The regulation aims to ensure the continuity of patient health documentation. This study describes the condition of medical records starting from numbering, ordering, and making and retrieving medical records to support patient care documentation according to hospital accreditation standards in the MIRM chapter 13. This type of research is descriptive with a retrospective approach. The results showed that Panembahan Senopati Hospital Bantul already has Medical Record Service Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures regulations. The regulation provides medical records for numbering, ordering, and creating and retrieving medical records to support patient service documentation. Panembahan Senopati Hospital Bantul implements an automated unit numbering system with the support of an RS SIM. They set the medical order after the patient goes home, both outpatient and inpatient. Making and retrieving medical records is part of implementing the unit numbering system. New patients make medical records when served at the registration section, while medical records take from the filing section for old patients. If medical records were not ready at the return visit, the professional HIM used a follow-up outpatient medical record form and combined it after the medical records were prepared. The regulation and the medical supply system show that Panembahan Senopai Hospital, Bantul, has implemented the MIRM standard 13 ep 1-5. Rerulasi tersebut bertujuan menjamin kesinambungan dokumentasi kesehatan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penyediaan rekam medis mulai dari penomoran, urutan rekam medis, pembuatan dan retrieval rekam medis guna mendukung dokumentasi pelayanan pasien sesuai standar akreditasi rumah sakit pada bab MIRM 13. Jenis penelitian dekriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul sudah memiliki regulasi berupa Pedoman Pelayanan Rekam Medis dan Standar Prosedur Operasional yang mengatur penyediaan rekam medis untuk penomoran, urutan rekam medis, pembuatan dan retrieval rekam medis guna mendukung dokumentasi pelayanan pasien. RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul menerapkan sistem penomoran unit yang sudah terotomatisasi dengan dukungan SIM RS. Posyandu become one of the efforts that can reduce these two indicators through activities that involve the community. Therefore, the quality and accuracy of recording and reporting posyandu data is an important thing. This study aims to design a toddler Posyandu information system as an effort to overcome recording, reporting, and digitizing posyandu data problems. Case study research was design at the UPTD of PHC II East Denpasar Health Service used to design a web-based information system with Waterfall method. Primary data was obtained through interviews with PHC officers and secondary data by reviewing recording and reporting documents. The design stages included defining requirements, system design, implementation and unit testing, and integration and system testing.  Total of 240 toddler visited data from posyandu were used for the system testing. The result show that the posyandu information system design help cadres to reduce repetitive data recording incident, can increase the uniformity and punctuality of reporting by cadres, help PHC officers to integrate posyandu data that can be used for nutritional surveillance reporting, and also store the activities posyandu data in digital form. The conclusion of this study is the posyandu information system can be a recording and reporting solution by cadres and PHC officers. Keywords: posyandu, information system, digitalizing, design AbstrakPercepatan penurunan kematian ibu dan stunting menjadi salah satu upaya meningkatkan sumber daya manusia berkualitas dan berdaya saing. Posyandu menjadi salah satu upaya yang dapat menurunkan dua indikator tersebut melalui kegiatan yang melibatkan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu kualitas dan ketepatan pencatatan dan pelaporan data posyandu menjadi hal yang penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi posyandu balita sebagai upaya mengatasi permasalahan pencatatan, pelaporan, dan digitalisasi data posyandu. Rancangan penelitian studi kasus di UPTD Puskesmas II Dinas Kesehatan Denpasar Timur mengunakan perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web dengan metode Waterfall. