Istiyanto, Wisnu Widjanarko","doi":"10.20527/mc.v8i1.14982","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20527/mc.v8i1.14982","url":null,"abstract":"Dalam mengoptimalkan program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), dibutuhkan peran humas yang dapat menjembatani serta dapat memfasilitasi komunikasi antara kepentingan perusahaan dan kebutuhan masyarakat untuk mencapai kesepakatan dalam pelaksanaan program CSR tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran humas PT Bangun Tenera Riau (BTR) dalam pelaksanaan program CSR terkait dengan permasalahan yang dialami oleh SDN 01 Perhentian Raja yang terletak di Desa Pantai Raja, Kecamatan Perhentian Raja, Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Data pada penelitian ini dihasilkan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan informan. Informan pada penelitian ini berjumlah tiga orang, yaitu humas PT. Bangun Tenera Riau, kepala sekolah dan kepala desa. Penentuan informan pada penelitian ini melalui purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran humas PT. BTR pada pelaksaan CSR adalah sebagai penasehat ahli dan fasilitator komunikasi. Dalam menjalankan peran sebagai penasehat ahli, humas PT. BTR membantu mencari solusi mengenai masalah yang dialami oleh SDN 01 Perhentian Raja dimana sebelumnya sekolah dinilai kekurangan ruang kelas karena jumlah siswa yang semakin bertambah setiap tahunnya, sehingga meminta bantuan tambahan lokal untuk proses belajar mengajar kepada pihak BTR. Sehingga pihak BTR yang diwakili oleh humas kemudian memberikan solusi dengan memberikan lahan dan membangun 6 kelas serta memberikan intensif sebesar Rp. 250,000 kepada 16 guru honorer di SD tersebut. Sebagai fasilitator komunikasi, yaitu humas menyampaikan kembali saran atau masukan dari masyarakat kepada atasannya, dan sebaliknya. Because in practice, there are still many drug administration errors due to miscommunication between what the doctor writes or prescribes and what the pharmacist understands and gives to the patient. One that can be done by applying AI to electronic recipes. Unfortunately, the expansion of the use of AI technology in Indonesia in the pharmaceutical sector (especially drug prescribing) is still rarely found. In electronic prescribing, AI technology will help doctors to diagnose diseases suffered by patients through the analysis of previous medical reports. Then the doctor can directly send the prescription to the pharmacist through the computer. So that pharmacists can directly read, prepare and mix medicines. Through this mechanism, errors in prescribing that often occur can be minimized, thereby improving patient safety. The results of the study also show that although electronic prescribing can help overcome many medical problems, it can also cause new problems. For example electronic prescription systems can affect the workload of doctors and pharmacists by creating new types of prescribing errors such as delivery of prescriptions with medications, dosages or incorrect drug regimens. Not only that, but electronic prescribing systems can also raise concerns about information security and patient privacy when sharing prescription information with pharmacies. When sharing and storing patient prescription information, data security must be ensured to avoid changes that could potentially compromise the patient's health. The use of AI in electronic prescribing does not necessarily indicate clinical efficiency. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis bertujuan untuk memaparkan fenomena CFW yang terjadi di kawasan Sudirman Central Business District atau SCBD yang merupakan bentuk ekspresi remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah konten video pada media sosial TikTok dan berita online terkait CFW. Data yang ada disajikan dengan menggunakan teori ruang publik Jürgen Habermas yang merepresentasikan kawasan SCBD. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa fenomena CFW merupakan bentuk demokratisasi Jalan Sudirman sebagai ruang ketiga, melahirkan beberapa remaja populer yang mengusung identitas Citayam, Bogor dan Depok, serta menciptakan penonton yang mendukung dan menikmati fenomena tersebut. Hal ini berdampak positif bagi perekonomian masyarakat khususnya di bidang fashion seperti aplikasi belanja online: Shopee. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kawasan SCBD merupakan ruang publik yang dapat dinikmati dan dikunjungi oleh semua kalangan tanpa memandang pangkat dan status karena ruang publik tersebut merupakan milik bersama. The method in this paper uses a descriptive approach. The analysis is based on the political economy of media theory developed by Vincent Mosco. The theoretical approach used is more specific to structuration theory. The conclusion is that there is a conflict of interest and political interest between Hary Tanoe, the leader of the MNC Group, and his media. Baru-baru telah terjadi peristiwa naas yang meninmpa dunia sepak bola, tidak lain dan tidak bukan adalah Tragedi Kanjuruhan, Tragedi yang terjadi 1 Oktober 2022 lalu menewaskan setidaknya 130-an orang lebih karena sesak nafas berebut keluar dari Stadion Kanjuruhan Malang, selepas dari tanggal tragedy tersebut banyak bermunculan berita-berita dari media Nasional Indonesia yang memeberitakan tentang Tragedi Kanjuruha. Banyak pembingkaian yang disajikan oleh pemberitaan tersebut Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menerapkan teori Analisis Framing oleh Willian A. Gamson yang menitik beratkan pada beberapa hal yaitu Frame Sentral Ide sentral berupa  metafora, catchphrases, exemplar, depiction dan visual images seluruh perangkat-perangkat untuk mengetahui framing atau pembingkaian dari beberapa sampel pemberitaan yang telah didapat dari mining data dan pembersihan data (data cleaning). Data pemberitaan ini akan didapat dari bantuan tools monitoring pemberitaan yaitu Brand24, Brand24 adalah sebuah aplikasi monitoring pemberitaan atau isu menggunakan sebuah kata kunci atau keyword yang di inpu. Namun jika dikaji saat ini, hal tersebut bertolak-belakang dimana jika kita analisis dari tiga model yang ditawarkan oleh Hallin dan Manchini dalam buku Comparing Media System maka Indonesia berada pada model liberal jika dikaitkan antara industri media dengan intervensi Negara. Metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah studi Pustaka. Adapun kategori-kategorinya, dapat dilihat dari peran Negara sebagai regulator, yang mana Negara memiliki peran yang lemah dalam Industri media. Karena industri media telah mampu mengalahkan regulasi atau peraturan yang dibuat oleh para regulator. Aspek krusial lainnya adalah tidak adanya koordinasi antara kebijakan yang ada dengan hak serta kewajibannya yang saling tumpang tindih. Selanjutnya, jika kita lihat aspek berikutnya yaitu Subsidi, dimana pada industri media di Indonesia saat ini tidak memikirkan subsidi dari pemerintah dikarenakan industri media di Indonesia mampu menghidupi dirinya sendiri dengan keuntungan-keuntungan yang sudah ia dapatkan dari komersialisasi program atau konten yang dibuatnya. As YouTube attracts people’s interest, this research explores the characteristics and structure of storytelling techniques on storyteller YouTuber. This research analyzes how the storyteller  YouTubers  use  storytelling  techniques  to  deliver  the story and how are the audience’s opinion towards the storytelling techniques of the YouTubers, focusing on three big YouTube channels, which is Nessie Judge. This research discovers the unique characteristics of each YouTuber that differentiate them one another. As the data, researcher chooses three videos of each YouTuber between January 2021  to  November  2021  to  analyze  the  storytelling  techniques, audiences’  reception  through  the  comment  section  and  used sounds or music in the video. Di masa perkembangan arus informasi dan teknologi dewasa ini, masyarakat sudah mulai jarang menikmati program televisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan penentuan informan melalui purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Mimoza TV dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi di lapangan, wawancara mendalam dengan informan yang dianggap berkompeten, dan dokumentasi untuk mendukung data yang disajikan. Analisis data dikelola melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data, dan konklusi/verifikasi data.
