It is accompanied by photophobia, phonophobia and nausea and/or vomiting. Migraine treatment is very complex because often it is not possible to apply only one medicine that will relieve the pain for a long period of time. Aim of this work is to investigate the most common problems of patients with migraine and the impact of patient education on their quality of life. The method of systematic presentation of the research of other researchers was applied. The databases Scindeks, Hrcak, Google schoolar, Scielo, BMJ were searched. According to the results of numerous studies, the most common migraine triggers are alcohol, smells, emotional disturbances, stress, fatigue, lack of sleep and hormonal changes. The most pronounced problems of migraine patients are moderate to severe pain, throbbing pain, sensitivity to light, sensitivity to sounds, nausea and vomiting during a migraine attack. The reviewed studies show that education (about migraine, triggers, headache attacks, therapy, self-care) for patients with migraine is very useful for improving their health and quality of life. Health care of migraine patients should be based on individual problems and care needs because only in this way can better control of headaches and greater functionality of patients be encouraged. As early as 1965, Doreen Norton, a well-known nursing theorist, wrote that no nurse in the world should start their career without a background in geriatrics that should be in the training structure. In Russia, currently there is a significant lack of qualified nursing staff in the field of geriatric care. Besides, there is still no such specialty as geriatric nurse. The aim is to consider the degree of definition and understanding of the role of the geriatric nurse in addressing the challenges associated with the aging of the population and the expansion of the group of older people with increased demands on social and medical services Methods: Analysis of the scientific papers for the period from 2015 to 2020 published on the CyberLeninka website. CyberLeninka is the scientific electronic libraries based on the Open Science paradigm, aiming at, in particular, popularization of science and scientific activities. Results: Cyberleninka revealed 14 articles met the criteria of inclusion in to the paper by titles. By content there was included 7 articles. In Russia, \"geriatric nurse\" means activity profile, not a specialty. There is no any special professional training courses in geriatrics, nurses mainly learn from the conferences on geriatrics in terms of the nursing sections or schools provided by NCO. Nursing beds are being run by nurses qualified as general practitioners. There is still evidence of misunderstanding of the geriatric nurses' role, nursing training in geriatrics at the college level is reported to be poor. Conclusions: Despite a number of the arguments supporting the importance of the geriatric nurse role and the need for its development in Russia, this issue remains undeveloped. In the nursing profession, mistakes and omissions are not allowed precisely because their work is focused on the care of persons who represent a particularly vulnerable category, namely users of health services. In order to implement nursing interventions as efficiently and comprehensively as possible, the implementation of the nursing process is important, which requires a well-organized system of documentation, which is available to all members of the nursing team. The nursing process documentation is a standardized documentation that has been developed, modified and improved since the 1950s. Over time, it has been adapted to meet the needs of different health institutions and health services. The documentation of the nursing process is most often applied in health institutions where secondary and tertiary health care is provided, as well as in work with students of academic institutions of the health profession. Documentation of the nursing process in the Republic of Serbia is rarely used in primary health care, and it is also not fully implemented in secondary and tertiary health care institutions. Practical experience confirms that it is most often implemented in departments of internal medicine, while it is rarely used in departments of surgery or radiology, and its implementation is completely omitted in day hospitals and cabinets that are integral parts of these institutions, or in dispensaries of primary health care institutions. It is a disease that is most often characterized by the sudden appearance of extensive bleeding on the skin and subcutaneous tissue in previously completely healthy people, who did not have a hemostasis disorder until then. Acquired hemophilia A (AHA) is a potentially life-threatening condition. If acquired hemophilia A (SHA) is not recognized in time and appropriate treatment is not started, the disease can have a fatal outcome. The incidence is 1-2 cases/million/year, and according to recent data, 5-6 cases/ million/year. Theoretically, at least 5-10 patients should appear in Serbia every year. During the pandemic (2020. and 2021.), only 3 patients were recognized in 2 years, which means that at least 7-17 patients were not recognized at all. Given that the mortality rate is up to 40%, this disease is potentially life-threatening and the big question is what happened to these unrecognized patients... Today, more often we speak about responsible self-medication, which involves the use of appropriate drugs, such as drugs without prescription (OTC) in accordance with individual needs (the proper indication, the proper drug, the proper information and assessments). The frequency of self-medicataion in the population of future health care workers is quite high everywhere. Research of the attitudes and knowledge of self-medication in this population has particular significance because they are future health workers who will be in contact with drugs and involved in health education of general population. The aim of this study was to examine the frequency and reasons for self-medication in the population of future health care workers. Method: The research was conducted as a cross-sectional study, with an anonymus questionnaire among future health care professionals, on a sample of 551 respondents. The questionnaire designed for this survey consisted questions about demographic characteristics respondents, questions about self-medication, the reasons for self-medication. Results: The majority of future health care workers (79.1%) reported the use of some sort of self-medication. Significantly higher percentage of self-medication is present among females (p=0.003), among midwives and nurses (p=0.001). The most common reason for self-medication was taking an active role in decision making related to health (54.1%). Conclusion: The study showed that self-medication was common among future health care workers. Premenstrual syndrome is a disorder in the reproductive age that negatively affects a woman's quality of life. The aim of this study was to estimate the frequency of manifestations of premenstrual syndrome in the population of women of generative age. Material and methods: The research was conducted in the form of a cross-sectional study, a research instrument, was constructed questionnaire, for women of childbearing age, which assesses their level of information about premenstrual syndrome, premenstrual syndrome symptoms, symptom relief and quality of life. The study included a sample of 260 respondents, the study was conducted at the Health Center in Valjevo in the period from November 2020 to February 2021. Participation in the study was voluntary and anonymous. Results: Descriptive statistics methods were used in the analysis of the results. The respondents are between 18 and 44 years old. Most of them are from urban areas (66.7%) with completed high school (66.7%), employed (91.7%), married (58.3%). Most respondents have some of the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, while a smaller percentage deny the symptoms. An important fact is that 50% of women think that stressful situations worsen their symptoms. A large number of women were informed about premenstrual syndrome (91.7%), a large number of women (75%) did not consult a doctor due to problems and a large number did not use any therapy (83.3%). Conclusion: Women of reproductive age are highly exposed to premenstrual syndrome. All the symptoms of this syndrome affect the quality of life, work ability and family relations, and daily functioning.
