This research usesthe normative legal research method. During this Covid-19 pandemic, this worktermination is carried out to save the company and to prevent more victims. Problemswhich happen regarding work termination include the reasons for this termination andthe post-termination compensation. Work relations is a reciprocal relationship which isbased on a two-party agreement. The legal protection for work termination may becarried out during this Covid-19 pandemic. If the rights stated above are not obtainedby the workers, then they may initiate a deliberation. Then, LawNumber 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections, which exclusively gave political rightsfor people with disabilities to implement their political rights.Qualifications for people with mental disabilities in elections of The ConstitutionalCourt decides that the phrase \"mental disorders/ memory impairment\" must beinterpreted as \"experiencing mental illness and/ or permanent memory impairmentwhich according to mental health professionals, has abolished one's ability to vote inelections\". It means that sufferers with mental disorders and/ or impermanent memoryimpairment must still be registered as voters and they have the opportunity to use theirvoting rights in elections.Equality of political rights for people with mental disorders (Orang Dengan GangguanJiwa (ODGJ)) in elections is very important because general election gives opportunity to increase participation and change public perception for the ability of people with disabilities. As the result, people with disabilities can have stronger political voice andthey are recognized more as equal citizens. Moreover, this research was in category ofnormative research with normative juridical approach. In conclusion, the equality ofpolitical rights for people with mental disorders (orang dengan gangguan jiwa(ODGJ)) in elections is very important because general election gives opportunity toincrease participation and change public perception for the ability of people withdisabilities. It is not seldom that it may end with conflicts or disputes which end in court. To demand for the rights which appear from those legal relations, there needs to be some procedures and regulations so that the demand of rights may be carried out according to the law. The law which regulates those things are usually called the civil law procedures. The resolution of civil disputes in court (litigation) and the resolution of civil disputes through a non-court manner (non-litigation) in the context of the divorce dispute resolution in the Religious Court, is a combination between the litigation and the nonlitigation mmethods. This is rather interesting to be studied. The aim is to describe the establishment of criminal trials which are ambitious, which yet has counterproductive effects. There is not only injustice, but there is also the ignorance of the premise of material righteousness as the rational working character of criminal law. The primary data is in the form of interview to the perpetrators and the informants. The secondary data is in the form of case documents, which are analyzed qualitatively with the hermeneutic interpretation technique. Permasalahan ekonomi pada keluarga merupakan persoalan dominan yang mengharuskan anak untuk bekerja demi menunjang ekonomi keluarga. Pekerja anak saat ini tidak bisa di pungkiri, menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan secara jelas telah melarang anak dibawah 18 tahun untuk bekerja. Hal Ini menggambarkan upaya perlindungan hukum bagi hak anak, namun kondisi masyarakat, maka Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 membolehkan anak berumur 13 tahun sampai 15 tahun untuk melakukan pekerjaan ringan sepanjang tidak mengganggu perkembangan dan kesehatan fisik, mental, dan sosial dengan persyaratan (Pasal 69). Disamping itu Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak mengamanatkan untuk memberikan perlindungan yaitu perlindungan khusus bagi anak yang dieksploitasi secara ekonomi termasuk pekerja anak (Pasal 66). It is a special act mandated in Article 69 paragraph (4) of Law No. 45 of 2009 on fisheries. This sinking policy invites controversy from neighboring countries because it is considered as an action that violates the principle of peaceful dispute resolution and is not regulated in international law. Indonesia keep continues to enforce this policy because it is considered the most effective step in reducing massive illegal fishing in Indonesian waters and has a deterrent effect for the actors. In the regional autonomy, the orientation in its development is surely based on the region’s potentials in various aspects and legalities to push the region’s potential of productivity. One of the reasons is so that the region may be advanced in the aspect of development. It cannot be denied that online transportations – both those which are two-wheeled or four-wheeled – have become a trend in the society as it has the advantage of an eased system. With this ease, there needs to be strategic policies in the form of regional government policies to increase the region’s potentials especially in the aspect of regional retribution through the public transportations provided by the transportation companies. This is so that the Regional Original Income may increase. This regulation is hierarchic. Thus, it gives the regional government to form a policy regarding the collection of regional retribution through public transportation services. This may increase the Regional Original Income in the framework of regional autonomy.