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan petugas puskesmas dan data sekunder dengan menelaah dokumen pencatatan dan pelaporan. Tahapan perancangan meliputi mendefinisikan kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi dan pengujian unit, dan integrasi serta pengujian sistem. However, the conformity with the current guidelines remains unknown. This paper aims to determine the validity of these videos based on the World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines. We searched on the Youtube website for videos in donning and doffing PPE for droplet precaution and selected the videos using inclusion and exclusion criteria. Included videos were then evaluated with a checklist derived from WHO course on donning and doffing PPE for COVID-19 and WHO recommendation on PPE for Covid-19. The search that was undertaken resulted in 66 videos, and 40 videos were included for evaluation. There is no significant difference in the donning and doffing score between account types (personal, organizational/institutional, news). The average number of viewers of all videos is more than 2700 viewers. The average score of donning is less than 70% of the total score, and the average doffing score is under 65%. The vast majority of the videos do not follow the WHO recommendation on the PPE type and use more equipment than recommended. There are several contamination risks shown by the videos. Indonesian Youtube videos on PPE procedures for COVID-19 must be selected carefully to be used as an instructional or educational media since most of it presents a high risk of cross-contamination.Keyword: personal protective equipment, audiovisual, cross-contamination, trainingAbstrakTerdapat video dalam Bahasa Indonesia yang terkait cara memakai dan melepaskan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) untuk Corona Virus Disease (COVID19). Namun, kesesuaian video terhadap pedoman terkini belum diketahui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan validitas video berdasarkan pedoman World Health Organization. Kami menelusuri Youtube untuk memperoleh video instruksi mengenakan dan melepas APD pencegahan kontaminasi droplet dan menyeleksi video tersebut berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Video yang telah diseleksi kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan checklist yang diturunkan dari langkah-langkah yang ditunjukan dalam kursus APD COVID-19 yang disediakan oleh WHO, serta rekomendasi APD dari WHO. Penelusuran Youtube menampilkan 66 video, dan dipilih 40 video yang sesuai dengan kriteria kelayakan. Telemedicine can be one of the solution options to overcome the limitations of health workers. This study aims to describe the benefits of implementing Telemedicine in archipelagic countries. This type of research is a Systematic Literature Review with literature sourced from Elsevier, Garuda, IEEE Xplore, NCBI, PubMed, ProQuest, ResearchGate, Science Direct, and Springer. Literature selection using PRISMA, obtained 257 scientific articles consisting of duplicate data 15, did not enter the topic 73, did not meet the inclusion & exclusion criteria 154, did not meet the minimum standard of SRQR 4 and only 10 were used. The results of the analysis obtained are 5 of the 19 archipelagic countries that are related, namely Cape Verde, the Philippines, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and Sao Tome & Principe. Furthermore, improving access to care in the form of eliminating trips that are burdensome for patients, making it easier for patients to access health services through patient devices. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the health service referral system in terms of regulations, health personnel resources and infrastructure. This research is a systematic review (Systematic Literature Review). The data synthesis process was carried out by comparing 15 literatures that met the quality assessment as well as inclusion and exclusion criteria with the database sources used, namely, Google Scholar, Pubmed, ScienceDirect. The data is processed and presented in tabulated form. The results showed that several countries such as Indonesia, Iran, Northern Tanzania, Riyadh, Ghana, Zambia and Hoduras from the articles reviewed used a referral system starting from the basic level (Primary), secondary level (Secondary) and tertiary level (Tertiary). Judging from the three aspects of the implementation of the health service referral system reviewed, it shows that there are problems in its implementation, including; the regulatory aspect found only 2 literatures that discussed regulations in the implementation of the referral system, the aspect of health personnel resources was found to be unavailability of health workers in health services causing patient referral and infrastructure aspects found obstacles in inadequate infrastructure resulting in referral.Keywords: implementation, referral system, health care AbstrakSistem Rujukan Pelayanan Kesehatan merupakan sistem pelayanan yang mengendalikan pelimpahan wewenang serta tanggung jawab atas permasalahan kesehatan yang dilakukan secara timbal balik secara vertikal ataupun horizontal, dalam makna dari unit yang berkemampuan kurang ke unit yang lebih, terjangkau dan rasional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi sistem rujukan layanan kesehatan dilihat dari aspek regulasi, sumber daya tenaga kesehatan dan sarana prasarana. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan sistematis (Systematic Literature Review). COVID-19 causes respiratory tract infections ranging from the common cold to serious illnesses such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). This study aim is to determine the characteristics of patients with positive cases of COVID-19 at the Matraman District Health Center. The characteristics data that collected as a variable are symptoms, age, gender and residence. This research uses a descriptive analysis research method with a quantitative approach. There are 495 data collected from epidemiological investigation forms. