Bearing in mind that during a pandemic the end of which is not yet known, the community is experiencing saturation in several fields. This activity uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. Where PAR has three key variables namely, Participatory, Action (action) and Research (research). The result is that the implementation of Mandiri KKN targets four areas, namely prevention of the Covid-19 virus, religion, education, and the economy. In preventing the Covid-19 virus, Mandiri KKN Participants took steps to socialize Covid prevention together with the community, village government, and stakeholders. In the religious field, Mandiri KKN participants merge with the community, participate in existing religious activities. The education sector is in the form of tutoring, and helps in schools and Islamic boarding schools because they have formal education. In the economic sector, Mandiri KKN participants participated in rice planting, visited the rice processing industry as a provision for the creative economy, and conducted training with the agriculture and animal husbandry services to increase laying hen production. The focus is on the fields of economy, health, education, religion, and community culture. The method used in this activity is PRA in the form of (a) building communication with several community nodes, (b) conducting historical tracing as a cultural foothold, (c) conducting FGDs (Focus Group Discussions) with social units and stakeholders, ( d) critical reflection on the findings which are confirmed to policy makers and stakeholders. The results of the activity include, from the economic field, it has the potential to be developed in the agricultural industry, for example, cassava chips. The field of education has received less attention considering the low interest in studying because people's needs are still in the economic sector. The health sector is not good with indicators of the absence of a good waste disposal system and the poor infrastructure of the Puskesmas. The field of religion is not good considering that religious education is only obtained in religious education in schools. This service activity uses the ABCD which prioritizes the utilization of assets and potential in the community. ABCD requires other tools for operational definition namely; Problem Based Approach, Need Based Approach, Right Based Approach, Asset Based Approach. The result is the strengthening of social resilience-based religious space in Babadan Village, Ngrambe Subdistrict, Ngawi Regency focusing on three activities namely the yasin congregation ladies and gentlemen, hadrah training for mothers, and improving the quality of TPQ ustadz. These three activities are supported by the social capital of the Babadan community and external stakeholders. The result activity is, strengthening UMKM in Jemekan Village with the Bu Istiqomah bitter melon chip pilot project resulted in three main points so that UMKM become strong and empowered. First, you have to be willing to master technology, considering that the restrictions on community activities can only be overcome with technology. The problem that will be raised in the community service program through this KKN (Real Work Class) activity is to increase various kinds of community activities in the field of religious and social education. This community service program was carried out in Sepanyul Village, Gudo District, Jombang Regency on April 22 – May 25, 2019 using the PAR method and a case study approach, namely by observing and describing the situation in Sepanyul Village more deeply. Data collection was carried out by several strategies, namely, discussions with Field Supervisors (DPL), in-depth interviews with the Village Head (Kades) of Sepanyul, the head of the hamlet (Kasun), community leaders and religious leaders in the village of Sepanyul which aimed to find information related to existing problems. in the village of Spain. The result of the activity is that there are four things related to cooperative problems in the new normal. First, in the economic field, it was found that the problem of decreasing member turnover was due to the lack of visitors, the turnover of membership dues decreased due to reduced income, loans brought by cooperative members were difficult to withdraw considering the difficulties during the pandemic, and many cooperative members opened other businesses to wait for the pandemic to end. Second, in the field of human resources, cooperative management requires administrative management development and cooperative members require business innovation training. Third, in the cooperative culture, it is known that members and administrators are passive in responding to changes that occur and the second is lack of innovation. The passivity that occurs is not without reason considering several factors such as the busyness of the traders who are members and administrators of the cooperative. Fourth, support from stakeholders and policy makers is lacking.
