Dengue vector control is considered the most efficient way for limiting and curbing the spread of the dengue virus. This study aimed to determine the perception of the Malaysian community towards control measures of mosquitoes and the utilisation of biocontrol. A total of 402 respondents in Putrajaya and Selangor participated in the survey. The questionnaire was broadly divided into three sections: Knowledge of biological control, respondent profiles, knowledge of dengue fever prevention, and the utilisation of insecticide for mosquito control. Most of the respondents (83.0%) expressed concern regarding the effects of fogging activities on their health, whereas slightly more than half (56.0%) posited that fogging activities may have adverse environmental effects. The fogging method was reported as the most frequent method (29.2%) employed in controlling the mosquito population. Biocontrol with guppy fish scored (15.5%) and ABATE (mosquito larvae insecticide) (28.9%) were the other control measures utilised. Community perspectives revealed that 5.0% of the respondents were aware of biocontrol as a control method for the mosquito population. The biological method was considered safe for public health while guppy was reported as the most effective biocontrol agent. This paper argues that the IP does not necessarily mean excellent power competition but can also promote a progressive value in the global maritime domain, such as creating a rule-based order at sea, freedom of navigation, and maritime connectivity. In order to comprehend the argument, this paper studies the extent to which the Navy can work towards achieving these values, as the sea is the core business of navies around the world, both during peace and wartime. Specifically, this paper seeks to analyse the role and function of navies in serving the common interests of the IP and its commitment towards a purpose, security, prosperity, and order at sea, namely first, ensuring the safety and security of the sea lines of communication, second, building on regional and global maritime networks, and third, assisting humanitarian and disaster relief and search and rescue. Claimants’ states are keen on holding or gaining the freedom to fish stocks, the investigation and expected abuse of unrefined petroleum and flammable gas in the seabed of different areas of the South China Sea, and the essential control of significant delivery paths. The Spratly Islands issue can be assessed from an assortment of points. Regarding public safety, these islands are significant because of their locations in the South China Sea, where numerous merchant ships carry merchandise, individuals, and energy to Asian-Pacific nations. Drones, as sophisticated tools connected and controlled by cyber technology, are used to observe the conditions of the islands from long distances. The methodology used in this article is the qualitative method. The data was collected from a variety of articles that related to this topic. This article analyses how effectively China uses drones with cyber power to monitor the Spratly Islands. The research was conducted to analyse The Rise of Turkey and Its Impact towards Regionalism. The objectives of this research namely 1) to identify the factor contributed to the rise of Turkey, 2) to examine the impact of the rise of Turkey on the region and 3) to analyse the potential of Turkey to be a major power. The theory used in this research is neoliberalism. This research used qualitative approaches where the secondary data collection accumulates in library study. The sources had included books, journal articles, newspaper and online sources from government web. A total of 504 students completed the lecturer evaluation questionnaire at the end of the semester. The current study was prompted by several factors, including teaching quality, lecturer characteristics, personal traits, knowledge evaluation and students’ ratings which provided the impetus for the present study. Lecturers were evaluated using a Likert scale ranging from one to five, with the numbers labelled very poor, poor, medium, good, and excellent, respectively. Two phases of exploratory factor analysis conducted in the study to determine whether the importance ratings students regarded formed separate domains with the mean and the standard deviation of the questionnaire results. The first phase of exploratory factor analysis (Study 1) evaluated 23 criteria attributes listed by Vevere and Kozlinskis (2011). The attributes are seven personal trait items; 11 knowledge transfer items, followed by five knowledge evaluation items. Besides, participants were also asked to indicate any additional attributes they considered important to be possessed by their lecturers, the strand of the course they were enrolled in, and their gender. The purpose of the second study (Study 2) is to provide a contrast