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling with a checklist sheet collecting data method. Based on the results of data collection and analysis the majority of symptoms characteristic found in this research this positive case of COVID-19 researches at the Matraman District Health Center, the major characteristics of symptoms in COVID-19 patients are patients with mild symptoms (59%); 31-45 years old are the majority of patients (29%), woman is the majority of gender characteristic (62%), and most of the cases founded in the Pisangan Baru district. It is to be expected that health services can provided education to every community regarding health protocols especially for a group at risk to prevent and slowing down the rate of virus transmission in the Matraman area.Keywords: COVID-19, characteristics of positive patients, epidemiology AbstrakCOVID-19 adalah adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh sindrom pernapasan akut coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). COVID-19 menyebabkan penyakit infeksi saluran pernapasan dari flu biasa hingga penyakit yang serius seperti Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) dan Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui karakteristik pasien dengan kasus positif COVID-19 di Puskesmas Kecamatan Matraman. Karakteristik yang dilihat pada penelitian ini adalah gejala, umur, jenis kelamin dan tempat tinggal. Metode penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah formulir penyelidikan epidemiologi sebanyak 495 formulir. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah simpel random sampling dengan menggunakan lembar checklist. VeR is one of the five legal pieces of evidence in court. Making a VeR that is not following hospital procedures can lead to the submission of evidence in court proceedings. This study aims to determine the standard procedure for implementing medical information for VeR and the types of cases for which a VeR is requested. This type of research is a literature review using Google Scholar and Garuda databases with a boolean system strategy. The flow of the implementation of patient medical information for VeR begins with the police submitting a letter of request for VeR to the hospital administration by bringing the requirements of an official request letter from the director of the hospital. The visa request letter and the report are placed in the Medical Record Installation for further processing by the Medical Record. The types of cases requested for VeR are divided into two, namely for living victims and dead victims. Living victims are divided into injuries, sexual crimes, and psychiatric.Keywords: literature review, visum et repertum (VeR), fixed procedure, type of request. AbstrakVisum et repertum (VeR) merupakan surat keterangan medis yang sifatnya dipergunakan untuk kebutuhan peradilan berupa laporan tertulis yang dibuat oleh dokter yang memuat hasil pemeriksaan. Visum et Repertum merupakan salah satu dari lima alat bukti yang sah di pengadilan. Pembuatan visum et repertum yang tidak sesuai dengan prosedur tetap rumah sakit dapat menghambat penyampaian bukti dalam proses pengadilan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur tetap pelaksanaan pelepasan informasi medis untuk keperluan visum et repertum serta jenis permintaan visum et repertum. Jenis penelitian adalah literature review menggunakan database Google Scholar dan Garuda dengan strategi boolean system. Alur pelaksanaan pelepasan informasi medis pasien untuk keperluan visum et repertum dimulai dengan pihak kepolisian menyerahkan surat permintaan visum et repertum ke bagian tata usaha Rumah Sakit dengan membawa persyaratan surat permohonan resmi dari kepolisian kepada direktur Rumah Sakit. Surat permintaan visum et repertum tersebut didisposisikan ke Instalasi Rekam Medis untuk selanjutnya diproses. Jenis kasus yang dimintakan visum et repertum dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu untuk korban hidup dan korban mati. The first phase of accreditation in 2016 uses the 2012 version with only four services (SKP, HPK, KPS, PPI) so that there is no medical record review assessment as in the MIRM 13.4 SNARS-1 assessment element. Currently, Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Hospital must adjust the medical record review with the MIRM standard on SNARS-1. Field Study Practices at the Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Hospital, Tebo Jambi Regency on April 1, 2019 to April 20, 2019 with the aim of knowing the implementation of medical record reviews based on the SNARS-1 accreditation standard. Methods of data collection are carried out by observation and interviews using observation sheets and interview guides. The results of the field study practice are: there is a team responsible for reviewing medical records called the medical record committee; there is