These tools are (1) figure of speech, (2) sound play or onomatopoeia, and (3) diction. The purpose of this research is to describe the use of stylistic tools in the lyrics of children's songs on the Cocomelon Youtube Channel. The data in this study are in the form of words, phrases, clauses, or sentences that contain stylistic tools as mentioned above. The source of data in this study is the lyrics of children's songs on the Cocomelon Youtube Channel. Techniques for collecting data using listening and note-taking techniques. The objectives of the research are to describe the teaching techniques and educational values proposed in this movie. This research uses a descriptive qualitative design. The data is obtained from the dialogues and events identified from the Dead Poets' Society movie, especially about teaching techniques and values. The researchers are the main players in this research who plan, collect, analyze, and report the data. Some activities were conducted to collect the data, namely: watching the movie, finding teaching techniques in the movie, classifying and writing the teaching techniques found; and coding the data. There are some teaching techniques and values found in this movie. They are, respectively, authentic material, reading aloud, questions and answers, positive suggestions, peer correction, graphic organizer, paragraph writing, role play, and creative adaptation. Meanwhile, there are some educational values reflected in this movie. The data collection technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Meanwhile, the results found were in the form of the audience's language style from the video they watched. The research methods of this study is a qualitative research method. The primary source of data is the Lamb to the Slaughter short story, and the secondary source of the data is the main character Mary Malony. The result of this study shows that Mary became as a femme fatale is actually triggered by the conflict that occur between her and her husband. Knowing the fact that her beloved husband asks for a divorce when she is pregnant is not the right time. Respondents in this study were lecturers of English courses who used Collaborative Learning as one of their teaching techniques and second semester students of Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta. The application of collaborative learning techniques to students at Duta Bangsa University Surakarta has   provided space for students to improve their English skills. However, in spite of its benefits, self-reflection has weaknesses for it is unshared. Self-reflection needs to be shared to colleagues, to be social reflection, so that it will be more beneficial for self-trough receiving feedback from others while others could also learn from it. Therefore, this article is going to report the study conducted to develop social reflection model to improve the teachers' competence. The model proposed is in the form of conceptual and iconic. The study employed R&D method proposed by Borg & Gall (1983). However, only parts of the steps were taken due to some limitations, those are research and information collecting, planning, developing preliminary product, and preliminary field testing, and main product revision.
