New method of control in individual response to the effect of laser radiation is proposed. Novel optical method of determination the therapeutic “dose” based on the response of changes in tissue oxygen concentration in dependence on wavelength and intensity of laser radiation has been developed. This effect is developed on high modulation amplitude of frequency - modulated cw laser beam propagating in resonance conditions.
