The stunting incident in Temuroso Village, Kec. Guntur Kab. Demak has experienced an increase from 137 cases in 2020 to 156 cases in 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the incidence of stunting in Temuroso Village, Kec. Guntur Kab. Demak. This type of research is analytic observational using a case-control design with a total sample of 46 in the case group and 46 in the control group selected by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between the accuracy of giving complementary foods to the incidence of stunting with a significance value of p=0.018, not related to the incidence of stunting, namely a history of exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.692) and economic status (p=0.195). The conclusion of this study is that toddlers in Temuroso Village, Guntur District, Demak Regency tend to be given complementary foods in an inappropriate way. It is hoped that health workers will pay more attention to the method and accuracy in giving complementary foods through counseling and education from an early age to mothers so that they can reduce the risk of stunting in Temuroso Village, Kec. Guntur Kab. Menurut laporan Staf Utilisasi Pelayanan Kesehatan Rujukan dan Anti Fraud BPJS Kesehatan KC Depok, diketehui bahwa kejadian Upcoding pelayanan kesehatan merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering ditemukan dalam kecurangan (fraud) di BPJS Kesehatan KC Depok. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor kejadian upcoding pelayanan kesehatan di wilayah kerja BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Depok. Sebuah desain kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus digunakan dalam artikel ini. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 Juli sampai 30 Juli 2021 di Bidang Penjaminan Manfaat Rujukan (PMR) BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Depok. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Faktor kejadian upcoding yaitu sumber daya manusia yang kurang berkompeten, adanya kesalahan persepsi diagnosis oleh koder, jumlah berkas yang menumpuk, dan kecendrungan penambahan biaya klaim. Kejadian Upcoding menimbulkan dampak bagi BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Depok yaitu meningkatkan biaya klaim, meningkatkan beban biaya pelayanan kesehatan yang di tanggung BPJS Kesehatan dan ketidaksesuaian data statistik dengan gambaran kasus di lapangan. Disarankan bagi BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Depok melakukan pertemuan rutin antara kedua belah pihak dalam rangka motivasi kader agar tidak melakukan kesalahan dalam proses pengkodingan klaim. This research was carried out at the Lembang Health Center and the Banggae II Health Center, Majene Regency.Objective : This study was to determine the prevalence of cardiovascular disease in the next 10 years at Lembang Health Center and Banggae II Health Center. Methods: This research is a descriptive study with Non Probability Sampling with Accidental Sampling method. The samples obtained in this study were as many as 80 respondents. Data were analyzed using a computer. Results: The study found that the risk of cardiovascular disease in the next 10 years based on the chart was at most <10% as many as 23 people or 57.5% for Lembang Health Center and 25 people or 62.2% for Bangge II Health Center. And at least 40% as many as 2 people or 5% for Puskesmas Lembang and 3 people or 7.5% for Puskesmas Banggae II. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prevalensi stres, depresi, dan kecemasan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Tarumanagara angkatan 2019 dan 2020 dan untuk mengetahui hubungan prestasi akademik antara mahasiswa yang mengalami stres, depresi, dan kecemasan dan tidak mengalami stres, depresi, dan kecemasan di Universitas Tarumanagara Angkatan 2019 dan 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Tarumanagara angkatan 2019 dan 2020 dengan total sampel sebanyak 200 responden. Pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan statistik dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi tingkat stres mahasiswa dalam penelitian ini sebesar 178 orang (89%). Complaints about difficulty sleeping at night often occur in the elderly. This is the most important thing for the elderly, so that therapy is needed that is effective and safe from side effects. Giving honey is a form of therapy by way of relaxation which is a type of non-pharmacological therapy that aims to improve sleep quality in the elderly. This study aims to determine the effect of honey on sleep quality in the elderly before and after giving pure honey in Galeso Village, Work Area of the Wonomulyo Health Center, Polewali Mandar Regency. This research is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental one group pre-post test design without a control group. The research was conducted in Galeso Village from August to September 2022. The sample in this study was 17 people. The analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate analysis. Sleep quality was measured using the PSQI questionnaire (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index). One of them is a healthy lifestyle for people with hypertension, namely diet compliance. The family plays an important role in the management of hypertension, because it can increase the confidence and motivatiob of the elderly in a adherence to the hypertension diet. The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of the elderly about family support for hypertension diet compliance. The research uses a quantitative analytical observational method with a cross-sectional design. The sample of this research used purposive sampling technique. The participant of this study were 69 respondents who met certain criteria. Data were taken by filling out questionnaires on family support and hypertension diet compliance. Data analysis using chi-square test. The results showed that the majority of hypertension respondents aged 55-65 years (71.0%), female (65.2%), elementary school education(56.5%), unemployed as much (55.1%) and had received information about hypertension diet as much as (65.2%). The elderly’s perception of family support is in a good category (58.0%) and the level of adherence to the hypertension diet is in the obedient category (82.6%). The results of the bivariate analysis obtained a p-value of 0.011, which means Ha is accepted. Normal vaginal discharge occurs in women, which occurs before and after the fertile period. According to WHO (World Health Organization) the number of women in the world in 2013 was 6.7 billion people and those who had experienced vaginal discharge were around 75%, while European women in 2013 were 739,004,470 people and those who had vaginal discharge were 25%. In Indonesia, about 90% of women have the potential to experience vaginal discharge because the country of Indonesia is a tropical climate, so mushrooms are easy to grow and develop which results in many cases of vaginal discharge in Indonesian women. The method used in this study is EkprerimentalQuasywith pre and post test without control research plans. Sampling using the Total Sampling technique and obtained 17 Respondents in accordance with the Inclusion criteria, Data collection was carried out using observation sheets. Observation was carried out before and after being given betel leaf stew water. The collected data is then processed using a T-test. P-value was obtained after giving betel leaf boiled water which is 0,000. Stunting can cause the risk of non-communicable diseases in toddlers and impaired brain development. The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia reached 24.4% while the target set by WHO is <20%. The prevalence of stunting in Jambi Province is 22.4%. The incidence of stunting in East Jambi District was 274 cases. This study aims to determine the determinants of stunting in East Jambi District. The design used was cross sectional. The sample of this study were mothers of toddlers who had toddlers aged 25-59 months with a sample size of 105 people. The sampling technique used cluster sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data collection techniques using interview techniques. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. Based on the results of the study showed that toddlers who experienced stunting amounted to 35.2%. The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between knowledge, maternal height, environmental sanitation, birth weight and exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting (p<0.001). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the incidence of stunting is related to knowledge, maternal height, environmental sanitation, birth weight and exclusive breastfeeding. When a boy has a positive relationship with adults that makes him feel understood, valued, and wanted, and when he feels supported so that he excels in school, he becomes competent and confident. Similarly, a girl learns to socialize and face the future with confidence and courage as a result of her various attachments. The goal of this study is to determine whether there is a correlation between smoking and self-confidence among vocational students. This research used a cross-sectional, observational, analytic methodology. 13 individuals (19.1%) had a positive smoking behavior status with strong self-confidence, while 36 individuals (52.9%) had a negative smoking behavior status. Based on the chi-square test, the p-value was found to be 0.001: 0.05, indicating a link between smoking behavior and self-confidence. The majority of teenage males' smoking behavior is bad, and the majority of male self-confidence falls into the category of low self-esteem.
