One of the efforts to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 in the elderly is to take promotive and preventive steps, including providing education to the elderly. Methods: The method of implementing community service activities with lectures and questions and answers about health protocols and efforts for healthy elderly, doing physical activity in the form of yoga relaxation exercises, and providing healthy supplementary food for the elderly. The counseling participants were elderly in RW 8, Kebakkalang, Kemiri Village, Kebakkramat District. Results: Counseling activities were carried out during September 2021 with 19 elderly participants. Participants can demonstrate directly the health protocols, such as steps to use hand sanitizer and washing hands. Participants also carry out yoga relaxation exercises for 30 minutes by keeping a distance between the elderly from one another. Conclusion: The results of this community service activity are expected to increase the knowledge of the elderly about preventing the occurrence of Covid-19 infection. The immune system could be a bulwark against COVID-19. Exercise, balanced nutrition, and herbal deformity is way to maintain and improve the work of the immune system. The immune system could be increase with a potential of ginger, turmeric, lime, and galangal. This training aims to train mothers of family empowerment and welfare in RT 02/RW 09 Danguran Village about traditional ingredients to increase endurance. Methods: Training on immune-enhancing ingredients to mothers of family empowerment and welfare by Pharmacy students from the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of Surakarta on Friday 11 February 2022 at RT 02/RW 09, Danguran Village, South Klaten, and a T-test was carried out with the result of pretest and post test. Results: The pre-test result was 84.23% and the post-test was 95.38% with the t-test result was 0.02. These results indicate a significant change in knowledge between before and after being given training because t-count <0.05. It has the potential medication errors caused by unfair practices. To avoid medication errors, knowledge of fever self-medication among PKK members in Hamlet Bentakan RW 13, Danguran Village, South Klaten District, Klaten Regency, needed to be increased. Methods: The research methodology was descriptive. Thirty-four (34) respondents took action. Before the counseling activity, a pretest was administered to respondents—counseling used leaflet media. A post-test was done after the counseling and training. The pretest and post-test were carried out using a question sheet containing 20 questions about self-medication, health workers guiding self-medication, fever, fever medicine and the proper use of fever medicine. Increased knowledge was calculated by the percentage increase in the number of respondents at the level of certain knowledge categories after counseling. Results: The respondents' knowledge level was in the good and sufficient categories. The level of knowledge in the good category before the counseling was 79.4% respondents, while after the counseling was 97.1% respondents. There was an increase in the level of knowledge in the good category of respondents by 17.7%. In contrast, 20.6% of respondents had sufficient knowledge before the counseling. Respondents with a sufficient level of knowledge reduced after the counseling because the knowledge increased towards good by 6 respondents (17.7% of respondents). The respondent's level of knowledge increased following counseling compared to their knowledge before counseling. Age, education, and occupation all affect one's level of knowledge. Conclusion: Respondents suggested being more selective in choosing and using drugs and asking for complete information from pharmacists or pharmaceutical technical personnel. From 1987 to 2019, there were 102,667 AIDS sufferers. Adolescents aged 15-24 years are a group that is vulnerable to HIV. The purpose of PKM is for universities to play a role in developing public knowledge about reproductive health and the spread of HIV/AIDS among adolescents infection. Adolescents are a group that is more likely to transmit HIV/AIDS because they are vulnerable to risky behavior problems, such as premarital sex and substance abuse. Methods: The target of service is youth in coastal areas. Problems are solved in three stages of activity, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. Preparation is done by conducting a preliminary survey to see conditions in the field. The implementation is carried out by training, using the lecture method, namely the presentation technique, followed by question and answer discussions and exercises as a form of PKM activities. Evaluation of activities is carried out for each stage by collecting and concluding data from each stage of activity. Results: Before distributing 24 questionnaires containing information about adolescent reproductive function and HIV/AIDS to counseling participants, the result was 65%. Meanwhile, from the results of a survey of all participants to assess expansion achievement, it was found that 84%. A significant increase in participants' knowledge was 18%. Generally, in rural areas have lower access to health information and education than those in urban areas. Promotive and preventive efforts needed to increase public awareness to carry out early detection through measuring blood pressure regularly and adherence to taking medication regularly. This step is believed to be a form of controlling hypertension in the form of reducing the number of cases, complications, and deaths from hypertension. Methods: The method of activity to be carried out is a health check by measuring blood pressure and providing counseling which is carried out through lectures and discussions with the community about the signs and symptoms of hypertension, prevention of hypertension, and complications of hypertension. The activity was carried out on April 10, 2021 with the target of all members of the community in Wonosuko, Magelang, Central Java. Results: This activity was attended by a community of about 40 people. The implementation of this service went smoothly and the community was enthusiastic in examination and counseling activities. Most of the community felt the benefits of holding this activity because according to them, apart from getting knowledge about hypertension, the community also felt the benefits of checking blood pressure, and consulting various diseases related to complications due to hypertension. Conclusion: This community service activity has added insight and knowledge of communities about hypertension, especially about clinical symptoms, complications and also efforts to prevent hypertension. In addition, the public has also become more aware of the need to have their blood pressure checked at local health care facilities. The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to provide education to the community in Bercak Village and to check uric acid levels. Methods: Based on the team's observations on several residents in Bercak Village, it was found that most residents did not have sufficient knowledge about gout and did not carry out routine health checks. In order to increase awareness and understanding of residents about health care efforts, especially preventing gout, the team coordinated with the urban village to carry out community service activities in Bercak Village, Wonosamudro, Boyolali. Results: The target in implementing this program is all residents in the Bercak Village, Wonosamudro, Boyolali. Community service activities were carried out on March 13, 2021, attended by the village head and also village officials and babinsa. The aim of its community service activity is to increase public awareness of the Salakan hamlet regarding health protocols by increasing the family's immune system and physical activity during the Covid-19 pandemic for women in the Salakan, Trihanggo, Gamping, Sleman. Methods: this community services activity used lectures on improving the family's immune system and appropriate physical activity in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The lectures and discussions both offline and online course. It is done offline at the residents' meeting building on March 1, 2021 with 20 Health Cadres whose members are the same as the Salakan women's gymnastics board. MS Teams meeting online on Sunday, February 7, 2021. Evaluation is done by measuring the level of knowledge of participants about the immune system and the level of knowledge about physical activity is done through posttest with google form. Results: this community service activity showed that the participants were very enthusiastic and there was a warm discussion about the topic given. Post-test results showed that the level of knowledge of participants about the immune system was 80.00 ± 10.34 (very good) and the level of knowledge about physical activity was 76.25 ± 15.00 (good). People experience fear, anxiety, and even panic attacks. Anxiety will cause many negative effects. Handling anxiety quickly can be done by providing Anxiety First Aid . The purpose of the research is to increase the citizen level of knowledge and skill about Anxiety First Aid and adaptive coping in COVID 19 pandemic. Methods: Activities carried out by three main activities such as screening of panic incident, providing Anxiety First Aid (AFA) training, and education about adaptive coping. Respondents involved were 21 residents of Bonoroto Plesungan Karanganyar Central Java. Results: There is a resident who has panic incident history. The knowledge and skill of residents increase after giving training and education. The pre-test showed that the majority of the respondents had bad knowledge (90,47% or 19 respondents) and bad skill (100% or 21 respondents). The post-test showed that the majority of the respondents had good knowledge (86% or 18 respondents) and good skill (86% or 18 respondents).
