly used to store these multimedia contents. Cloud is the commonly used archive to store, transmit, receive and share multimedia contents. Cloud makes use of internet to perform these tasks due to which data becomes more prone to attacks. Data security and privacy are compromised. This can be avoided by limiting data access to authenticated users and by hiding the data from cloud services that cannot be trusted. Hiding data from the cloud services involves encrypting the data before storing it into the cloud. Data to be shared with other users can be encrypted by utilizing Cipher Text-Policy Attribute Based Encryption (CP-ABE). CP-ABE is used which is a cryptographic technique that controls access to the encrypted data. The pairing-based computation based on bilinearity is used in ABE due to which the requirements for resources like memory and power supply increases rapidly. Most of the devices that we use today have limited memory. Therefore, an efficient pairing free CP– ABE access control scheme using elliptic curve cryptography has been used. Pairing based computation is replaced with scalar product on elliptic curves that reduces the necessary memory and resource requirements for the users. Even though pairing free CP-ABE is used, it is easier to retrieve the plaintext of a secret message if cryptanalysis is used. Therefore, this paper proposes to combine cryptography with steganography in such a way by embedding crypto text into an image to provide increased level of data security and data ownership for sub-optimal multimedia applications. It makes it harder for a cryptanalyst to retrieve the plaintext of a secret message from a stego-object if steganalysis were not used. In this approach, an RGB image is first transformed into a gray scale image. In a gray color space, the color components are downsampled and we estimate the value between original image and the downsampled image. These values are substracted from an original counterpart to obtain prediction error. At the decoder end, the exact reverse method is used to obtain the original color image. Mean Square Error (MSE) and Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) are the two basic parameters used to obtain a good quality image as same as the original image. In contrast with other learning step by step instruction of single layer which is hidden i.e., design for feed forward neural webs, ELM gives terribly faster learning rate along with effective generalization performance. Initially it gives a short idea of ELM, explaining the basic concept and its step by step instruction. The proposed Jerusalem cross with circular spilt ring resonator structure is designed and presented. Then this designed structure is compared with conventional Jerusalem structures. The reflection coefficient for L-band is -43 dB at 1.5GHz, S-band is -38 dB at 3.8GHz, C-band is -26 dB at 4.6 GHz and X-band is -42 dB at 11GHz. The proposed FSS structure gives better reflection coefficient, bandwidth and VSWR than the conventional structure. Digital watermarking is a promising technique which hides the information like images, video or audio on a digital support to provide authentication control, copyright protection, integrity verification of the owner. At earlier stage, cryptography, digital watermarking and steganography methods were used to secure the data transmission over Internet. Tele-radiology is one of the successful medical health services. Although it enabled effective practice of medical service, it has several security issues. In this paper, we intend to develop a novel and proficient implementation of an image watermarking system based on Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) for medical data. The approach includes Least Significant Bit (LSB) substitution for finger print encryption and LSB along with block cipher algorithm for medical data encryption. Verification of fingerprint eludes legal disputes like fake users, misuse of data, image retention etc. Compared to the conventional SVD-based watermarking method experimental results of the proposed method based on DWT validate secured transmission for multiple documents of medical data by providing privacy, integrity and authenticity. The proposed method shows better PSNR value and is robust. So it becomes quite necessary to remove Power Line Interference (PLI) from the ECG signal. The reference ECG signal data was taken from the MIT-BIH database. Different filtering techniques comprising of Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), Normalized Least Mean Square (NLMS) filter, Finite Impulse Response (FIR) filter and Infinite Impulse Response (IIR) filter were used in this paper for denoising the ECG signal which was corrupted by the PLI. Later, the comparison was made among the methods, to find the best methodology to denoise the corrupted ECG signal. The parameters that were used for the comparison are Mean Square Error (MSE), Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) and Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR). The farmers are generally not aware of the requirements of the crop i.e. the minerals, soil moisture and other soil requirements. This can cause a distress to farmer both mentally and financially. One more problem that a farmer generally encounters is the pest and diseases that can affect the crops they grow, which they are generally unaware of in an early stage. This problem of farmer is addressed in our paper and we have tried to solve it with the help of a Recommendation System. By the help of our model, we predict the best suitable crop to the farmer and detect the pest that may affect as well as suggest the pest control techniques. Video understanding has several applications such as video retrieval and indexing etc., but the video captioning is the quite challenging topic because of the complex and diverse nature of video content. However, the understanding between video content and natural language sentence remains an open problem to create several methodology to better understand the video and generate the sentence automatically. Deep learning methodologies have increased great focus towards video processing because of their better performance and the high-speed computing capability. This survey discusses various methods using the end-to-end framework of encoder-decoder network based on deep learning approaches to generate the natural language description for video sequences.
