Seeing this potential, countries, both non-Muslim and Muslim countries, have relatively developed halal tourism. In the development of halal tourism, there is relatively no uniformity and consensus regarding halal tourism both in the world and in Indonesia, so that sometimes it confuses the actors in the tourism industry. This research aims to describe halal tourism activities in Islamic fiqh which is a conceptual review that uses qualitative research methods through literature study. This research results is, halal tourism is a segment of the world tourism market whose growth is good in line with the continued growth of the world’s Muslim population, the number of a middle class in countries where the population is predominantly Muslim, and the number of world Muslim tourists. This potential causes many countries in the world to focus on serving this tourism segment, both Muslim and non-Muslim countries. Unfortunately, until now there is no uniformity and consensus regarding terms, terminology, content, and requirements for halal tourism both in the world and in Indonesia. The convenience offered is the main attraction among the people. besides that it also has a very high impact on the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME). However, the system applied is the same as the conventional financial system, such as the interest system on online loans. Although innovative and helpful, the interest system applied is the same as a loan from a loan shark, where the interest given is very burdensome. So in this study, we discuss the implementation of qardh contracts on the platform. The result is, the implementation of qardh contracts on financial technology lending platforms should avoid the various elements namely riba, gharar, maysir, tadlis, dharar, zhulm, and haram. If in practice all these elements are avoided, it will facilitate all actors of SME. Where the perpetrator will not be stuck in huge debt because of interest, and avoid ambiguity and fraud that will be to the detriment of one party. This development is a benchmark for the success of the Islamic economy. To become a new economic force in Indonesia, the Minister of State Owned Enterprises stated that there are plans to merge state owned Islamic banks namely BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, and Bank Syariah Mandiri, as the total assets of Islamic banks will increase and become larger in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the impact of the merger of three Indonesian Islamic banks in the development of the Islamic economy. The research employed a qualitative method with a library research approach. The results have shown that the merger of three Islamic banks consisting of Bank BRI Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah, and Bank Syariah Mandiri into Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) has positive impacts on the Islamic economy development in Indonesia. The method used was qualitative. The results showed that the role of financing applied by BMT NU Ngasem Jampet Branch is in accordance with the objectives of Islamic financial institutions in general, namely improving the quality of the community’s economic business for the welfare of the community and its members. Especially in financing products, because the existence of this financing makes it a solution for MSMEs or market traders in the capital used to develop and improve their business than before. So that financing is one way for MSMEs or market traders to increase their business income. The success of BMT NU Ngasem Jampet Branch in carrying out work programs related to financing realized for MSMEs or market traders. This is evidenced by the implementation of financing carried out by BMT NU Ngasem Jampet Branch with several MSMEs or traders in Jampet Market who carry out financing totaling 22 members, but there are some members who have difficulty in terms of installments because their sales are still quiet unlike other traders. So that it makes the installments delay and makes the installment time longer. Meanwhile, members who experience business development and are smooth in financing installments and make the repayment time according to maturity. From the application of financing to 11 MSMEs 116 M. Eko Wahyudi, Joko Hadi Purnomo, Moch.
