The method used in this study is a quantitative method with primary data obtained through a questionnaire (questionnaire). The sample of this study was 100 respondents with purposive random sampling technique which was then processed using the spss 21.0 data processing application and analyzed using multiple linear analysis. The results of the study indicate that brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Price has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Brand image and price simultaneously have a positive effect on customer loyalty. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study utilizes information taken from the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using a purposive sampling test method that meets the research criteria. The research period was taken for 6 years with a total of 330 data from 55 entities in the manufacturing sector. This study utilizes multiple linear analysis methods with secondary data types. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership style, discipline, work motivation on employee performance. The influence of leadership, discipline, work motivation and employee performance were tested both directly and indirectly. To test the above issues, a direct survey was carried out by distributing questionnaires to District employees throughout Jambi City. Data analysis is done by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership, discipline and work motivation have an effect either simultaneously or partially on employee performance. Leadership style, discipline, work motivation and performance of Jambi City sub-district employees are in the medium category. The analytical tool in this study uses a descriptive method with a verification approach. Where to use a range of scales while verification using path analysis or path analysis. The development of regional taxes in Jambi Province has fluctuated with the average development of regional taxes in Jambi Province from 2011-2021 of 7.13 percent. The development of regional fees in Jambi Province has fluctuated with the average development of regional fees in Jambi Province from 2011-2021 amounting to -3.06 percent. Meanwhile, the development of regional spending in Jambi Province has fluctuated with the average development of regional spending in Jambi Province from 2011-2021 amounting to 10.58 percent. The results of the study show that regional taxes and regional levies simultaneously have a significant effect on regional spending in Jambi province during the 2011-2021 period. The population in this study were 55 employees of PT Dream Tours & Travel Surabaya with a saturated sample technique of 55 employees as respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0 with the testing tools used are Outer Model Test, Inner Model Test and Hypothesis Test. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a causal associative level of explanation. The sample used in this study were all coffee shop employees as many as 44 respondents. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to coffee shop employees. Data analysis used simple linear regression. The results of the determination test in this study were 0.765. Means 76.5%, the distribution of employee performance variables can be explained by the variable of human resource development. E-wom has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi Smartphones with a p value of 0.033 < 0.05. The use of social media has a positive effect on trust with a p value of 0.015 <0.05. EWOM has a positive effect on trust with a p value of 0.030 <0.05. Trust has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions with a p value of 0.010 <0.05. Social media has a positive effect on purchasing decisions mediated by trust with a p value of 0.047 < 0.05. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational integrity and support on employee performance at the Suka Mbayak Village Head Office located in Suka Mbayak Village, Karo Regency with a total of 37 employees. By using SPSS, the results of the study found the direction coefficient of multiple regression found a positive direction of integrity and organizational support for employee performance. The hypothetical results found a positive and significant influence of integrity on employee performance and a positive and significant influence of organizational support on employee performance. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire distribution technique to all consumers at Griya Coklat Nglanggeran who are the samples in the study. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive non-probability sampling technique using 120 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study consisted of data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, and hypothesis testing. Data from filling out the questionnaire from this study were then analyzed using the SPSS 25 application. This study gives the result that product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. However, brand image gives negative results or does not affect customer satisfaction.