an SPO regarding medical record review; review of medical records using an open, closed, and recapitulation review form; There was an increase in the quality of medical records based on the results of reviews between period 1 and period 2, namely from 89.65% to 96.8% on timeliness, an increase from 95.4% to 97.6% in legibility, and an increase from 97, 6% to 99.2% on completeness of medical records. The implementation of reviewing medical records at Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Hospital is in accordance with the applicable SPO. Akreditasi tahap pertama tahun 2016 menggunakan versi 2012 baru sebatas empat pelayanan (SKP, HPK, KPS, PPI) sehingga belum ada penilaian review rekam medis seperti pada elemen penilaian MIRM 13.4 SNARS-1. Saat ini, RSUD Sultan Thaha Saifuddin harus menyesuaikan review rekam medis dengan standar MIRM pada SNARS-1. Praktik Belajar Lapangan dilakukan di RSUD Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Kabupaten Tebo Jambi pada tanggal 01 April 2019 sampai 20 April 2019 dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan review rekam medis berdasarkan standar akreditasi SNARS-1. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara menggunakan lembar observasi dan panduan wawancara. Hasil praktik belajar lapangan yaitu: terdapat tim yang bertanggung jawab pada review rekam medis disebut panitia rekam medis; terdapat SPO tentang review rekam medis; review rekam medis menggunakan form review terbuka, tertutup, serta rekapitulasi; terdapat kenaikan kualitas rekam medis berdasarkan hasil review antara periode 1 dan periode 2 yaitu dari 89,65% menjadi 96,8% pada ketepatan waktu, terjadi kenaikan  dari 95,4% menjadi 97,6% pada keterbacaan, serta terjadi kenaikan dari 97,6% menjadi 99,2% pada kelengkapan rekam medis. Selama dan pasca pandemik tuntutan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang tidak menimbulkan antrian fisik semakin tinggi. Kondisi ini bertolak belakang dengan keniscayaan pelayanan kesehatan yang tidak mungkin terhindar dari masalah antrian. Pengendalian antrian berkaitan dengan atribut kualitas dan efisiensi biaya pelayanan kesehatan. Paper ini bertujuan mengusulkan kerangka kerja optimalitas sistem antrian yang mempertimbangkan kendali mutu dan kendali biaya. Studi pustaka dan observasi dilakukan untuk membangun kerangka kerja dalam rangka alokasi sumber daya pelayanan yang optimal. Since announced as a pandemic by WHO on March, the number of positive COVID-19 cases in Indonesia has reached 287,008 patients until the end of September 2020. COVID-19 cases dispersion depends on the local government policies and the awareness of the public to obey. About 60 percent of positive cases and 65 percent of death cases were in Java. Therefore, the aim of this study is to analyze the growth of the COVID-19 case in Java from March to September 2020 in relation to the local government policies. The results showed that six provinces in Java had the same pattern. The large-scale social restriction (PSBB), which was implemented since April 10 2020, seen to be able to contain the dispersion of cases because from April to June the positive cases did not increase significantly. A very high increase occurred in August and September, this was probably due to the easing of the PSBB become new-normal where various public places and facilities have been reopened. Meanwhile, death cases, the number is very high in mid-April and June and late July to September 2020. For cured cases, there was a significant increase in late August to September 2020. The importance of information about the growth of the COVID-19 cases can help government to formulate strategies and policies to prevent the dispersion of COVID-19.Keyword: COVID-19, Pandemic, Java, cases growth AbstrakCOVID-19 merupakan suatu masalah serius yang sedang dihadapi oleh hampir seluruh negara. Sejak diumumkan sebagai pandemi oleh WHO pada Maret lalu, jumlah kasus positif COVID-19 di Indonesia mencapai 287.008 pasien hingga akhir September. Penyebaran kasus COVID-19 sangat bergantung pada kebijakan yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah serta kesadaran masyarakat untuk mematuhinya. Sebesar 60 persen kasus positif dan 65 persen kasus meninggal berada di Pulau Jawa. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perkembangan kasus COVID-19 di Pulau Jawa sejak Bulan Maret-September 2020 dikaitkan dengan kebijakan pemerintah setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keenam provinsi memiliki pola yang sama. Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) yang dilakukan sejak 10 April 2020 terlihat dapat menahan penyebaran kasus karena pada bulan April-Juni 2020 kasus positif tidak mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan. Kenaikan yang sangat tinggi terjadi pada bulan Agustus dan September 2020, hal ini mungkin disebabkan oleh dilonggarkannya kebijakan PSBB menjadi PSBB Transisi dimana berbagai tempat dan fasilitas umum telah dibuka kembali. Sementara untuk kasus meninggal, angka tertinggi terjadi pada pertengahan April dan Juni serta akhir Juli hingga September 2020.
