This paper aims to identify factors which constitute obstacles or facilitators in this area according to special education teachers. Semi-structured focus group interviews were conducted with 35 special education teachers working in special schools for students with ID. A content analysis allowed to identify several obstacles and facilitators that special educators attributed to themselves, to the context or to the students. Rivest","doi":"10.7202/1066865ar","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.7202/1066865ar","url":null,"abstract":"Le programme Au-dela du TED : des competences parentales a ma portee est un programme de groupe visant a soutenir les parents d’un enfant ayant un trouble du spectre de l’autisme (TSA) a travers les defis rencontres dans leur quotidien (Stipanicic, Couture, Rivest et Rousseau, 2014, 2017). Le niveau de satisfaction des participants a un programme constitue un element important a considerer lors de son evaluation. Jumelant des donnees quantitatives et qualitatives provenant de deux recherches, effectuees en France et au Quebec, cette etude examine le niveau de satisfaction de parents ayant participe a ce programme. Il s’avere que les parents ont majoritairement apprecie participer au programme et ont eu le sentiment d’avoir progresse dans leur role parental. Ce processus d’individualisation est essentiel a une intervention de qualite. Selon la loi, les etablissements doivent rendre compte de la planification des interventions pour chacune des personnes a qui ils offrent des services par le biais du plan d’intervention. Cette etude vise a identifier les pratiques et les defis associes a l’elaboration de ces plans, en contexte d’ICI, du point de vue de membres de l’equipe d’intervention (21 intervenantes, 6 superviseures et 4 professionnelles). Or, l’avenement du web a donne naissance a un nouvel espace, voire une communaute virtuelle, dans lesquels les citoyens sont appeles a participer. Pourtant, les instruments de mesure de la participation sociale actuellement employes ne semblent pas tenir compte du present contexte numerique. Cet article questionne d’abord la definition de la participation sociale numerique. Ensuite, une recension des ecrits portant sur les instruments de mesure de cette participation sociale appliquee aux personnes qui presentent une deficience intellectuelle est effectuee. Vingt-trois instruments sont examines pour en faire ressortir les items tenant compte de la participation sociale numerique. Parmi ce nombre, 10 ne comportent aucun item en lien avec l’utilisation des TIC et 13 en comprennent de 1 a 4, dans les domaines de la communication et des loisirs. Les etudes revelent que ces technologies offrent un potentiel interessant pour soutenir l’intervention aupres des personnes presentant un polyhandicap. Le cout, la complexite et la disponibilite de ces outils demeurent neanmoins des obstacles importants a l’utilisation de telles interventions innovatrices.
