This study aims to find out: 1) how is the personnel management information system (SIMPEG) at the office of the Ministry of Religion of West Bandung Regency, 2) how is the quality of personnel administration services at the office of the Ministry of Religion of West Bandung Regency, 3) how is the relationship between the personnel management information system (SIMPEG) with the quality of personnel administration services at the office of the Ministry of Religion of West Bandung Regency. This research is descriptive, using a quantitative approach, the type of correlation. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire questionnaire. Then the data analysis techniques in this research are instrument test (validity and reliability), partial indicator analysis test, prerequisite test (normality and linearity test), and correlation test. Based on the results of the questionnaire distribution, the variable category x (SIMPEG) includes high qualifications with an average score of 4,54. Based on the results of the questionnaire distribution, the variable y (quality of personnel administration services) includes high qualifications with an average value of 4,41. Therefore, in implementing the curriculum, it is better to use appropriate socio-cultural management so that quality development goes well even though it is in educational institutions that have a strong religious system or known as pesantren. The purpose of this research is to know the planning, implementation and evaluation of curriculum based on socio-cultural management in the area of pesantren-based social institutions. This research is a qualitative with the type of case study. Sources of data used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The result of this research is that curriculum planning carried out by MTs Nurul Iman Garum is carried out with a process towards a better direction in terms of learning and institutions. In addition, the implementation of the curriculum includes checking teacher readiness, the learning process is supervised by the head of the madrasa, there is an instillation of Islamic values in the learning process, implementing the ubudiyah program, the tahfidz program or additional tutoring. Unfortunately, the implementation of an integrated curriculum still found some obstacles that hamper achieving the goal of the curriculum itself. Therefore, the school should manage the integrated curriculum as well. This study aims to describe the management of the integrated curriculum in SMP An-Naja Boarding School West Bandung through planning, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources were selected purposively, and snowball sampling. The Data collection is conducted through interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Then to check the validity of the data, the authors use triangulation techniques. The result of the study in SMP An-Naja Boarding School West Bandung shows that the management of an integrated curriculum is done well enough. This research is included in the qualitative research group, where the data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis consists of data presentation, data reduction, and then drawing conclusions. The results showed that SMPI Al-Mujahidin Tempos succeeded in increasing the interests and number of new students. The marketing mix strategies used include products (products), price (price), place (location), promotion (promotion), people (human resources), physical evidence (physical evidence), and process (process). The products offered are schools based on Islamic habits, including tahfizul qur'an, tahlilan, barzanji reading and, environmental preserving. Free school entrance fees are even given school uniforms. The main promotion activities through recitation conducted by the leaders of Islamic boarding schools, school principals and teachers, and the spread of brochures through social media and announcement banners in schools. Development of adequate learning supporting infrastructure facilities. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian literature. Adapum tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguraikan dasar-dasar, tujuan, tahapan dan betapa pentingnya pengembangan dan pelatihan dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk dilaksanakan. Pelatihan dapat menjadikan sumber daya manusia lembaga pendidikan Islam akan semakin kompeten dan professional sedangkan pengembangan bertujuan untuk memicu sumber daya manusia untuk menyalurkan inovasi dan kreatifitasnya. Dengan melalui tahapan perencanaan, desain pelatihan dan pengembangan serta evaluasi, serta pengembangan dan pelatihan memiliki peranan penting dalam membantu untuk menjadi lebih bijak, mampu menyelesaikan masalah, menumbuhkan semangat, mengurangi stress dan frustasi, meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, menjadi lebih mandiri serta pekerja keras serta menjadikan lebih percaya diri menghadapi tantangan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran mengenai peluang dan tantangan pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam pada masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dengan metode yang digunakan adalah library research dan jenis data yang dipakai adalah data kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kepustakaan. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknin deskriptif-analitis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peluang pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan pada masa Covid-19 dapat diidentifikasi dari terbukanya peluang untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui usaha membangun fungsi-fungsi manajemen pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam berbasis digital dengan sistem dalam jaringan (daring) sangat didukung oleh situasi pandemi yang sedang terjadi. The research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive case study type approach. The research findings show that the role of KKM can be optimal by using several programs and activities as follows: (1) sharing strategies among madrasah principals on best practices, (2) implementing inter-institutional benchmarking as part of honing, compassion and fostering, (3) making programs periodic collective evaluation (cognitive and psychomotor) to get superior seeds through programs and activities as well as a show-a-force institutional promotion, and (4) fostering and enhancing the professionalism of madrasah principals through programmed KKM on an ongoing basis by referring to the results of the evaluation conducted by the madrasah supervisor. Corona pandemic requires teachers to be able to conduct learning even though they are not face to face. This is felt to be difficult because of the many limitations possessed by both teachers, students, and concerning the lack of existing infrastructure. One effort to control the course of distance learning is to supervise teacher professionalism. The research method used is qualitative with the type of literature study. The results of the study show that first, education supervision is absolutely necessary to find out the quality of learning and all forms of administration. Secondly, supervision of the professionalism of teachers in the pademi corona period is also important and even mandatory. It aims to determine the performance of teachers in conducting a series of distance learning. As a teacher it is necessary to carry out their duties and obligations under any conditions, including conditions that require distance learning. One effort to be able to continue implementing learning in education is to use the Google Classroom application, so here the researchers formulated their focal points as follows: (1) How is the implementation of e-learning based learning in Google Classroom in Covid-19 Pandemic Situations, (2) What methods used in e-learning based learning in Google Classroom in Covid-19 Pandemic Situation, and (3) how to supervise e-learning based learning in Google Classroom in Covid-19 Pandemic Situation. The purpose of this study is: (1) analyzing how the implementation of e-learning based on Google Classroom in COVID-19 situations, (2) To describe the methods used in learning based on e-learning based on Google Classroom in COVID-19 situations, and (3) To describe the implementation of e-learning-based learning supervision in Google Classroom in Covid-19 Pandemic Situation. In this study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative, while the data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. The results of this study are: (1) In learning, an educator gives an assignment that is required to be written and then sent to the student through the Google Classroom application.
