The discussion of this paper is organized into two parts. In the first part, we define the notion of Qcomplex neutrosophic soft sets (Q-CNSSs) by amalgamating two previous models of Q-complex neutrosophic set (Q-CNS) and soft set (SS) to address the issues of two-dimensionality (two variables) in a universal set under a parametric environment. Subsequently, the relation between Q-CNSSs and Q- neutrosophic soft sets (Q-NSSs) is verified. A basic set theory for this hybrid model is developed. In particular, null Q-CNSS and absolute Q-CNSS are defined. The basic operators of the complement, subset, equality, union and intersection are advanced and their properties are examined. Further, the notions of the homogeneous and completely homogeneous Q-CNSSs are proposed along with some illustrated examples. In part two, we move to study some algebraic structures of this model when we define the notions of Q-complex neutrosophic soft groups (QCNSG) and Q-complex neutrosophic soft subgroups (Q-CNSSG). Then, the relation between Q-CNSG and Q-neutrosophic soft group (Q-NSG) is scrutinized. Moreover, the algebraic properties of the Q-CNSG and Q-CNSSG are discussed and verified. Finally, some theories that show the relationship between the Q-CNSG and the soft group are proposed.","PeriodicalId":192295,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Neutrosophic Science","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135400198","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Accordingly, this model worked to provide decision-makers with more flexibility in the process of interpreting uncertain information. From a scientific point of view, the process of evaluating this highperformance IVNSS disappears. Therefore, in this paper, we initiated a new approach known as possibility interval-valued neutrosophic soft sets (PIVNSSs) as a new development in a fuzzy soft computing environment. We investigate some fundamental operations on PIVNSSs along with their basic properties. Also, we investigate AND and OR operations between two PIVNSSs as well as several numerical examples to clarify the above fundamental operations. Various extensions of NS are available in the literature for solving such problems. However, the published extensions of NS have some restrictions such as single based membership degree. Neutrosophic vague set (NVS) is a newly developed theory to address the shortcomings of previous set theory. NVS is structured based on interval membership in the context of dependent membership functions. Beside uncertainty information, aggregation operators (AOs) are critical components in real-world decision-making issues. As a generalization to the conventional aggregation functions defined on the set of real numbers, numerous AOs have been presented in the literature. Each AO provides a distinct purpose in effectively resolving decision-making problems. Recently, Bonferroni meant (BM) operator has received great attention among scholars because of its ability to consider interrelationship among criteria available in decision-making problems. Based on the advantages of the NV and BM operator, we would like to fill in the gaps by developing a Neutrosophic vague normalized weighted Bonferroni mean (NV-NWBM). In addition, five mathematical properties related to proposed AO are also examined. Besides that, a three-phase decision-making framework is presented to clarify that the proposed AO can be applied to real world decision-making issues. The NV-NWBM operator along with decision-making framework is applied to the example of investment selection under NV environment. The finding shows a computer company is the best alternative for investment. Finally, influence of parameter is performed to validate the effect of parameter towards ranking order.","PeriodicalId":192295,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Neutrosophic Science","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135495309","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are different conflicting barriers, so the concept of multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) is used to deal with these barriers. We proposed an MCDM Framework to evaluate the education barriers and rank strategies to select the best one. We suggest a TOPSIS method to rank the alternatives. The TOPSIS method is integrated with the neutrosophic set to deal with uncertain information. The weights of the criteria are computed with the mean method. We collected ten barriers and nine strategies in this study. The results show that Promoting teacher motivation is the best of the nine strategies. We created a sensitivity analysis to show the model's effectiveness and the results' stability. The sensitivity analysis is made by changing the criteria weights and ranking the strategies. Efficiently determining the extent of drowsiness can greatly enhance preventive measures. This study proposes a novel approach, combining convolutional neural networks (CNN) and Gated Recurrent Units (GRU) to dynamically evaluate both the presence of drowsiness and its severity based on the Eye Aspect Ratio (EAR). By bridging spatial features extracted by CNNs with temporal sequences through GRU, our model offers a robust and real-time assessment of drowsiness levels, paving the way for enhanced safety measures in vehicular systems. Incorporating Neutrosophic Logic enables a more robust representation of uncertainty and ambiguity in the data and enhances the accuracy of driver drowsiness level detection within the Hybrid CNN-GRU framework. The model’s hybrid CNN-GRU structure combines CNN layers to extract spatial information from Human eye Images and GRU units to represent temporal correlations between frames. In-car cameras and sensors must be integrated to implement the suggested system in real-time and enable continuous driver behavior monitoring. The system alerts early warnings and takes action when drowsiness is detected, lowering the likelihood of accidents caused by weary drivers. The CNN-GRU hybrid architecture accurately detects fatigue during real-time driving. Performance metrics, including accuracy, recall, and F1-score, are provided for comparative research utilizing baseline models. Model behavior may be understood by visualizing tiredness detection and carefully examining false positives and negatives. The proposed CNN-GRU framework outperforms traditional methods such as SVM, KNN, and BPNN by achieving a significantly higher accuracy of 99.5%. It increases the recognition of driver tiredness by proposing a trustworthy and adaptable hybrid CNN-GRU deep learning system. This project is implemented in Python; it offers a practical and versatile solution for real-time driver drowsiness level detection. The proposed technology has the potential to dramatically increase traffic safety by sending out early warnings and taking steps to lessen the risks related to driver fatigue.","PeriodicalId":192295,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Neutrosophic Science","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135051931","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