to the first study based on the data with an improved version of the SET instrument and with a different cohort of students. The collaboration between agencies and the military during a disaster response needs to consider the issues of coordination, communication, and roles responsibilities in order to ensure that disaster response operations are well-structured and prevent duplication of task. In addition, the findings of the study also show that community awareness factors also influence the effectiveness during disaster response activities. Response to disasters requires an understanding of the factors that affect civil-military coordination. In order to accomplish the research objectives, a sample size of ten respondents was selected for the qualitative research method. Interviews were conducted with ten representatives from each agency involved in Disaster response in Kuala Lumpur. However, thematic network analysis and narration and observation were used for data analysis. The study found that each of the identified elements greatly influenced the effectiveness of civilian-military coordination during disaster response operations. As aid is essential, it must be managed effectively to ensure that the impacted population receives accurate and timely assistance. Every year, from October to March, the Northeast Monsoon brings torrential rainfall to the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia, notably Terengganu, resulting in catastrophic floods. This situation presents a unique logistical challenge in the island area, where humanitarian supplies must be delivered well before the monsoon season starts since the islands will become inaccessible due to weather and sea conditions. This study explored measures and approaches implemented by the Department of Social Welfare Malaysia (DoSW), a government agency responsible for distributing aid to Pulau Redang, Terengganu, in preparation for the monsoon season. A qualitative inquiry methodology using a case study was used to complete this study by conducting interviews with key respondents from DoSW as well as Pulau Redang’s local communities. Chinese and Myanmar government has invested a significant amount of investment in overcoming the energy technology deficiencies and cultivate the industry to a whole new level of self-reliance. Energy and manufacturing modernisation were made possible through constant cooperation between China and Myanmar. This paper is an attempt to analyze One Belt One Road Initiative and implication towards Myanmar. This paper h employed the qualitative method of analysis. The findings of this paper is Myanmar able to enhance its export earnings of the agriculture, fishery and aquaculture, increase countryside employment as well as reduce poverty. Seven advantages experienced by China and Myanmar through 21st MSR Initiative are (1) the modernisation of energy sector, (2) serve as a gateway between Indian Ocean and Bay of Bengal, (3) employment opportunities for the local people, (4) increase in manufacturing industries, (5) transfer of technology involving all joint venture industries, (6) exploitation of land for infrastructure and industrial development projects and lastly (7) improved Myanmar financial institution. With all the advantages, Myanmar and China need to maintain a strong political commitment for 21st MSR Initiative long term sustainability. There are certain areas such as structural and organisational integration, project management and institutional problems that may act as barriers. Kajian lepas banyak tertumpu kepada topik tentang cabaran pelaksanaan sistem pengurusan kualiti tersebut, manakala cabaran pasca pensijilan ISO 9000 masih begitu kurang dikaji. Objektif kajian ini untuk mengkaji cabaran pasca pensijilan ISO 9000 di sebuah kerajaan tempatan di Malaysia iaitu sebuah majlis bandaraya yang terletak di Selangor. Temu bual separa struktur dengan informan telah dilakukan sebagai kaedah pengumpulan data dalam kajian ini. Seramai 13 warga Majlis Bandaraya XYZ telah dipilih sebagai informan yang terdiri daripada pihak pengurusan tertinggi, ketua jabatan, para pegawai, ahli sekretariat ISO 9000 dan penyelaras kualiti. Semua informan terbabit dipilih untuk ditemu bual kerana mereka terlibat aktif dalam pelaksanaan ISO 9000 di majlis bandaraya tersebut. Metod analisis tematik pula telah digunakan untuk menganalisis data-data yang telah dikumpulkan. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan terdapat lima cabaran pasca pensijilan ISO 9000 di majlis bandaraya. Cabaran dalaman yang terlibat ialah kurang kefahaman terhadap ISO 9000, bebanan kerja dan pengurusan dokumen yang kompleks. Manakala cabaran luaran yang dihadapi ialah sikap pelanggan dan kerenah penduduk. Kesimpulannya, cabaran-cabaran tersebut berpunca daripada faktor dalaman dan luaran yang perlu dihadapi oleh Majlis Bandaraya XYZ.
